I've worked with Qwick since 2022, and the app always worked flawlessly. Since they combined with "GigPro" it has become IMPOSSIBLE to actually get a shift. I'll get a "Direct Offer" only to find out it was sent to multiple people? Also, instead of simply being able to accept a posted shift, you have to "Apply" and hope to be selected by the business?! This is the complete opposite of the original business model & makes no sense!

So much inconsistency and up and down experience with this app. Qwick was gold at first. Then, they mixed with GigPro and it's been a dud since. My profile has had issues due to the fact Pro Support is garbage. Also, if you lose access to your phone number you used to create your profile prepare to have serious issues moving forward with this app. It is tied to your old number if you change the number and can't get verification from the old number you have to create a new profile. Messy.

FIX THE APP! The app glitches so much. I thought with this new update it would be fixed, but it just got worse. Now there are barely any positions, no direct offers, shifts weren't appearing when clicking on shift notifications and that problem still exists, now I'm getting way more error messages, there are no jobs, and so many more issues. It was not this hard to get a shift or have the app issues fixed when it was Qwick or on other gig apps!

terrible! waited since AUGUST for my account to be enabled. I was told it was an IT issue and they would get to me when they could. Reached back out a couple weeks ago and within minutes they had it fixed. I "applied" for a shift, when it was time to confirm the shift disappeared completely and there was no way to confirm. getting direct offers from places that want a dishwasher/ line cook 120 miles away is not helpful! such a waste of time. qwick used to be an amazing app. now it's junk!

Super buggy. Took forever to get to a place where I could see gigs. 80 miles away. I haven't been able to get a background check. So I'm guessing that will never change. I.T./Help Line is garbage. They were more concerned about me filling out a survey than actually fixing any problems I have. Save yourself time. You'll probably be more successful just going to individual places and seeing if they have any temp work. That's what I did.

Keep applying for gigs, but never get shifts. Waist of time. This app sucks at getting work. Trying to get back on qwick and now this guys run it. straight problems since I got back on. did a gig and had so many issues getting a hold of them about getting paid. took 3 weeks to get paid for my gig. now i keep getting direct offer notifications sent to me and even though i click on them as soon as they come in. keep sending emails to get help with these issues, but no response. straight bs.

edit: the apps payout company (stripe) has put everyones BANK ACCOUNT balances at negative 3400$!!!! i saw it last night and my account was negative this morning. not legal.....I'm not sure this app even works as you can see by the many many bad reviews and I just learned that the job you do work, they don't have a mandatory time when they have to pay you so you never know when you'll get your money. I'm sent notifications for jobs and even if I click on it within 1 second the app says it's gone

At this point, despite numerous exchanges with the support line, I have not had a gig in almost two months despite applying to every one I'm available for - they say it's just because it's slow and "somebody got picked first" (obviously) but my applications disappear immediately and the app glitches and sends error messages constantly. Constant updates, can't narrow down location, gigs and requests appear and disappear at will. It's basically unusable and they either can't or won't fix it.

This app is terrible. The app constantly crashes, there's no clear log of your past shifts, it takes over a week of payroll delay for them to reflect that you worked, or for you to discover their error. You have to "apply" to gigs and be panicked to accept right away before you lose the opportunity when it comes through (it's brief, and you have to be on your phone constantly to snag it). It's inferior to instawork in every single way. Employers, PLEASE switch to instawork and leave gigpro/quick

This app is pretty useless now, it was way better when it was just Qwick and you could accept the offers from jump. The process now leaves A LOT of room for discrimination. Also, there are definitely ongoing bugs with this app. The customer service is absolute trash, sometimes they take a whole day or multiple days at a time. Every time I get a notification to confirm a gig, it's gone in less than 1 second, OR it still shows as applied. Surprisingly, Instawork has become 10x better!

The app frequently crashes, doesn't load, glitches to the point you can't accept a job or scroll. I've seen the errors on the client side as well, with them not being able to clock me in because their app was unresponsive. It would be great if you put more time into updating and fixing the app for employees and employers. Being able to filter by distance would be amazing instead of neighborhoods that don't really work as I see postings daily from 178-1700 miles away from San Diego.

I've had the app for a year, I've applied for numerous jobs monthly, can you believe not one job received, I think they're just personal information collectors and by the look of it they've got over 100,000, you apply for a job 2 weeks in advanced, the job sits in your queue for the entire two weeks as pending only to disappear on the day of the job. Impossible to schedule into any work load. I strongly DO NOT 🚫!! Recommend

Go to the stripe page to finish verifying your identity. That's what I had to do. Update I've applied to over 30 jobs and still don't get selected. I feel like it's a waste of time. :( -update after months of trying, I'm finally getting gigs. but now as of 5/2025 the system is glitching badly. 7/2025 the app no longer loads or works and the owners don't care.

This is literally a lottery type set up. Within seconds of a gig coming up you click and then it's gone. And the rare occasion in the split second you click on it and it does come up you have to apply for it. And that usually results in seeing that application disappear. The numerous direct offers I received from companies I worked for before ,prior to the merge, gone in a split second when I click on it . DON'T GET THIS APP DON'T DO IT you'll be wasting your time, and saving yourself a headache

I've been with Qwick over 3 years with a pretty high rating. Before I could pick a gig and it was mine. Now on this new platform since the 2 have merged, I can apply for a gig and have to wait to see if im "Chosen?" What kind of gig work is that?!? So in the meantime, until they see fit to "choose" you, you cant accept other gigs because you don't want to overlap any jobs. Very unfair in my opinion. I literally applied for 5 gigs in one day and didn't get a single one!! This merger is the worst!

I think Gigpro is a scam. I was able to sign up and start profile that worked fine until it received all my personal information; then stopped working. I was unable to log back in from the app or the browser. I contacted support who advised me to change to my zipcode in settings. How? Since I can't login. Try changing to airplane mode... then back to wifi. ?¿ that didnt work either. Clearly the support agent's english is not proficient for the job or they are scamming in my opinion.

Only used it a couple of times, and worked reasonably well. Then, went back in one day to the notification of ID verification. OK. But, after a few, idk, weeks of trying the process off and on, I've basically given up on it. It simply does not work as it should. I've tried different lighting, backgrounds, diff device, permissions, etc.. It never works all the way through to the end. I've gotten the front side of an ID to work, only to have the backside not work after another 40 or 50 tries.

It can take a few weeks to get your first job, but after you do one or two, more places will accept you and it's easier to find a gig. I've been using Gigpro for over a year and the app itself has improved greatly. Businesses on the app can be very hit or miss. Some are too picky, some take too long to pay, etc. But that's not entirely Gigpro's fault imo. I do wish that during tax season there was more guidance. But, I've made a lot of money, and I've even gotten hired off this app. I like it.

You can not count on this app for gigs because only a handful of frequents will get the gig! I picked a job that was 13 min away walking, yet it was given to someone else. They should have a counter to show you how many people applied to this one gig so you won't waste your time. They need to add, more gigs hotels, gyms, hospitals, restaurants, movie theaters or gigs with car opportunities. If you trying to pay bills good luck with that! Newbies don't stand a chance at getting confirmed for gig!

This app is terrible. Qwick should have just let their app alone. It was amazing. We got work constantly. Now we can't get any shifts, when you click on them they disappear, I am always getting direct offers from places I've worked before and as soon as I go in the app, they are gone. My husband has worked a TON of shifts with Qwick and can't even apply to one with this app. Wish it went back to normal.
