GoDaddy: POS & Tap to Pay

New app is useless! All it's good for is receiving payments. I have the Square app for that. Adding products is a disaster. I bought a new phone to get rid of Square. To be able to manage my business with one app. This app doesn't allow you to upload your physical products or edit. Just 1 photo and price. That's it. In my situation my products need categories and multiple photos. My products don't show up on my website using the app. Forcing me to use a laptop and download from my phone. Useless

The app has become more difficult to use. I liked it when you can just open the app and see the stats of the website without having to open the browser. Editing the website was done in the app as well. But now everything opens into a web browser and you have to login every time. Essentially there's no point in having the app anymore, totally useless.

Every time they update the app they make it harder and harder for me to book appointments. I use it as a POS and booking system, and they keep making it more difficult to navigate to the appointment booking, let alone book the appointments themselves. Honestly, if they keep this up I will be switching to someone else. Make it user friendly, or make a separate app for appointments.

it crashes, it won't work I got this less than a month ago, it worked fine for about 2 weeks then stopped working altogether. customer service couldn't help. uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times,it shows blank after clicking the app, then randomly it opens up, start processing a payment and it just spins and says "something went wrong, try again" try again, some thing over and over again.

Constantly Crashes. While adding a new product, I lose all progress and it takes me back to my main list of products. Each tap is taking so long to register that only the first 1-3 letters of a word will show up; spaces aren't registering so words are jumbled together. I've cleared the app cache and data, but it doesn't help. This is so cost/time prohibitive, and annoying.

Blog keeps crashing, opening the cover media while I'm typing, and caused me to have to remove the image and add it after I finished. Editing the site itself, sometimes it won't register spaces or changes. Occasionally I'll write a full word and only the first couple letters show up after publishing. For example I added the word further and it showed up as fur, even though in the edit box it was written fully. Annoying to have to go back and edit edits. Feel like I can't trust anything on it.

It behaves well enough and there's a couple things you can do easily, but managing your email is not one of them. Got a quick view of email accounts but there's nothing you can really do there. Somehow I ended up on the web view (good) of my email management, but then who needs an app if you work on the browser anyways? I was able to renew one of my products easily, but everything is set to auto renew so again I don't need an app. No real purpose of this app except to say they got one.

This app is so glitchy. Sometimes it'll let me upload an image, sometimes it won't even let me open up my gallery. I've been trying to update my listing for the last 30 mins and it won't let me. Also, I can't see my listing's options when in the app, so if I need to adjust quantity, or add an option, I have to use my browser. So what's the point of this app? It just upsets me more than anything.

The app does not integrate with the products on the website. You can not select products from the website to sell in person from the app. This seriously needs to change. How can you not understand what I am saying. I need to be able to select/scan product quickly and be able to check out my customers quickly. With this app its only put in a price from the item, then add another or whatever. This does not help with tracking sales and inventory. It need to be connect to my website inventory!!!

If there's a website that benefits the business and not the customer it's godaddy. Saturated with ads and extras. Almost impossible to navigate and their terminology can be confusing and misleading. It takes me 10 minutes to find my website to edit and add products. I should spend more time working on my website but I rarely do anymore since it's so confusing. Seeing ads for things i already subscribe to is also very confusing and annoying.

They could do so much better. Basic account is only 100 emails? Really? There isn't enough Marketable options. Other sites offer way more options. The aesthetics are nice, but it's way too limited. So is the link you sent supposed to let me email you all my suggestions or is that just added to look like I can contact that email. That link didn't take me nowhere but to a 24/7 chat bot to help me. So yes I still stand by it. It would be a 2.5 star but it won't les us so the half.

I'm missing all the tabs at the bottom of the app. Payment, website, domain... none of the buttons show in the app which means I cannot use the tap to pay function or build a cart. We had our first vendor event ever today and we literally cannot charge payments with the app. We logged in on 3 different devices, all 3 being up to the specs of the app and I cannot find a sell button anywhere. So disappointing.

Did not work. STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SET UP SITE WITH APP. I'm going to go online. I'll let you know how that goes. Just updated the app, so that's not the problem. This is an update on my review; Can only upload pictures where it says upload videos. The videos in my gallery are excluded. I am also excluded from deleting a button that's not needed. Stay tuned

The app is pretty much useless. Actually, given that I can't incorporate a lot of payment options and can only attach a shopping cart to one product category, GoDaddy is pretty much useless to me entirely and I can't wait until April when I'll be switching to Shopify. However, the app is especially infuriating. It crashes. It freezes. It throws error codes. It won't upload pictures. It runs incredibly slow. It won't let me upload products. Wouldn't not recommend GoDaddy at all.

When you add a new product to your store on the mobile device you cant select more than one photo at a time, and after you find each photo you have to go all the way back down in your gallery to pick another. Also writing descriptions, if you backspace one letter it repeats all of the word you have, example: beautibeautiful and when you go to delete the first one it starts deleting from the end of the correct word. Extremely frustrating when you're trying to update your website.

I'm pretty new to GoDaddy and already having trouble loading the products when clicking on it. So I can't add any new products, or edit any products - I havent been able to for the passed month. I don't even have up to 100 items yet. The website is already kind of slow at loading 80% of the time, but the app is even slower.

Always freezing up or glitching out. This is not designed for, if your a barber or stylist. No cancellation button they ( the customer) have to keep calling you. Customers complain about not getting their email notifications about appointments. They don't offer text messages notifications. The basic service and plus service is the same, only then you can pay online. Not pay the extra.

Way too many issues, freezes, and crashes when trying to edit website or products, mostly products. Can't even edit one line in the description without errors. Wix is looking better and better since support doesn't actually do anything to fix it, just gives the same old canned response "we'll pass this on to our developers."

There's so much you're not able to do in the app, most pages you have to edit things on your website just will not load, for a while I was unable to upload any new photos at all, for months now I've been trying to update an outdated announcement from my home page and seem to not be able to. I constantly update the app and there's always a handful of things I can't do. It's exhausting spending $30 a month just to fight with the app constantly.

Very Unstable app. when it worked it was great and user friendly, that lasted about 1.5 weeks. now its sucks!
