Not impressed. It only allows 1 code every 4 hours (used to allow 2 codes) and if you have several people at the same table who want to pay separately it still only gives credit for 1 code. This tends to make me want to meet friends somewhere else, where my business is more valued. Plus, having to have an app to earn rewards is unnecessary. You should be able to do it thru the Good as Gold Club, but cannot.

It won't let me enter receipt codes more than half the time. Error constantly comes up saying I can't enter more than one code within 4 hours. The reality is that you can't enter codes within 24 hours. I entered one receipt that had just been handed to me by the clerk. It said it had already been entered. Total garbage and completely useless. I have lost countless points since using this app.

Apparently I cannot redeem points and earn points at the same time, employees said i could. Clicked the qr code to redeem $10 reward but when I clicked to earn the discount disappeared on the register. Couldn't get it back, had to pay full price. He says just use it next time you come. Told him yeah but it's an hour one way to get here and this is the closest location.

This app is completely and utterly useless. I downloaded the app, not only is there NO bar code, put I repeatedly clicked on what I thought was a link to enter my receipt number to go towards my reward points. NOTHING. Uninstaller. A complete waste of time and useless just to like the cooks serving undercooked food, and making omelets inside out. 🤬🤬🤬

Based on the recent reviews on how. this app works, or is working, compounded by the local stores apparently not knowing how the app works, plus corporate customer service not responding in a timely manner to problems is causing me to rethink having downloaded this app! There is going to be hell to pay if I have rewards available and go to a local restaurant, lose my points and still have to pay! Also trying to scan a receipt and then it not working until after the receipts code had expired!!

Food good. I have lost points twice because the receipt says code must be entered within 3 days. NOT TRUE Must be done in exactly 24 hours. I lost out because I was a little over 24 hours, twice. The app says to scan the bar code, no bar code to scan. It would be better if you could do this at the time you are paying.

The app is great until you get to the restaurant and you aren't able to use your reward points. In addition to that the receipt doesn't even have a code or number to download points earned for the current visit. I have lost over fifty points due to their inefficiency. They are always super apologetic and claim it's due to their out of date computer system. Ya ok, then end the whole program.

When you live with a lot of picky eaters and you don't like to wait for food to be cooked and served, this is the place to eat. My family loves the huge selection of regular kid foods, but also the ribs, shrimp, steak, pot roast, veggies, etc. Don't even get me started on the yummy desserts! Yes, we are regulars!

Meats and vegetables were flavorful and cooked probably. Hot foods were hot and cold foods were cold. Desserts were different textures and levels of tasty not just an assortment of "sweet". Food was plentiful and Staff were helpful, polite and kind. it's a busy place but functioning well.

Great associates- Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't find a sausage item with peppers that I was looking for. When I described it, she told me that they did have it, left the register briefly, located the item and told me exactly where it located. Excellent customer service! Both Jaeda and another young Black lady assisted me.

have to warch the lettuce as there have been times that its bad mixed the good. backed fish and other things are cold and other times hot like it's supposed to be. they just aren't paying attention to temperature of food. also they pick and choose who can and cant bring in their own cup. most of the people working are nice but the old lady cashier is rude and the old guy that does the drinks is rude.

my receipt from the 24th of November was declined. it was only 4 days ago. this app is trash not worth the download. they literally want you to spend thousands of dollars on their frozen food to gain points that ad up to only a 5 dollar discount. not worth it at all. this app is trash like their employees and food

The food was good, hot, and fresh. Everything was good about my experience. Our waitress Nancy was wonderful, she kept our table cleaned and our drinks full. I was very satisfied and will be planning to return and looking for Nancy when we do! Thank you.....It's officially nap time 😁

Great for a quick snack or complete meal with scrumptious desserts to follow for a fantastic price ! especially if you are a senior and Go for the midday specials with free drinks !

My waitress was so wonderful. Thank you Deanna. She made sure the dirty dishes were removed and we had drink. She checked on us often. The restaurant was very clean and the food was fresh and delicious 😋 Thank you for a great experience!

I just want to shout out to Brianna! she was our server and she rocked it. Thank you so much for all you did for us table of 3. you were always there to get our empty plates and refill our drinks. and I know you were helping different tables. I counted at least 4 more besides my table. Thank you so much and you kept a smile on your face the whole 45 minutes we were there. Thank you for keeping the smile and Great attitude. This is a very good value . The food is pretty good at all 3 mealtimes. Good variety of foods. The staff are all very friendly! They do a great job of keeping everything very clean, filled up, and refrshed.
