GeoLocator — We Link Family

Very poor sound when the baby monitor is active. I tried another app - and the sound is clear like on a call through a messenger.

Correction: I was excited about using this app! I can't wait to use the features, especially the walkie talkie! Update the walkie talkie didn't work nor did anything else. It keeps sending notifications that someone in my family left it arrived while they are sitting right next to me. Ugh....uninstall.

This app worked great at first, but started getting very glitchy recently. After struggling with it for far longer than we should have, my sister and I tried deleting the app and reinstalling on both phones and starting over. However, when I click the button to invite her it says to send her the link or give her the code but there is no link or code. When I click to send an invitation by text, there is no code or link in the message. Really frustrated with this one.

Initially the app worked great when I purchased it years ago. Now it's horrible. The app has limited functionality after I purchased an unlimited plan. My child was missing and the app tracked her general location but did not have any of the initial functions. The app failed when needed most. None of the history is recording. I reached out to the developers because the app has a red triangle on everyone's phone. The police need this information and customer support is nonexistent.

Thought this was a great app to start with. We had it, and paid for it, for more than 6 months. In the end we had to simply give up trying. We'd suggest avoiding this app/company. Multiple support requests were all ignored (using the App's own Contact Support button). GPS is useless. Notifications rarely happen on anydevices. Circles don't work in any way either. We've now found a much better version, with the same monthly cost, and it is utterly flawless. GPS & notifications always work.

App was really slow. Son was showing up places 15 minutes after he had been there. Tech support got back to me quickly with questions, but would NOT respond to multiple emails on how to cancel the subscription. Very irritating. Canceled by going through and canceling subscriptions... but still ended up paying for the year after 5 days of use. FYI.... if you want to run the baby monitor (they don't tell you) but it does not work on iPhones.

Originally this app worked great. Gave me real-time updates (*could watch my child walk around the neighborhood from block to block on the app). But now the app no longer provides that service and it gives false updates or late updates (*ie- I'm notified that my child has left a location when she hasn't or I get a notification of an arrival hours after she has actually arrived). Contacted tech support twice, have not heard back. Hope things improve. ***Heard back from support, problem fixed. Thx

I have had this for a few years, they've made changes and most have been great. Not always accurate and will get random readings for a few of our family members, but most of the time is is wonderful to be able to get an idea where someone or their device is. There have been some glitches and doesn't always work for everyone, again the majority of the time it's fine.

Feature-rich and a pretty accurate GPS app to monitor my child. The notifications of the person leaving and returning to preset destinations is nice, though sometimes i receive false notices. I think i will have to adjtthe boundaries i set up in the app to fix that. Overall, I recommend.

When it works it's helpful. Lately though it's not updating positions for hours or days at a time. No one answers tech support emails. I never got premium because the app is not reliable. I kept waiting for it to work better. Seems to be getting worse. I have written to this team multiple times through the app with no response. I guess they don't want people to purchase their app.

A lot of troubles lately. Few times a day I am asked to activate the subscription although my subscription is payed. Gps is jumping between the two spots over and over and since the alarm is triggered every time it is very annoying. I have been a payed customer for a few years and now I think I will not continue my subscription.

I have been using this app for just over a year now and the 5 stars remain. So it does not pinpoint exactly where my child is, however, it is as close as you will ever get it. This could be due to buildings in the area or radio waves or something causing it to put my child about 10 metres away from the actual location at a maximum. To the developers - Can you please create wearable products? I will continue to subscribe as this app is fab and can geofence as well. Really happy with GeoLoc

Use to be great, now it is super buggy. Baby monitor and walkie talkie features don't even work anymore. I get notified that my child has left the house when they are sitting next to me. I probably won't be renewing my subscription when it's up. What a shame, I've had this app for about 4 years now.

it's a good app but I've noticed, the microphone on the child's phone is disabled when the phone is turned off then back on... or if the battery dies, red triangle 🔺️ appears, then I have to get the childs phone and open the Geolocator app and the red triangle goes away and everythingis fine until another power outage... the gps has the tendency to get all screwed up and not accurate every now and then... the location history is screwed up and not accurate sometimes

I paid for this app but it won't let me use any premium features and keeps asking me to buy it! My subscriptions say I paid for it and I have sent tech support requests that just get ignored. Beyond that the app will suddenly move you a mile or two away while you sit on your couch. So not the most reliable

This is my 2nd year having the app. It works okay... it may or may not upgrade the location it may or may not allow me to connect with baby monitor mode. Just depends on how the app is feeling that day I guess. The app is up to date on all devices. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Probably won't renew next year. Just sucks because I haven't been having to us the app because we're all stuck at home and the 1st few times I try to use it when my son goes out it's not working.

Horrible app. Never updates location of my child. Even when refreshing. Not even worth using anymore as location is inaccurate and never updates. UPDATE: The app worked in the background for the premium trial period but was still show to update and glitchy. So what your saying is the app is only half worth it in premium and worthless in free mode. settings never changed on child's phone. App has permissions to run in the background.

HELP, i have tried to reach to these people at least 4 times snd theu have not replied!!! I was told about the app and immediately downloaded it on both my phone and my childs. It worked for a few days but now walkie talkies dont work and more importantly the baby monitor does not work. I hope this can be fixed if not this app is useless to me.

Works easily and fine by me. It's accurate in locating my kids and helps me know where they are anytime I want to know. The notifications are especially helpful. I also like the change in topography from day , night and satellite. Great app.

Putting down places is so inaccurate. For example, say you want to have a Place for your home. The placement method is so inaccurate that most of the time it will put the pin either on your neighbors house or in the street not even close where you put it.
