selling False advertisement. Bought a tub as it was required to get a card I wanted, so I buy it, didn't really want it but I'm doing it for the card. -$45 Package arrives, I'm excited to put the card in my collection, and there's only a tub. Contacts support, says they ran out, yet they were still showing the card on the app. states the best they can do is $5 off my next purchase 👍 $5 doesn't make up for $45 and a tub I'm not drinking 👌 really nice business 1/5 stars will definitely recommend

Great App, but lacking basic options. Its come a long way from when I first got it back in late 2024, but recently I messed up an order and realized I never shanged my adress after I moved. long story short, Ive come to realize theres no real in app option to change your adress unless your checking something out. It kinda lacks options for your account in general, wich is honestly not a big deal as its not a media app, its a Shopping app, but lacking the option to change adresses is frustrating.

Even though the app works smoothly in terms of UI and navigation, it unfortunately needs a lot more work. Couldn't check out, and when I did/tried, it just kept me in a verification loop. THEN, when I was ready to check to check out, it wouldn't accept Mt checkout code. A code I've been using for almost two years! Will re-download when mentioned problems are fixed

I like these products and the lineups, don't get me wrong, if you have the disposal money I say go get whatever you want and definitely use the discounts when you can. it's difficult to really sit down and try to knock on how the business is ran because it's quantity and quality vs quantity because if there's a product you want and are waiting to buy it more than likely it's already gone and it'll never come back so if you're fiending for a specific cup design you want be prepared for scalpers.

Don't get me wrong, I love Gamer Supps as a company, and their product is a life changer, but this app needs some work. First, there are no filter or sorting options other than the default categories they give you. There are buttons within each category that should allow you to fine tune a search, but there's nothing in them. And second, the "early drop notifications" are VERY hit and miss. I feel I get the general email drop notification before the app, which is opposite of what they promise

I'd like to see some improvement on the app itself. If you want to use G pay you get sent to the website, which invalidates the app. You can't filter items by caffeine or collaboration items. There's no brief description of what the flavors are in the listing, so if you want to know the flavor before you buy something you have to click on the item, scroll down, and click on description and then skim over a full page of "flavor" text before you even sorta know what the flavor is.

App bugged out doesn't have add to cart or quick add. To fix this, you uninstall and reinstall, don't bother logging in or allowing the notifications until you see the "Add To Cart" button. Also, the whole 20 mins early should be limited item amounts to keep scalpers from clearing out the stock on cups. Since that is one of the main reasons to get this app. 👌 👏

a good friend of mine introduced me to the supps and honestly he has got me quite hooked to gamer supps. The tubs are convenient, cost efficient, and finally the taste is immaculate. The only problem is that all swag is limited edition and sold out during pre sale every time. unfortunately that leaves a sour taste as I am ordering and right before I purchase the big large text in red sold out. I will say their customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.

I love Gamer Supps. I've been using this stuff for a while now, and it's quite fun to have all the different flavors, shaker cups, merch, and even some of the snacks they sell. The flavors are also generally great, some being quite dangerous like Cookies n' Dream. All in all, I highly recommend Gamer Supps, just be careful if you are worried about getting sucked into a collector's rabbit hole if you're into V-tubers and such.

I hate leaving review but ill make an acception for this. app is normal an easy to use. as for product.... Its just the best. refreshing, flavorful, easy to use at a fair . only downside is I cant afford to get them all.

I have problems with coffee and energy drinks and I love the flavors and then there shirts are good for the gym and casual wear (depending on the shirt) and they help me get my daily water intake.

Definitely high quality merch ranging from creative original art to your favorite content creators. Also just how it says on the description..once they're out. They are OUT for good. 😅😌

I like the product and the app is easy to use clear helpful and lets you set up an account in app I also enjoy the dark color scheme, it's easy on the eyes

don't know if this is just a me problem or if it's the app but recently the load time has been really long, besides that the products are cool and definitely worth it would recommend to others

This drink site is really good. Has multiple flavors and a melatonin tub that really helps with sleep. There are caffeine free flavors for people who just want to drink flavored water! Definitely worth the buy!

there is basically nothing to complain about. Support is near steam support level. The quality is amazing. The app is nice to navigate.

dumb app gets you to set up 2 separate PayPal payments for one purchase? 🤨 takes out one chunk for pay in 3 and then throws a nuclear bomb of shipping fees to the uk at about 50% of cart total 😑

Super user friendly, the overall design and interface is very easy to navigate, while still looking awesome. I haven't had any problems with loading or crashes. Overall great app, I wish more worked like it. I really enjoy the products as well, awesome customer service. The drink mix helped me kick sodas and drink more water, while their clothing and cups are excellent quality. I have so many Sweaters, Hoodies and Sweats that are durable, comfortable and cheaper. I Strongly Recommend!

Excellent customer service, haven't had any problems ordering cups or tubs, even the clothing is stitched with care!
