Gmail Go

This app is not working at all. As soon as I click an email to read it, the app closes. I keeps stopping over and over again. I have updated the Carrier services and the app itself is upto date. It is showing no other option except Open. I cannot uninstall it, as it is a default app. I am really disappointed with it from today. Please help me with a way to troubleshoot this.

Well ill say it's easy to get lost in Gmail. For those needing minimal set up and one spot to see their emails, this was definitely not the way to go. Alias, contact, recovery and an 'about me" email with way to many labels. Add on the filters, catergorized under tabs, who even have their own custom label. You even get to choose what custom label to "nest" it under 😄

The app came with my k20 and I've been using it since 2019 . The app lags a bit with notifications but otherwise it's easy to use. Update: Feb 7 2026 Notified Later than ever, if ever. Have to pull down refresh the app page for new mail. Still FREE though so Wgaf., right? ✌🏻

Crashed too often. Confusing. It shows for ex. 99+ mails in spamfolder, but when I go there it's empty. After a week I have no mails at all. I'm afraid to uninstall, since it prompts me that that could cause my phone to malfunction... I'm seriously frustrated! Prior to this experience my only issue was to create folders w/ different names to organize mail...

I have multiple accounts logged in. I removed two accounts recently yet whenever i open this app, i still see them logged in. I dont want them anymore it's driving me crazy. I've tried every way i think it's possible yet it doesn't go away. When i log in on other google apps, it doesn't show they are logged in. It's just this particular app. Please how do i make then stop appearing? Fix it!

It has been very good all round but lately I've noticed that not all my mails come up after refreshing, those to be under promotions and the other labels don't come up and those mails are not in the spam folder. I only get to see them with my PC. Plus, you have not updated since May, 2018. That may not be the best

1. Not enough options 2. Cant make new folders for if you want to save a webpage for later to be organized. 3. You cant customize your anything. like you can on a pc. (NOTE) : - change color of menus , words , borders , etc . 4. I dont think it would take much time , money , better video graphs for it

I have a limited data plan, so I figured that this might be the way to go as it was preinstalled on my phone. Unfortunately this app is pretty buggy. I have mulitple gmail accounts and switching between them results in sometimes being able to see my mail, and other times I am shown that I have no email in a very busy account. I'm uninstalling and going back to regular gmail.

It's been ok, I've been getting WAY too many sexually explicit emails that I do not want, emails from things that I've deleted my email off, and since yesterday (South African times) the app has been "syncing mail" from 5:30 and it went on all day non-stop. I have tried turning off the sync data thing, restarting my phone but to no avail, it still does it every time I go into my gmail app. Please fix this

All mail section won't delete messages. When I do, they come back and it's infuriating me. Please fix!! I keep having to redelete every message to free up space on my phone. But they just won't go away!! Please help!! I even restarted my phone. And I can't redownload either because it was predownloaded on my phone when I got it. I can only remove it from my main screen.

Since using this app life was easier for me to do lots of things,at work,at home, business wise and i lost it as I've installed it again, there is going to be easy for me to communicate with family, friends, colleagues and everyone even buying groceries it's the best app, wish we can learn more about it and use it for our own safety.its very helpful. I give this app five stars, keep it.

i think that as far as i can tell it is functional and easy to use. However it does lag greatly on updating or seeing mail as it comes in. I give it a 3 because this was the default gmail app that came with my device. (Coolpad 3310A) alot of apps that seem like odd simpler smaller versions of standard and regular apps were default on this phone. None actually function as well or entirely like original apps. But Gmail Go has satified fairly.

This app is good cuz it's easy to use but the easiness is too much that the application allows anyone with my phone to access my Mail Box . meanwhile they could have made it such that there is a password required anytime one needs to access his/her mail box. Like anytime you click on the Gmail app you're asked for a password this way even Thieves won't have it easy if they get to steal my phone.. thanks so much I hope you really consider my request..

This app helped me for a while. Rarely checked it, but still. It worked and did the things I needed it to do. I believe that once I sent a Gmail to somebody, the app stopped syncing. My parent thought that my gmails are getting sent to by tablet, but my tablet has broke. Honestly, this isn't even worth pressing that green button.

Sir today I am trying to upload a pdf to my university. But because of some low internet speed uploading is so slow . A notification by the app show that my file is uploading , but how much percentage of file is uploaded , it is not showen by the app . So I request you to please update a feature in your app so that it shows all the percentage of file uploading

I couldn't download any of my attachments even after I followed every single recommendations to fix the problem then I realized that it is not just me facing the challenge, it affects all and sundry from the piles of users reviews that I just read through. Uninstalling Gmail Go App honestly, is the only option I have left to consider right now. I may not care what happens afterwards unless I get this bugs fixed

Google GO apps are garbage. They load slow, crash constantly. Gmail Go opens links in an artificial browser that is somewhere between the email and the browser, but says it is open in chrome. You have to click the dots & "ipenin chrome" or it won't save in history or to favorites. SLOW, NON-REMOVABLE, FORCEWARE like this causes frustration, anger, loss of time, loss of work done. Phones will be thrown to a shattering end because of these horrible apps. Give us a choice and a remove GO apps.

Its a great app. I just hate all those ads and most are repeats. Then those survey questions are just annoying. Youask the same stuff over and over and you never get what you're claimed without buying something first. It's supposed to be a free contest. All you get is promises and fake answers. I've won several games but I'm not paying if i won freely and clear. Overall i just enjoy the apps

don't like this app AT all, all my emails just disappeared I did several things to bring them back up and nothing worked so after several hrs I ended up having to download and install the classic Gmail app, and low and behold all my emails came back, this app needs to be fixed, and hopefully it work fine once it's debugged, my advice would be to get the classic Gmail again.

Horrible. Customer service gets -5*. I've been reporting issues for a long time to them and never a reply or fix. I've spent hours today reporting and deleting the same spam messages over and over again, only to have them reappear in my inbox ... Like I have nothing better to do or no other reason for my inbox. Sucks ... Please don't insult me by telling me to message support - have done that a few times just to be ignored
