So much potention, love the concept, but everything goes against you all in hopes you spend money. Warehouse space is always full with the games items. I'll have 2 goods in it and no more room. So much going on at one time that you never have enough goods. Buildings cost increases way too high way too quickly. Before I knew it I was fighting to have warehouse space, goods to send ships or finish projects, and cash to purchase buildings. At that point I gave up and deleted the app.
I absolutely HATE all the Pop-ups when you log back into the game, like can I just do what I want without having to hit "X" on 15 popups. I don't care about the new mini game either, also stop directing me where to go in the game, it's just ignorant and annoying! I mean just allow us to play the game how we want not how you want us to play it. Game would be so much better without the 15 popups and being directed where to go, cause I don't care about the marina right now or the race track.
Straight cash grab, every single pop up is trying to get you to buy something. I get it, it's free to play, they gotta make money. but when I've literally been clicking for almost 5 minutes to get out of endless pop ups it's infuriating. They also let you buy packs knowing that once the time limit is up, you can't get that currency anymore(WITHOUT SPENDING MONEY) leaving you with a half finished build. ENTIRELY TOO MUCH GOING ON. Stay away and save your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My only wish is that I wish there was a way to pause or stop experience gains with a toggle switch or something. I now have 6 or 7 'events' running at the same time, and it's pretty much a garuntee that I'm not going to be able to complete even half of them before they time out, due to the required factory resources being needed by all of them. Unless the event buildings/areas can still be completed even after the event ends, even if there's no more rewards.
It is a fun game overall, but it has become very clear, after only a couple of days play, that the necessity of Coins in order to do pretty much anything is intended to lead one towards spending money. I get that they want to make money, and that is fine. However, you will become stalled in place, unable to do pretty much anything because you lack enough Coins to start or complete the project, and the only way to get extra Coins is virtual in-game Money, which of course costs real money. Beware.
Great game except...When you win something, an unexpected amount of items go to your warehouse. Which overfills constantly. The game really is fun, but having everything planned out, so you can build or send a ship off, is ruined when unexpected things overfill your warehouse, making it impossible to collect the needed items to ship, or build. You can sell something, except the market is flooded w specific items, that no one wants, so no one buys them. So you can't get rid of the unwanted items.
The game is decent enough to play. But like many others, unless i have the ability to expand the warehouse exponentially you are doomed. There are things that are counting towards the warehouse, why, they are not something i have created, it was what was received by the game, to expand. So unless i find a way to expand the warehouse that doesn't require spending alot of money, it will be goodbye after one week of playing. Update 4/14/22...I have reached the end of my playing time. GOODBYE
I genuinely cannot find anything wrong with this game. It gives you a fair shake instead of throwing abunch of in-game purchasing in your face and there are literally no ads, except for the optional ones that help you progress. When it comes to in-game purchases; they are very reasonably priced, so you can tell that these developers don't 100% rely on your money and they aren't incessantly throwing ads everywhere. It's the best building simulation that I have ever played. Good day. :)
This is by far one of the most greedy pay-to-play games I've seen. You want people to build special buildings within a short period, which require special items. Then when it's not achieved, you charge $20 to finish it. Now you have thrown in a "scanner" item which is rare to get, to upgrade your storage. I am stuck selling items I need just to be able to continue playing the game. Stop being so money hungry and just make a fun playable game smh. Two years later and the game is worse
This game is addicting. Love the graphics, you don't have to spend alot of "Real" money to advance to the next level like most games. I give this game 5 stars but here are a few of my complaints: WAREHOUSE: Just wish we were able to make more space in the warehouse. Why "win" warehouse upgrades if it doesn't expand to hold 150 items? GLOBAL EXCHANGE: Everyone sells the same thing, almost hard to purchase items needed. EVENTS: It takes forever to upgrade buildings. Please fix these! Thanks
Edit: I just spent an hour (no joke) trying to buy one item from the marketplace. It is comparable to trying to buy concert tickets before bots snatch up all the good seats (i.e. impossible). Fix it so we can either search for items or reduce the number of people who can see an offer at one time. Also refund me for the hour of my life I just wasted.
This game has a lot of potential, but it's like the developers have never played a city building game before... There are several basic things that are missing: you can't rotate the screen, you can't see through buildings when trying to build / move buildings behind other buildings, you can't auto-produce basic materials (you have to keep clicking on machinery every 30 seconds telling it to keep mining / digging, which is its ONLY function in the game... You're a digger. Just keep digging!)
Unplayable due to storage. Was LOVING this game ready to make some big purchases. But storage fills to the level you have and it's not even correct. Storage is the biggest necessity of the game. Every upgrade quicky gets filled to capacity per design. A group of 5 items that did count as "1" now suddenly count as 5. I'm up to 35 capacity. It has again maxed out and the items in storage don't even equal 35. I'm sure it's a scam to get you to purchase items to increase it. No money until fixed.
Fun game! But definitely needs rotations in the game. I have a spot where I can't get to the item to move it. We also need more storage space in the game! As well as more land to be able to build more buildings. The exchanges space should let us buy the item right on our page, once we have to go to the other person's city to get the item sometimes the items are all gone. This does get frustrating as well as the same item showing over and over and over. Otherwise this game is fun to play.
Love the game, been playing for more than two years. I just have a few things I wish the developers would fix. First, the number of stages to complete a special building(ex. Roman Colosseum was 20+ stages.) is way to much. Perhaps reducing the number of stages by half would be more fun and appealing to players. Second, the items needed to expand territory need to be easier to obtain(ex. Excavator bucket is very rare and can only be obtained from airport. More options would be great.
This is the best city builder game I have played so far, the items dont take too long to produce and there is so much to do, you dont get bored waiting for something to finish complete before you can be active in the game. I only gave it 4 stars because theres no way to restart within the game, and as someone who is always thinking "I could have planned this better" I wish there was a big red button I could push to get an easy do-over.
I've played this game on and off for months with no issues, until I decided to purchase an upgrade and now all of a sudden the game does not work at all... I'm extremely pissed!! Literally just stole my money!! This game is a scam as far as I'm concerned I don't recommend it to anyone. Tried reaching out to their "support team" and that seems to be none existent.. guess I'll have to see what my legal options are for theft
I love building simulation games. I've experienced better building games than this. Overall, this game needs to be updated to look more attractive and more appealing. The game starts out with no friendly welcome introduction and no background gaming music. There is no profile setup until a few levels in the game. The landscaping, the buildings, and the amenities all need to be larger. The game is good for a beginner in building simulation, but still could use some more work.
playing this game we feel like we are forced to spend real money to buy items so that historical buildings can be realized immediately, not to mention the many advertisements, it is very annoying because it cannot be canceled even when trying to save it turns out the original physical is still in the game but a copy of the building is saved and it cannot be deleted instead the copy of the building can increase, very very annoying, uninstall is the answer
fun game all in all but kinda sucks once you hit tha "not enough fire departments" I have 3 total, tha one that cost coins, the small and medium one that cost tickets and its still not enough.. for perspective, thats only in tha very first build area.. so im now stuck and no longer able to add to it. dont play this game.. Go Download "megapolis" much better experience.
