Atrocious. If I had no other choice than to use this app, I wouldn't. EVERY time I need to get into my lms, I need to uninstall and reinstall the app or it never loads. It's insanely slow and glitches out in the middle of videos, causing me to again uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. Doesn't matter if I log out before closing the app. if you are a facility looking to use this service, DON'T.
The app itself is probably fine, but some of my company's learning modules fail to complete or are displayed improperly in the app. Most of them work fine with major Android web browsers, and virtually all of them work as intended with desktop Chrome, Firefox, etc. It is difficult to recommend this app if a company laptop/workstation is an option, but it is usable when necessary.
This is worse than the app that we used to use to do our caregiver learning on.buttons do not display right. Whether it's on your telephone or your tablet, you cannot read the information because there is no pinch in zoom. How are you supposed to answer the questions correctly? It's ridiculous, it's gonna take me 20 hours to do 12 hours of training just because of all the glitching. If I could give it a 0 stars I would.
it doesn't work properly on any of my devices. and I've had to complete a mandatory course more than 10 times and it still won't acknowledge I've completed it. it won't even save your progress, so I've had to start from the beginning every single time. this is one of the worst learning platforms I've ever been required to use. I'm so over it!
Te only advantage of this app is offline mode and ability to download your videos, IF IT WAS ACTUALLY WORKED! you need to manual switch to offline mode WHILE YOU ARE ONLINE, otherwise you just stuck in a loop untill the internet is back, really ruined my exprience, it is prefered to use the web interface
extremely slow, white page, u Open the app and u get only the logo ... on extremely fast internet, you guys getting paid to do such a bad app, very disappointed
Since the last update everytime I open the app it doesn't change from the go learn logo when the app first opens. I then have to delete it, reinstall it. This has been happening for the last couple of months and honestly it's making me not want to study as much. Hopefully there's a fix for it coming
I have a course to do but cant load anything on this app. I have been trying for 10 mins to load it!.
The idea is great and running CFCS through this is awesome but the basic UX such as getting in and out and app connectivity and login session kickouts are horrible. I use this app as a last resort. Doesn't run in the background longer than 2 min, just goes offline.
Frequently crashes and unable to complete opening cycle. when it worked it was great, but for the last few months has been unusable. I've uninstalled and redownloaded several times.
Very frustrating. The screen goes white with an arrow at the top left screen which does nothing. Tried restarting my phone, but the solution is always the same. Uninstall the app, lose all your data, and then reinstall and have to download again if your lesson is still available. This is the 4th time I have had to do this. Wish it would just sign me out so I could sign back in, but the screen just freezes and remains that way.
App doesn't work. The app will launch the "Overview" screen, which in a regular browser, will prompt a new window to open and begin playing the lesson. In this app, however, it just stays on the overview screen and never actually launches the lesson.
Does NOT save progress! I spent over an hour doing a study session provided by a college and all I did was go to a previous page and all my work was forgotten. I had over 75% completed and it just forget it all. On my computer it saves my progress, this app does not. When I completed a separate class, I could not save or exit the screen and lost all my hard work from that aswell. Please fix this, it's absurd.
The app works very slowly compared to the web browser.
It's SO slow to get the initial page up. It buffers for 5 minutes sometimes
buggy laggy mess that my company forced me to download to do trainings. it is horribly optimized, so a 20 minute test will take you an hour waiting for things to load.
If you're thinking about using this app. STAY AWAY. it never works, you're paying for nothing. hasn't worked a single time in the 4 months I've been trying.

Not a good app zero stars! It doesn't allow you to login at all! To use i-car on your phone or tablet: go to those 3 dots in the corner that brings up your bookmarks and other options etc when in Google. Check box next to desktop site. Then the mobile app page pops up. Go into your history tab after it pops up and click on the page I-car LMS training. The same page pops up again but, go to 3 dots check box again and reload page. You should see your modules now. FYI I had to do this for Android.
It's slow and unresponsive, but by far the most frustrating thing about this app is it does not record your progress. If you leave during the middle of a course, expect to start over from the beginning. If you are actually able to complete a course, expect to start over from the beginning. Want an actual website to log into in order to complete your courses? Apparently it doesn't exist. Looking for assistance with this bug infested app? Apparently that doesn't exist either. Terrible experience.
