GLO Whitening

Would not work with Pixel phone. App loaded but it would not connect via Bluetooth to device. Had to use old iPhone. Works fine with iPhone. Was able to link device via Bluetooth, notifications are good, and timer is easy and big. However, it missed registering a couple session. I cannot manually mark sessions as done so its not accurate. Little annoying.

App sucks. Can't connect the device. Tried contacting support. No one wanted to help. I phoned and was told to use the chat feature. The chat feature told me to email. How hard is it to get a straight answer? Apparently impossible. After 2h I gave up. The device works fine without the app. It just sucks I can't use it. So if you bought the device hoping to use the app, just return it. It's not worth the hassle. If you can live happily without the app, the product is okay.

Here's a tip if you're on android... you need to go into the app's settings --> Permissions --> Enable permissions for Nearby Devices... for it to actually work properly. I spent quite awhile fiddling with Bluetooth settings before I figured out it hadn't asked for the right permissions when I first installed and opened the app.

It started out fine. But after trying to start my 3rd application on the first day, the app crashed and I haven't even been able to open it since. Super frustrating. But the machine itself worked and has a built in 8 min timer.

Garbage. Rarely connects to the actual device and recently there are some sort of fingerprint identification requirement that never actually sees your fingerprint so you can't sign into the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not affect this.

The app is useless! The only thing its good for is take a picture of youself but you can just do that woth your phone without downloading the app. Nothing in the app works. I was hoping that you can control the teeth whitening device teough the app but I cant. Hopefully they make a major update on this app and add more features.

Really cool new way to whiten your teeth. I love the device, it's super comfortable and I don't get sensitive at all. I also like how you can plan a treatment schedule in the calendar and keep track of your progress

Doesn't work with the larger non-lipstick tube, power pack. Will not pair at all. The rest of the app is fine although do I really need an account for this? Seems overkill for what amounts to a daily reminder to glo.

I've tried for 3 days to get Glo Lit to connect to my phone via Bluetooth It refuses to connect. I tried a different phone and it still will not connect. The product it self is not bad but this app SUCKS.

Does not work. Can't even get past sign in screen. Have reached out to the Glo team multiple times and gotten responses but no actual help. Have tried all the go-to troubleshooting (uninstall, reinstall, check for updates, etc)

As others have said, this app does not work, at least not on a galaxy s21 running android 13. It pairs with the GLO device, but that's as far as it gets. And it wouldn't even pair until I turned on the nearby device permission.

It works well. I use it while watching a sitcom or something--usually alone; it looks pretty funny to the casual observer and spitting excess gel into a napkin between applications isn't exactly discreet. It did lighten my teeth a few shades. Now I use it every once in a while.

horrible, always having to reconnect to Bluetooth everytime. and now can't even log in. argh!!

App won't even connect to Google Pixel. Looking at the complaints that go back they need to fix this because I think we pay a premium for the functionality. About time to start blasting the reviews.

I installed the app and paired the device. The app continues to freeze on a circle that says "glo." I can't move away from it. Tried a few times.

This app sucks, I enabled finger print to log in and it won't recognize and glitches out!! Tried un-instaling multiple times and stays gliched with finger print log in. COMPLETELY UNUSABLE NOW!!!

The app has connected via bluetooth exactly once...out of eight tries. NOT worth the time and frustration.

Good so far...minor hiccups. Basic functionality works great! The picture function isn't working for me but that doesn't limit the use of the app!

keeps crashing, already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times in the last 2 hours. very annoying!
