If this wasn't the only option we'd all use something else. Connection issues, "please wait a few minutes" (no i put money on I'm not waiting for anything make the call.) or just straight up not being able to easily add money on the app, splitting the payments and NOT equally distributing the money this app is a joke and sadly it's the only joke we've got

0 stars is better fitting. Terrible app! It glitches and freezes in the visits and during other requests. Most of the time, you will have to try more than 3 times to get an action to complete. For example, my verification expired? So I'm attempting to upload my id and verification photos. When I press submit, NOTHING happens. I've attempted this about 8 times within the last hour.

This is one of the absolutely worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. Money disappears and reappears daily, it's all the time freezing, adding money to any of the accounts is damn near impossible. I usually have to call customer service after being on hold several times for lengthy amounts of time. Seems like there could be someone or there that could do a better job... But just like the prison systems it's all a money and time racket. Hoping for a big change but doubtful--0

Won't work for me at all! So far I've been attempting visits with my fiance for 4 months, at least a few days each week. For an hour or more at a time I do this and the app, getting out-all of it sucks!!!! It's awfull and there's no other way to do visits worst of all! So frustrating! Oh an not to mention, customer service does NOT respond to you when you add your problem on their site and ask of them to help you! Why they even ask for your email/# is beyond me! I rate them ZERO!!!

I have downloaded this app at least 3x in an effort to get it to work. I have contacted customer service from both ends (through corrections also) at least 5x to get issues corrected or at least checked. To no avail nothing has been done, no one has contacted me and at this point it's been 3yrs and this app still hasn't been fixed, at least not for my account. No worries I have no problem not spending money where my money isn't wanted.

The system is down quite a bit. It is difficult to make deposits. Says you need more verification after you have already been verified and approved for months. Videos freeze w/o movement or just randomly cut off. Oh, and trying to get ahold of customer service agents... they just have you hold and transfer you back to the menu. I'm trying to go online, and it has you fill everything out but won't send. The app idea is great. But if you like to waste money, this is the one. It deserves a zero.

Deleted and reinstalled. It worked once after many tries about a month ago. I paid for time I never got to use. I just keep getting a blank screen with rectangle and Getting out and logo. If I click on logo I get a page that says oops that page is missing. What a disappointment when you can't visit in person any more. Our family members need our support.

My brother was able to connect our video call one time, a minute in it was interrupted to ask if I wanted to add more money despite already having 20.00 on there. the call disconnected us when I chose not to add money. We tried several times after that and for one reason or another we were unable to connect again...super frustrating!!!! I'm still glad I got to see my brother's face even if it was only for 60 seconds. Someone said if his tablet wasn't fully charged it wouldn't work properly idk?

If I could I would give this app a negative number. I can not tell you how many times I have to sign back in and lose my emails. Video visits freeze or the audio is muffled. And if you call support it is never there issue. Pictures pending for days and videos are shortened. Again I got signed out for no reason and it is glitching so I can't sign in. To say it's frustrating is an understatement.

Worse app and service ever created! Unfortunatly, its the only way to visit someone at a select facility! Sometimes, when myself or the inmate answers, there is just a black screen and no audio. Also, my app just shows a blank white screen A LOT! It is also more expensive to pay via card instead of going to the facility, in which I have no choice right now but to pay by card. This app is awful!!

When I first downloaded this app it was ok, then it started majorly glitching. The video visits don't come through, sometimes for hours, and when they do sometimes it says incoming video visit and not the inmates name, then it completely cuts the call off and you don't even have a chance to answer it. Nonsense. These inmates anticipate these calls, messages, and pictures only to be left with disappointment not to mention those of us who pay for this service that can't use it.

This app is great when it flipping works! It freezes, it says you have a scheduled visit already, or says it's busy when you know it's not!! If you're going to do an app like this ensure it works so people don't get there hopes up for nothing! I've uninstalled re-installed rebooted my phone this is crazy! Customer service is a joke! They know nothing about it!

More than once I've opened the app to a blank screen. Keeping a family in touch is next to impossible when a loved one is locked up. This app, along with the text messaging app, along with paying for phone calls, along with paying for commissary, along with paying for gas to visit our loved ones, etc...the jail/prison systems are making PLENTY of money. DEFINITELY enough money to be able to have the apps and phones working properly. You all are making a FORTUNE, WHERE THE HELL IS IT GOING?!?!?!

This application is horrible! Doesn't work half the time. When it does, there is a delay for several seconds. Freezes up, shuts down, another attempt to connect prompts a message that you already have a scheduled visit. But, when you try to cancel that visit, message says there is no visit scheduled. App is frustrating. Very expensive for lousy service.

I pay for unlimited data, I have a brand new phone, but for some reason this app has never worked at all for video visits unless I was connected to high speed WiFi. I'm always charged for calls that are just black screen and no sound. I've spent more money on failed calls than actually getting to talk to my loved ones. The app developer is cashing in on the fact they are the only one as of now offering video visits in the correctional system. They never fix the problems though. Very disappointed

No connection today. App Did not work. Toggled between contact selection and never initiates a visit. Very frustrating...had two different devices ready, seems like many different apps, programs, called help 3 times just to get that far. Very disappointed. Tried again and it has worked best with data, not wifi, and it was great. What a blessing.

At first the deposits were not clear. I wrote an email and had to deposit to be able to send and it automatically brought me to the correct pages but then after I added the money it turned out it was for the inmate so then I had to go back around and put more on mine. They know exactly what they're doing when they do that and I'm sure I'll get a message from the developers right here asking me to email them about the problem LOL. We all know there is no refund so they're just going to say sorry

Horrible. Genuinely. With COVID stopping us from visiting in person, these video chats are what we rely on to see and be there our loved ones during their incarceration. It constantly freezes, glitches, and gives weird error messages when trying to visit. Changing settings such as contacts, phone numbers, etc. Is nearly impossible. And at least 65% of the time I try to deposit money, it freezes and kicks me out of the app. I am so disappointed with this entire platform.

This app can go somewhere and get redesigned and come back and still be worth a penny. It is a scam if you ask me! *update* after 2 weeks of not being able.to have a video visit there is STILL something wrong. I called customer service and they said they don't see where there is a problem. Its all a joke. Even through the browser it just doesn't work. They sent an email to download Firefox which isn't even supported. They don't care to fix the issue either.

HORRIBLE app that's not user friendly. You have to use 2 seperate apps to message and video chat. 1 app is for msgs; 1 is for videos. New msg notifications rarely work. In order to send a msg that person must be a contact and adding a contact isn't easy. When adding money there's a $10 min and a $2.75 fee. You and the person you msg BOTH have to have money in your account. I could go on and on about all the things wrong with this app but there's not enough space to list it all.
