Worst company and website/app I have encountered in a long time. Ordered shoes as a gift 1.5 weeks before Christmas, and 2 days before, they emailed saying, sorry those aren't available. No accountability or discount for the inconvenience, or easy way to get a refund. Just a suggestion to use their expensive quick ship option on another item. I also couldn't login to their app for 2 days, but finally it worked and I requested a refund. Customer service was not helpful.

I've spent thousands of dollars on GOAT. But I've had enough of their terrible service, and I'm moving on. The app is alright. But GOAT doesn't have any customer service to speak of, just FAQs and a bot that could have been written by a sophisticated high school freshman; keep your fingers crossed that everything goes the way you hope it will. I've found that sellers list their inventory on numerous platforms. If the inventory is the same elsewhere, why put up with a terrible experience?

I'm selling on GOAT for more than a year and haven't had any problems with them before until yesterday I got an error message "End of input line 1 column 1 path $" . I have been contacting with goat support team ,they haven't been done NOTHING. I got a lot of sales wich I couldn't even confirm plus all of those sale will be automatically canceled with a next 24 hours if I won't to confirm them. SUPER!!!!NO WORD!!!! And I keep sending them messages and nobody had responding me. 😡😡😡😡😡

I like the platform and the selection of products. Selling and verification is easy. Here is the problem. Fees on both expensive on buyer and seller side. Shipping should be discounted. Example buying a shoe for 110 will cost 132+. Selling a shoe for 210 will net the seller 176 after fees. The more expensive the cost the more either party loses. Also pricing is misleading on the app. The price reflected is the buyers request not the sellers price. They show $150 but the seller amount is $300.

Honestly I never write reviews. This review is strictly about the app (though I have other issues with the company). #1 the app crashes, pulls up error messages I believe were meant for the coders to debug all the time. Its glitchy, when you scroll through listings or orders sometimes it just makes an infinite loop of the same items you've already seen. #2 with all the fees you guys take from us sellers, I've seen literal home businesses with better apps. That function fully.

Purchased the shoes online, then downloaded the app. i was so excited to buy more. 6 days went by and i had 0 updates. I'm happy they replied to me when i reached out, but it takes a while for them to respond and they weren't able to provide info on when I'll get it or anything. i think it's so ghetto for a company to not update when you spend money with them. especially if something is wrong. wasted so much time its so frustrating. at least i got a refund for their mistake.

First order went great, so I was optimistic. 2nd order arrived with a hole in the material on the back of the Jordan 1s. I noticed it in the first 5 seconds of picking up the shoe. What were their "checkers" looking at the whole time? They should've stopped it there. Instead, I'll be out 15 bucks cause they won't cover shipping for the return. Last time ordering with Goat.

The app has so many bugs. Whenever I sell a pair if shoes getting a shipping label rarely works. The app has trouble loading so many pages. I submitted a question about the amount made on a pair of a shoes because it was wrong. I submitted a request. The contact us outside won't load ago I can see what the reply was. The order will be canceled today. My seller rating because I couldn't print labels or had orders canceled because of discrepancies in compensation.

SELLERS BEWARE !!! The app doesn't notify you when you've made a sale ! Due to this issue, I've received several cancelations and penalties. However, the app DOES send notifications for new releases and promotions....just not when it's time for you to make money. This issue has been going on for a few years and has yet to be addressed. Bad business practice on GOAT's end.

I like the way this app works. However the first time I try to buy something from this app everything I'd going good at first. Within the star of the 2nd day of purchase, the sweater(2022 essential limo stretch) is already at the verification factory. However within the middle of the second day, it tells me to refund. No reason, just store credit or 2-3 days for a refund in account. So I dis that, already mad, then it says I have to wait 3-5 days! This app can't even tell me why then does this.

Goat has gone way downhill. The app is just still clunky like it's always been. I hate the interface of it when it comes to adding things to your "want list" it just doesn't work at all for me most of the time. When you have an offer and people change the asking price it doesn't notify me. There's just so many small problems with the app that make it kinda suck. I wish it was more like stock x. Stock X has always had the best interface and notifications it just sucks they pass fakes.

App Crashes, Website is Unusable. I don't know what happened, it used to work so well. Now they're pushed to this all white minimal design it doesn't work. Can't sort by release date. Sort by price inaccurate. Popular sort is the same show that have been popular for 5 years that don't exist anymore. Recent releases only goes back 2 days. There's no reason not to use StockX now.

The black friday sale was the worst lagged out so much. The loading screen would come up 45 minutes. Or when I clicked on it right at the zero mark, it would say sold out. Or it wouldn't even let me click on it. And it wasn't just me, it was a lot of other people that we're complaining about the same thing. Don't get me wrong.I do buy shoes from them. But the black friday cell was a joke.

The absolute worst sneaker purchasing experience I have ever had. The app would never allow me to purchase a shoe. I checked my bank card, my account, and everything was fine except for this glitchy app. They have great deals but when you can't purchase anything this app becomes a annoying catalog. Also customer sevice never got back with me. Just buy a shoe in stock on a different website. Not worth your time.

Amazing app. Nothing but good things. Great to buy and sell kicks! A lot safer than eBay. UPDATE: The people at GOAT locked my account (suspicious activity) with no notice. My sales and seller rating, all gone. I wouldn't have found this out unless I contacted them to which I still wasn't given an explanation, and not even one solution to help. It ended in a very vague email that only served as an insult. I really like GOAT, however, I have only overpriced StockX now. Thanks.

Good app for buying HORRIBLE for selling. I'm not getting notifications for when a shoe is sold ( I don't sale often) despite this being a ongoing notified issue. The penalties to rewards ratio for missing a sale are so steep it's impossible to get back in good standings. The worse your score, the higher your fees. I went from a 108 to a 79! I missed 3 sales in 2 years I wasn't notified of, wouldn't recommend for selling, try other platforms for that.

Ordered twice, both time paid for "NEW" with the box and both times got clearly used sneakers. First time it was the new unc 4s that just came out. Had a small stain in the front and a crease. Whatever I let it slide. 2nd time, the "NEW" kicks I ordered where scoffed up, creases like crazy, discoloration, beat up box and had animal hairs in the inside. I requested a return but for what, to be told that I'm only getting $190 from something I paid $290 for? Never again. I dont recommend this.

There's no good reason anybody should sell on GOAT. First, it takes weeks to just get approved as a seller. Then every listing must also be approved which sometimes takes up to a week no matter how many successful sales you've had. They approved listings just to later take down the same listing, demaning you retake photos even though there was nothing wrong in the first place(hence why the listing was approved). They take 10% plus 5$ and then charge 3% to cash out your money. Use Ebay

Unreliable listings and poor customer service. I had 3 of 3 orders canceled due to the seller not being able to fulfill the order. Their supposed policy is to find another seller and fulfill the order. In all instances, there were multiple listings for the shoes, but I got a message that they were unable to find another seller. When I asked why this kept happening, I got a copy/paste response to try again. You're better off on eBay.

First time buyer and bought a pair of shoes on the platform recently. It shipped to me last week. I tried, it didnt fit, i returned it. They declined my return yesterday saying the shoe is used and has scuffs. They took a lot of clear pictures to prove their rejection but they didnt attach original pictures when they ship it to you. You have no idea if that happened during the shipping or even before! For me, the shoes were just out of box for 5 minutes in my closet. That's ridiculous CS!
