Awful app and worse customer service. They don't actually follow through on any of their "guarantees" and you'll be lucky to get any tickets you already paid for before the event. They'll change the delivery date any time you try to get assistance, and refuse to price match even though it's their biggest advertisement. Don't waste your time or money with this freaking app.

Can't get a full refund for my ticket, I have to resell them at a lower price instead. Meanwhile ticketmaster pretty much guaruntees a full refund if you can't make your event. On top of that, reselling your ticket is very complicated, and everything is done YOURSELF. The sale, the ticket transfer, handled by YOU, with zero instructions on how to do anything. Customer Service is also completely useless. This app is made to steal people's money, and I will tell everyone this.

I made the mistake of readily assuming that tickets on Gametime would be cheaper than tickets on Ticketmaster. I purchased concert tickets on Gametime, just to find out that the tickets were ~$30 cheaper on Ticketmaster. The fees were even cheaper. I was refunded 110% of the difference, which meant I basically would've paid the same price as the tickets on Ticketmaster had I got them there. However, I was refunded in "Gametime credit" rather than to my original payment method.

Please don't get this app. This is my experience: I bought a parking pass for $37 bc it was the "chespest." I get to the site and the parking pass they sell on site is $25. I contacted Gametime since they claim they give back 110% of the difference if theirs isn't the cheapest. The support said they can't pay me bc it's been more than 2 hrs since I purchased the pass. Realistically, who checks their parking pass before getting to the parking lot? I lost $15 on a parking pass bc of this scam.

They got double my money and I got 4 times the BS and lack of actual fixing the issue that resulted in 2 orders being placed. Same email issues are why I can't post to resell the additional tickets. All Gametime can say is they "Understand my frustration," while not fixing anything. The is the first and absolute LAST time I will ever used this company. At best they are completely incompetent but feels more likely they are disreputable and fraudulent company. Wish I could give negative stars

Didn't get my ticket until halftime but I bought it 2 hours before game. On with chat help for 40 minutes. Turns out the email address I used for Gameplan was not the same as SeatGeek account. I guess this was the problem. This was not stated that it needed to be for a transfer from seller to me. Entirely too stupid slow support kept wanting me to send them screen shots as if they could see anything unless I showed them. Not going to use Gametime again for same day purchases.

While it can be a little clunky at times, this app is great for those last minute deals that allow for a budget-friendly spur-of-the-moment night on the town. I especially like the option to see the price INCLUDING FEES from the beginning so you don't have to try to juggle different options and taxes and maps just to pick a seat.

We purchased tickets for Deftones a couple weekends ago and on the way there they were cancelled after we received a text that they were still processing and theyd be on the way. The next cheapest tickets cost us $110 each, and after already sitting with support for hours I got ten dollars in credit. they commented on this review telling me to call so they could make it right just for them to tell me the $10 credit I already got was all they could do. I was on hold 25 minutes, waste of time

There have been multiple times that I have gone to purchase tickets, there have been random errors, and then a customer service rep has been exceptionally useless in getting the issue resolved. I've lost tickets multiple times. It doesn't matter if the tickets they advertise are cheaper if they won't let you purchase them and off shore customer service to people that don't know what they're doing.

This app is my GoTo for tickets. With my work I have to travel and attend different sporting events at a variety of Universities weekly and sometimes multiple events in a week. GameTime is Most Definitely the best site available in my opinion for their ease of checkout, variety of events and venues available to choose from and mainly for me, their price! GT is always a little cheaper per ticket price then any of the others that you can choose from.

You can get resale tickets from here. They have a final sale policy though, so if anything goes wrong just to bad. I bought three rangers tickets, the transaction did not go through, so I'm closed everything out and try it again. The next day they charged me double, and when I DISPUTED it THEY said final sale sorry for the inconvenience, and they just kept the extra $168. Their markups can also be 50% or higher. for example my parking was $40 plus taxes inconvenience charges, there $20...I tried

Purchased tickets, the payment went through on the payment end but not in the delivery of the tickets. Micheal from Customer Support saw the purchase but says it didn't go through and that I should attempt to repurchase the tickets. They were not available, so the following solution was to buy different tickets and if that purchase didn't go through, to keep trying, then he went silent.

This is an update to my last review. I made it 5 stars again. Found exactly what I was looking for. Now only one thing bothered me and that's the payment step. The camera option doesn't work and when I was typing my card information manually, it kept skipping the last 4 digits of my card and dropped down to the exp. Date entry. Was annoying but I entered the exp. Date info then went back up to the card number and had no more problems. Other than that, the prices were great! I saved $30 in fees!

Never gave me the option to share tickets. Under "view tickets" you're supposed to be able to "share" but that option wasn't anywhere in the app. I asked support for help and they said "I don't know." So every time my friends wanted to get up I had to go with them. Prices were good but not allowing screenshots made everything extremely tedious and difficult.

Horrible experience. 30 minutes before the game we get an email saying that they "ran into a little problem" with the seller. Tickets could not be transferred. We had already made the trip to the arena. They offered a refund or credit with 10% extra. So we spent $170 on tickets (48% fees from price shown in app!) and 30min before the event they offered 17$ in credit for us being empty handed for the event. What a joke lol

This app seems designed to separate you from your money as quickly as possible. My first purchase was two tickets that ended up being wildly overpriced compared to the venue website. After an unreasonable amount of back and forth with customer support, I received the difference -- in app credit, of course. Customer service was quick to charge my card and then literally mocked me when I told them I wasn't getting the service I expected. There's more, but I'm out of space. Beware.

Ar first I was thrilled. It had better deals than anyone. Now, it's the opposite. Mostly, I only need ONE ticket. Well, the price per ticket for ONE is almost ALWAYS significantly more expensive since they'd rather collect the fees off two than sell just one. They "guarantee" prices, but there's too much involved to get any money back from it to make it worth it. They accidentally charged me today. Wouldn't give ANYTHING back. Nice. huh?!

Prices suck online but then again they all suck, charging people 20 bucks a ticket to process the purchase. Gametime has one of the lower prices but if you run into an issue, your own your own, worst customer service, they never respond. I rarely need assistance, and wouldn't need at all, had they sent tickets I paid for. So good prices, compared to the other ripoff fees, but non existent service in a nutshell.

For a first time user, navigation was easy for me. However, despite a message saying 'order confirmed', I do not see an email confirmation to show that a ticket was purchased nor do i see anything showing how i can or will be able to access my tickets. Maybe this is easy to figure out but i am made uneasy immediately after this large credit card purchase.

I love the app and have gotten some serious deals this past year. One suggestion I have is to make dates searchable. I want to find a show for, say, Friday in my area but the search doesn't work like that. Yes, I can search by venue, but in that case there might be venues I don't know about that are going missed. Maybe add a filtered search option. Thanks!
