GIF Maker, GIF Editor

One of the least annoying free apps I've ever used. Only rarely do I have to wait through a commercial and its never bombed the app and forced it to freezer. Easy to use, intuitive and clean GUI so anyone can figure it out. File conversions of any sort finish so very fast (I'm using a Google Pixel7). It has awesome filters/ effects no doubt. Compress GIFs, still pics into GIFs or reverse, etc all very useful. You can even elect to watch ads to get 30min free use of premium features!!!!

So this is malware for dataming your phone. Look at the vendors list in their terms of service. It takes ten minutes to go through and refuse "Valid Interest" or whatever from them all. I don't think they missed a single data broker to sell your usage info to. There's browser-based gif editors that you can have a slightly higher degree of control over. It sucks because they're in a browser but it's better than letting Timmy Slopware here go through your phone.

It works! Really well actually! The add situation can be a tad annoying but there are way worse offenders out there. I just wish there was a option to pay a one time fee to get the ad-free experience. I hate subscriptions. Most of us can't afford to pay a subscription for every app. on our phone! We gotta eat, we gotta pay rent! At least the adds aren't that bad though, and it does do an outstanding job! Overall I highly recommend it!

I'm impressed with how well this app works and how many useful options there are! • A request for the developer: I would love to have the option to combine multiple gifs: consecutively (one after the other) - and/or as a collage (side by side, grid, etc). • And a note to other users: I tried editing a gif downloaded from the internet which had a long file name, but the app wouldn't open the file until I renamed the file to something simpler.

I gotta say, It's a pretty good. Performance and everything, it does a great job. One thing though, could your programmers make it stop randomly open itself? It happens often, & I don't even know how. Last time I used my phone I was using a music app to listen to my mp3's. I have no shortcut for it on my home screen or anywhere. Went to use my phone and for some reason this app was open. I have no idea why or how it does it, but it's been going on for a while and I'm tempted to try another app

Brilliant app with all accessible features. Ads aren't invasive so I don't mind them. Revision: It's almost perfect, but I'm trying to convert a long png sequence into a gif, but it's showing the images in the wrong order and it's too hard to figure out just by looking at them what the right order is. I don't know why it's mixing up the order so much. Edit: I figured it out for now. You just have to filter the order to alphabetical. It's perfect again!

Pretty good interface and relatively easy to use. I mostly use it for stringing images together into a gif. If I had any gripes, it would be that after making a gif, there are 4 options: Share, Set-As, Compress, and Delete. If you want to make another gif, you have to click the back arrow at the top and say you don't want to save, because you already did. I find it a bit strange, but at least it works.

Love it. It's a great app for recording and editing your own videos or images into a gif. I've had it for months without any issues. Pros/Cons + incredibly user-friendly with tons of options, i.e., add text, filters, direction, looping, cropping, and so much more. + high quality gifs with the option to compress. + no death by ads or surprise costs. - It does not have a gif collection to choose from, but you can import as many as you'd like.

Overall a fantastic app. Really easy to use and does all the basic (and some more advanced) gif editing that I could ask for, especially from a phone app. Parts of the design are a little clunky but not so much that it interferes with the actual editing. Free version does have ads on most screens but rarely pop-up ads (and any that do are 5sec) and, again, the ads don't interfere with the actual editing. I gladly paid the couple dollars for the ad-free version. Highly recommend.

It's good, but could be better. Why is there a back button when if you use it you have to start over completely? The auto save is a pain because of this. Cannot combine 2 .gif into one. Limited text input and placement. The trim feature is nice, would love to see a .gif editor with the ability to cut out a portion of the gif or movie in the middle someplace and keep the file intact. instead of having to cut multiple gif files and recombine. Saves time and file size.

I downloaded this with a fairly simple use case, I wanted to add text to a gif I already had. After a little while playing around with it, I got text, but I could not work out how to give it a border (so the white text showed up against the parts of the background that were white. It was easier to just do this with a website online. It seems like you can do a lot more things, so this app might be useful for other people, but it wasn't easily able to do what I needed.

It's the easiest gif making app that I've found but one problem that I have. It used to be you could watch an ad and unlock high quality option for several days. Overtime, it's become a smaller and smaller amount of time you unlock to where now its down to just 30 minutes. This is really disappointing and annoying. Consider changing it back, soon it'll be just everytime you want to make a gif. And you still see ads everywhere anyway.

This should cost money! I've paid so much more- for so very little less in times gone by, and they hand all this now for free!?? I spend 100% of my free time in this WONDERFUL app because it's up to your "wonder" to place limits... I'm serious- there is just SO MUCH you can do with this app!- everything from advertising to troubleshooting or just editing in general - 5 star for Life -

Works well. I don't know if you need improvement, only issue I have is when adding a series of still pics to the .Gif, they aren't in the order taken, and I can't see the file Names. This makes it difficult to correctly order a smooth .Gif image, my 1st few came out jumpy & jerky (even my last one needed reworked). (If I could at least see the file Names, I could order them correctly?) The program (app) performs better than expected (esp. for a free version), so I'm still giving 5-stars! Thanks!

The main menu could use a little help aesthetically, but it still works smoothly. This is the only one I had used for a few years. However, if you upload 12 frames and set the time to 1 second, it'll say it's at some different number of frames per second and it wouldn't look right. A little annoying when you're trying to basically use it to animate to avoid learning FlipaClip. That being said, after trying the others, this one is the only one out of two that keeps transparent backgrounds.

Like it, but just rating it so it'll stop asking me. But while I'm at it, the frame selection/trim part needs improvement. If you slide it forward to see what part you want, the line and time that shows where you are no longer works correctly until a certain point, making it hard to choose a time to stop at since I can't see what time it is.

Fantastic UI & great features. There is one major hangup though. It can't handle/edit moving WebP files, which are exactly like GIFs, just a lot smaller, & are very common. This would be a bit less annoying if it could even convert WebP to GIF, but it can't. Other than this, my only 2 suggestions are to include an option for opacity in the text function, and to also make it possible to reduce or increase the FONT SIZE there, as opposed to having to adjust the entire size of the text box.

No intrusive ads. Just amazing performance. Has most of the essential features. One issue is that it trims the length of edited gifs without warning or advice. Then i have to use another app to get the job done. Not cool. Also, the quality of the edited image is not as good as that of the original despite what parameters you select. Still an essential tool.

As a content creator, this is the best GIF maker I've ever used. Your mileage may vary, but I'm about to go into specifics about why I like it. Reason 1: It has no watermark. Reason 2: It can crop, trim, add text in multiple colours & fonts, & change speed. Reason 3: It's easy to use and doesn't take too long to save GIFs. I have ADHD, so if my GIF program isn't painless, I just won't make GIFs. I've used this app to make over 300 GIFs. For proof, my GIFs are posted on swansongstims on tumblr.

Overall the app is pretty solid. My only gripe is that you can't really do anything with videos past 1 minute. I can understand why only a minute is allowed of course, but I'd like the option to chose WHEN in the video that I'd like to make the GIF and not just get stuck at the beginning. I could be either missing something or maybe it's not possible. Either way the app is good.
