GeoZilla - Find My Family

I'm a truck driver, my wife likes to see sometimes that I'm still moving down the road. This is the only tracking app that we have actually been able to see that in real time. Thanks so much for ability to do just that !! 👍👍 Wow, after updates and such this thing really went downhill, used to be perfect when we first starting using it. Now get prompts all the time about ads and going to premium version. My wife's location has been stuck in the same location for days.. What a shame..

I paid for a 3-day trial today. I didn't like the app. I've tried to cancel my subscription. I've contacted the support team twice. They send an automatic response with the directions to do. I've followed them. I can't reset my password like they say because I am not receiving an email to do so. The customer service is unresponsive. THIS IS A SCAM! Don't use this app for anything.

Terrible App! Doesn't do ANY of what it claims! They offered me a trial run for 1$ or 2$ for so many days,but then when I requested for my subscription to be canceled,they charged me for the full subscription price the very next day and refused to give me a refund! And there is no way to call to speak to someone! U are sending an email and waiting days to for them to get back in touch! They are flyers and scammers!! Total waist of time and money trying this app!!

Update: I cancelled the subscription months ago and still keep getting charged a monthly $40 charge. I wonder if a few of us can sue for our monthly payments and time back. This app seems like a scam. They charged me $6.99 upon sign up. Then 3 days later they charged a yearly fee of $39.99 only to charge me $39.99 again one month later. They stated $39.99 as a yearly fee but charge as monthly. Do not be fooled.

Not intuitive at all. I have signed up for the trial expanded account option (whatever it's called) but no rides are registering, etc. Life360 Is so much more easy to use but I don't like how they don't differentiate all drives/rides so was looking for something a bit more detailed. I had hopes for this, but if I'm struggling this much with it, it's not worth it!

12 attempted transactions in February, got one for 8.99 on the 13th of Feb, still kept trying to get more all month, 39.99, 10.00, 8.99 different amounts, have canceled, never used it, you are blocked, so stop trying, you guys are terrible, why so much money, inconsistent, no thanks

total scam . tried it and went for the 3.99 trial . my card was charged 3 times and the app did not work at all . it took me to a screen that gave me a choice of 3 additional upgrades ranging from $10 to $14 , and i could not move beyond that screen . there is no cancellation path and i am in the process of cancelling my credit card . Do not get sucked in by these scammers

I couldn't even get to use this app because though I paid some amount that I am assuming is subscription it keeps forcing me to buy add-ons or I can't proceed. " I don't need this is way at the bottom and can't be selected". Since I subscribed I had to pay for something I didn't use and then they keep taking money each month and I am finding it difficult to unsubscribe. Not on Google pay or anywher legit to unsubscribe in.

first. they advertise $2.99 trial and then they withdraw another payment at the same time making it $3.74 for said trial. then to add insult to injury, the app doesn't even work! RUN FOR A BETTER APP, this aint it

Beware, don't pay for the trial period. The app is a disapointment and does not meet expectations. It's very expensive and they withdraw the subscription fee before the trial period ends, and then claim that they cannot offer a refund per their policy. Scam.

I downloaded an app that claimed it would charge only $2 to complete a service. However, after I entered my credit card details, I was shocked to find that instead of $2, it charged me around $65 without my clear consent. This is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. I strongly warn others to be very careful before using this app or sharing any payment information. Completely disappointed with this dishonest experience.anyone want to get information about this worse app contact me

Once downloaded, the app would not let me proceed to finding my phone without adding friends and family phones to my account. I do not wish to do that. I am now trying to cancel the subscription and find it impossible to do so. I will call my credit card company and tell them nit to honor a y charges from this company. Total waste of time.

this app is literally predatory and will attempt to lock you in to monthly purchases in very sneaky ways including hiding the only "no thanks" button behind your phones digital "close" button so that you literally cannot operate the app

It's a fraud app and wrongly advertise.It deducts weekly charges without asking on the name of 3 day trial and it doesn't work without sending invite link but it's wrongly advertise in opposite way , it's does'nt explain how to use properly in it's advertisment . Kindly take legal action against them.They even deduct cash from my bank account twice time without asking me on the name of trial pack

Just wanted to use this for one thing and I have to pay at least over $20 dollars subscriptions and when I try to cancel it it shows no subscriptions. What kind of scam is this bs? I would like my money back!!!!

Be careful guys I paid about $3 for a trial and didn’t even use the service at all because it’s useless, but the app later charged my debit card $40 and attempted other $10 charges without my consent. My bank flagged this as suspicious activity, and now I have to block my card. This app is misleading and unsafe. Do not download it and do not add your card information.

that's not what I was expecting, that app is not a gps location tracker like they say, we need to send an invitation to someone else, but if the people invited doesn't accept, then we can't track anything 😕😕

Do not buy. they're on fraudsters list they attempt to hijack debit cards and credit card numbers to recharge customers four times over. Two major banks have geozilla on a fraudsters watch list locked out till 2031 I have a lost family member. Too many ads popping up that I cannot locate my family member due to your pop up ads. serious safety hazard I will call my attorney to follow a lawsuit against Google and the owner of this app very dangerous and an emergency it keeps on popping up ads

This is the worst app ever.I wish I had really read to see what others felt about it before downloading it.It's a highway robbery.Keep taking your money and you're not even able to use the thing properly.I tried to cancel and i've only been getting the run around.I had to change my card to get rid of these people

I like this app I just wish it would update everyone's location quicker. I have it just incase something happens to my family. So that I can locate them. It just needs to be more updated. So that it updates the locations of the other people that I have in my group.
