Encounter a sudden software update in the midst of my booking. No option to update at a later time. After update, immediately cannot lock unlock the vehicle. Helpdesk arranged towing, and I had to cancel/delay my appointments while trying to troubleshoot with their team. 5 hours later, I can retrieve my belongings as the car is back to the home lot. Wasted my time to go down to find some of my items missing, including my cashcard. The 2nd star is due to past better experience.

The app for phone is quite user friendly and contains useful information required for a booking. However, some glitches were experienced in the past, such as inability to connect to the car. As such, I wasn't able to lock the car and had to leave it unlock and pray for the best. Another situation was that I wasn't able to search for cars at a certain area unless I was there physically.

just a suggestion, request, is it possible to allow users to have an option to plan and map their route so that we can also drop off the car at our destination (with available car parking) instead of solely return back to original start point? I think such arrangements can be worked out via algorithm in the app (knowing where cars are moving and where are the available parking and timings?) I thought this will give greater flexibility to users?

The new offer of $2 for each of the 10 booking is good after paying an amount of $6. To make more attractive instead of $2, the discount may be increased to $3 for each booking 😊

App connection is slow. Not all cars have reserved parking slot. although lot number where cars were supposed to park was given. it was no where to be seen. no prominent Getgo logo on every car good luck when they are not parked at the lot as stated in your booking details. wasted extra time to find the car which lead to me needing to extend rental time. Brought the problem and was offered a $5 discount, this action felt insulted as it is telling me to spend more money instead.

Excessive impediments merely to revise and alter cellular telephone number. Accreditation through Singpass disallows screen capture, photograph of National Registration Identity Card persistently declined.

Very bad experience with getgo. They expect you to foresee the future of the traffic conditions and other unforeseen situations. Was charged late fee and refused to fully refund my late charges because of their incapability to do so. I couldn't extend booking to avoid such cases becuz they blocked the booking for maintenance on the same day of my booking and told me I should have planned ahead. Irony. they do not care wat reasons u r late, even if its their own fault 🤷

GetGo locations are accessible although it would be good to park away from the corners to take photos easily. At times, it is dangerous to take photos at the back. The app is inconsistent at times, on the connectivity to the car. Cleanliness of the car can be massively improved with defects not being repaired for a very long time. (Dents, scratches, engine light etc) Support has been a breeze though, most of my issues are solved in a jiffy.

This car sharing program makes life more convenient with easy access to cars. The fleet of cars are quite good and work well. The cars could be cleaned better though. Some of the cars are probably parallel imports- the language on the dashboard is Japanese, makes it impossible to know if there's something wrong with the car if any warning messages flashes. The app is easy to use with all the necessary information. Pricing model is good. So much better than Bluecar!

App has had the problem of hanging after 1 min or 2 of inactivity or if you switch between apps. Update: They appear to have fixed it, though connecting to car can take a while sometimes. Hard to tell if it's the app, the bluetooth, or the car, or a combination of those. Unfortunately it is the only way to lock & unlock cars during booking so not much of a choice.

Extremely annoying to use the Time selection. The designer should make the slectuon bigger. The scrolling always have the chance of swiping down the selection. It so annoying that I prefer to use other booking apps.

I ran into a bit of hiccup during one of my rentals and Ash the customer service attended to my chat promptly. He also gave me a call to provide assurance. All is well and the vehicle was returned and he even followed up with a form so that I was able to file for refund on the late charges. I appreciate the attentiveness and the proactive customer service he has rendered. Keep up the great work!

The GetGo car-sharing platform offers convenience, but it has several drawbacks. The app often fails to sync with the vehicle, causing delays. Vehicle collection points are accessible, near public transport and eateries, which is a plus. However, the cars often lack proper cleaning, requiring users to spend extra time washing them. It would be helpful if previous users documented the vehicle's interior and Esso card location.

Have been using it for about 2 years. Easy to use but there are some glitches, the help is helpful when the engine couldn't start once. Need to wait but fairly fast. But there was another time that I notice on my app the vehicle is available but when I was there, it was not available. Luckily I didn't book beforehand, I just wanted to see how the vehicle looks like. Generally much easier than other app I have used.

Strongly discourage. They charge a hefty $50 for late by even a seconds. I had issue submitting booking in time due to the app connectivity issue and they refuse to refund the $50. Despite the connectivity issue, I submitted the booking seconds late. Even then, they REFUSED to refund the late fee of $50. There's frequent connectivity issue. Very often, I'm at the Carpark for more than 10min trying to connect to the car to start or end the booking. This resulted in me being late for appt.

application is quite screw up. try to contact helpdesk but no number. use live chat message also cannot pass through. some more 5G in Singapore. booked the car at 1515hrs, verified by singpass with face recognisation. pick up car ask the face recognisation again with singpass. keep on failure with mentioned backlash not bright enough. at outdoor noon time also like that. cannot go through. locked two round , end up spend 30min here also yet to unlock the car. better change others vendor.

Good to rent, but the charges is sneaky... Only display booking fee, nothing about mileage fee... Ended booking, shocked to see a mileage fee from 40+sgd fee to 71+sgd fee... feels scammed...

I have been using GetGo frequently as the app is easy to use, and off-peak rates are very reasonable. However, there are times when the app can not be accessed due to a lack of Internet connection, especially in the basement carpark, and the car can not be locked or unlocked remotely. This issue can be overcome if a spare key is provided in the car for such emergencies.

Made a wrong booking and wanna change timing cannot.. unless extend all the way to the time I wanted. if cancel still charge $8.20 for cancelling when you don even use it. thx getgo..well done..

Although this company is one of the reasonable and convenient car sharing platforms in the market, their customer service does a full u-turn when you accidentally damage their car. You will be asked to pay a lumpsum of a few thousands without any detailed invoice, and when you ask for it, you will either have to wait two weeks for their reply or not receive any email response at all even after multiple follow-ups. I'm waiting for my response for almost three months now.
