There are a few annoyances. But the most annoying feature is that it constantly asks me if I have shipment ID and/or tells me of unverified logs. GET RID OF THIS FEATURE. Each one interferes with the other. When I am trying to verify logs, it wants to have the Shipping ID and when I am trying to type in the shipping ID it wants to verify logs. Sometimes we have empties which means there is no Shipping ID but it keeps asking. The system needs to just STFU and wait until I can deal with it!

although, the saving/ printing logs was resolved. the lagging is still not improved. it literally takes 3 minutes for the app to realize truck is parked, before it changes the driving screen over to dashboard!!! its extra sensitive, if you take 2 steps with the device in your hand, app will lock you out with driving screen and wont let you back to dashboard for next 3 minutes at least. still giving 1 ⭐️

The company I work for has us use it. They use it to track the trucks. As they have a paid overwatch app. Driver's inspection logs are designed for trucking companies. As a driver for a fast paced local delivery service I found it to be totally useless. We "log in" in the morning, halfway inspecting the log, which the mechanic said he does not see. A good part of the inspection DOES NOT apply to our vehicles.

Lately it keeps changing the duty status when it gets cell service. For example, last night I put it into sleeper berth. I looked at it a bit later and it had put itself back to on duty while I was in the sleeper.

locks up when no internet or wifi, and I go to a lot of places with no service. Needs to accept status change inputs and update later. Also, app has been driving me insane about updating, I want to update when I go off duty, not have it turn into a brick while my dispatcher is yelling about why I'm late starting my day. Just spent 5 min searching and can't find anything to let it update

app constantly malfunctions and does not sync properly and has caused issue with me and my employer its constantly loading and not recording data properly it needs A LOT of work this app needs to run flawless i know thats alot to ask but in this profession its critical and this app is lacking in many areas I think it could be such an amazing tool but it definitely needs work!

This app is still recording random trips that never happened. It is still not logging my miles correctly off by 0.5 miles at a time for my trips. It is also clearing engine issues on my truck which is very concerning. The last update at least fixed the constant crashing so that's a plus.

OK but... the eLog thinks I'm moving when clearly I'm parked. That has been a glitch that's been going on for quite a while. --- When I'm a solo driver and I'm in the sleeper berth, it should NOT kick me in driving status. That makes me very frustrated.

I find this app easy to use, especially for those of us hauling oversized loads. The app just runs in the background and it's something I don't have to worry about while traveling down the road.

the regulatory feature of Deferral is the declaration of Day 1 and Day 2... this app Does Not have it... also the app will start defaulting to the lock screen and you will have to uninstall it every few months, which points to more bad coding and likely security flaws.

Our company uses this app and we've had little to no issues. very easy to use and tracks very accurately.

no matter how many times I reset my password, I still can't log in. I get user name or password is incorrect. Which is stupid since I can log on through the website.

GEOTAB PLEASE GET THE APP FIXED, MANY USERS AT MY COMPANY ARE EXPERIENCING SAME ISSUES THAT ARE NOTED MANY TIMES ON REVEIWS HERE IN THE COMMENTS. APP WILL NOT LET YOU SWITCH BETWEEN MODES IMMEDITLEY. TAKES 2-3 MINUTES TO CHANGE FROM DRIVING TO ON DUTY AFTER STOPPING AND MANY TIMES FORCING ME TO CLOSE APP AND REOPEN TO MAKE THE CHANGE.

In our entire fleet it is a very glitchy App. It is confusing to difficult to scroll between pages. For Example, all our dreams drivers log out their accounts as being off. But when someone else drives a vehicle it automatically logs the off person back in and as the driver. This leads to many log infractions. Another problem is if you are a passenger or in a moving vehicle it prevents you from doing anything on the App. Not a good app for random vehicles & drivers.

This is an okay app for appearing to be in its infancy. I like the fact I can run it off my personal tablet and for the most part I have no connection issues even running through my phone's hotspot. however there are a number of things that need to be implemented into this app to make it more truck driver friendly and comparable to the other ELD apps. there are also some stupid mistakes made on functionality. this app is not ready for primetime therefore I'm only going to give it 3 stars.

This App was inferior to Issac log book systems when it was installed in my truck in 2023 and has gotten worse. This log book system is so annoying because it demands the driver to make multiple cliques to arrive at a often used page. The program itself sucks. Comparing to the cost of this App and hardware, if it's was up to Drivers to make decisions of Geo Tab or other, I would choose Other and many others. I gave it 3 stars because it can function any any device unlike Issac.

This is the worst ELD app i have EVER used. Locks to a clock mode when the veh is in motion. but goodluck saving your valuable time when it decides it thinks the veh is still moving even if you have been stopped for more than 5min. or lost data service. unable to edit yard moves in the event you forgot to switch modes. this app doesnt even deserve 1 star. 0/5 stars. only using the app because its what the company uses. absolute garbage.

absolutely drains your battery, insanely buggy, ive logged in this app before where it'll freeze and kick me out so many times to the point im locked from logging in, which you know, is ever so slightly a big huge problem when you're required by your workplace to log in to this app. even once you're in it'll boot you randomly, on inspections you have to do it two or three times because the app will just crash. legitimately terrible app design and it's never anything but a pain to use.

good app eazy to navigate the app not frezzing only problem is doing pre trips the app kik me out because i move the phone around and gps say the truck is moving but good app no problems eazy to fix problems when forgetting to logging out

it tells me it needs to update, it just restarts. It pops up after I put in my password the first time I log on for the day.
