Log in and sign in shows error no matter what you do whether via app or website. Error message is also generic "something went wrong" so we can't really know what to do next. The customer service on WhatsApp and phone is prompt n polite though. This issue really needs to be resolved because GharPar is such a fantastic initiative!

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Instead of trying to facilitate the customer, they create unncessarily long procedures to book and confirm orders. My sister booked them before her wedding but they ended up cancelling her order over a minor detail. She asked to speak to the manager to discuss her issue to see if there is a possibility of them helping her out, but the manager refused to talk to her, saying he is busy. No regard for their customers' needs.

I am experiencing an issue while trying to sign up on your app. During the verification process, I did not receive the verification code on my mobile number. I have tried using three different numbers, but the code does not arrive on any of them. Due to this, I am unable to complete the sign-up process. I would like to know if this is a technical issue with the app or if the app is currently not functioning properly. Kindly look into this matter.

Why does this application require your CNIC number?! No application ever has required that. Your application does not even allow to edit information or even select information in the first place. I can't even change the gender in this application. You guys really need to reconsider the App it self. It's not user friendly at all and has many bugs.

Absolutely love the service and appreciate how well the staff is trained. They are professional, discreet, and clean and make sure all of your concerns are catered to. Have been using them consistently since may and will be doing so in future as well.

Been using this service for quite a while now. The staff is extremely professional and services provided are exceptional. Hygiene is also never compromised. The app itself is also very convenient to use. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for efficient, at-home services!

Waxing - really nice It was my first experience with you guys. I was quite nervous about it but I had a great experience with your services. The waxing was wonderful. Extremely horrible customer service. They want the CNIC for the exact person who is booking the services, and don't accept the CNIC of another member from the same house, creating unnecessary hassle. For example, I can't book an appointment with my father's CNIC as they want my exact CNIC, and because of me not willing to meet this particular requirement, they cancelled my order. They are too strict in terms of requirements they have and are not willing to show even the slightest flexibility.

Pathetic experience. The app is extremely unfriendly. It keeps making you go round and round in circles. It doesn't remember anything. There is NO auto fill. The promo codes sent via SMS are always expired. Very irritated.

They didn't show the details in the app when I book appointment and then called me and told me that I have to pay 1k extra just for the travel charges. Not recommended.

They provide the best services at home. If you are a person who avoid salons, go for them. They take all the precautions for covid infront of you to make the client comfortable and at ease. They have the most professional staff. 100% recommended.

I got my 60 minute massage done from GharPar lady and she was excellent. so relaxing. I would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with ghar par. Services were up to the mark. Cleanliness and hygiene were taken care of. The technician was friendly yet professional. Highlt recommended!

Best services... They come up with their all things, including wire extension... Use sterilized equipment.. And sanitized their hands before starting their work. Though my kid is very naughty but beautician behaved very professionally.. Also beautician was punctual and services were amazing...

Their services are immaculate and the beautitions are highly professional. I got my body waxing done and super satisfied with the results. Highly recommended

OH GOD! I cannot even explain how horrible this app is? I sign up and I place an order and in settings they had option to change number and I clicked and Boom IT SAYS my session is expired and I can't sign in so I try signing up again they say MY CNIC NUMBER IS OLD?? what am I supposed to do? Ask nadra to make a new indentity number????

Services are really good, but worst application. I forgot my password and have never been able to login because not getting the code on my phone. Trying since one month

when they started, the services provided were quite satisfactory and I had become a regular customer. But recently their team has increased in number and includes highly inexperienced members. Had a horrible experience with burnt underarms.

Booked an appointment and guess what they never appeared. Not good customer service and unprofessional about time management. Not recommended. I will never book again.

Not good app. I forgot my password,i recovered it my many times but i didn't receive any text on my mobile number. Just a waste of time. We can't sign up again and can't sign in if we don't have password.
