Golfshot Golf GPS RangeFinder

I've been loyal to Golfshot software from the start. Ease of use is what makes a program great, and that's Golfshot. I play nearly every day, 9 holes walking the course. I have a cart for the clubs, and I operate my smartphone with one hand. Golfshot is that easy and a lot of fun. The program's performance data and analysis it provides are excellent and has positively impacted my game. I add my simulator practice data, improving my club choices. It's all good.

Have used GolfShot for about 3 years now. In the past I have used the watches and other devices. This is by far the easiest and most accurate that I have used. I had a minor problem with finding y course, and customer service responded within one hour or less and I had the issue resolved. I have used this to get distances on my irons when I got new clubs and it was easy to use. I also like the feature where it chnages to the next hole without having to manually do that. Great product.

I subscribed to Golfshot Plus to use with Android Wear. It works great once you turn off your phone sync/bluetooth connection. Otherwise the watch will use the phone GPS and give you incorrect distances. Once I figured this out everything was working as it should. Having a second version of the app in the Play store is a bit misleading as there is a monthly subscription available through the app. I almost skipped over this one because I didn't want to shell out $79.99 just to try it.

this app was fantastic, I loved using it, I subscribed to the pro version for a long time. unfortunately I opened it up to start a round of golf and was greeted with a cheap ad for a trashy app. I will be reaching out to get my money back for the annual subscription and deleting the app. I was not a free user and I still saw the ads, y'all suck. goodbye

unimpressed so far. auto tracking failed to record about ⅓ of my shots. It's not worth the $60/year of it's not going to do a better job. Gave it one last shot and the watch app wouldn't connect with the phone. I kept selecting "open on phone", the phone app opened and the watch app still said "open on phone". Any app that requires constant trouble shooting, is not worth paying for.

I've used this app for 9 years and I've always been happy with using it. Lately my app has not been working properly. I've opened a case with tech support and and I've been very unhappy with the level of service. They have been absolutely no help whatsoever. The support people constantly say they don't hear from me despite my many emails to them. The support people try to close the case even though it's not resolved. I have downloaded other golf gps apps and will drop my golfshot subscription.

i have been using the free version for about 2 years. Last year, game adds would show up when starting the app. After the adds started showing, something is using the battery at a very accelerated rate. My 100% charged Samsung S23 ultra will be completely dead by the 13 or 14 hole. The only time I have this problem is when I use the Golfshot app. I would be happy to pay for it, but I'm not sure that would stop it from killing my battery.

I used this app and liked it a lot. Now it doesn't work. I Uninstalled it and re installed it with no luck. The app doesn't work with my watch anymore. Very disappointed now and Uninstalling for good. I contacted customer support and we tried to fix the issue. It still doesn't work. It is very frustrating. The app doesn't deserve 1 star.

the watch integration needs work. Constantly have to refresh the watch to get the proper yardage. And it doesn't advance to the next hole without manually changing the hole. I had high hopes that this would replace my old Samsung watch gps app which no longer works after the latest watch software update. This isn't it.

I have been using this App for more than 15 years. It has been pretty accurate and the recent experience I had with customer service was excellent. Having retired I lost my company email address where I set up the app. They were able to locate over 400 rounds and transfer the data to my new email address.

Customer support is terrible. I've been trying to get a refund for over an hour. My first call was answered almost immediately, then was quickly disconnected once they found out I needed a refund because the course was closed. I called back, now I've been on hold for an hour.

The concept is good but it doesn't work. Every practice swing is registered as shot. Not every shot is registered. It worked with my Samsung watch the first time and not the second time.

The very best golf GPS app for Android by far, but I have one gripe...why no support for the Galaxy line of watches? Edit: Galaxy and Pixel Watch 4 have been working well with minor glitches. One gripe I have is the iOS version is a much more polished interface than Android. Android support almost seems like an afterthought

I purchased the Pro version 3 months ago. Worked well initially, but got real buggy the more rounds I played. "Hangs" up frequently now. Most recently, it won't display a scorecard for any rounds, either current ones or old ones. I've followed the troubleshooting tips to no avail. Even tried the app on an older phone in an attempt to troubleshoot... same issues. Can I get a refund for the remaining months so I can buy an app that works? Mark Black

I've used this app for 5 years and been happy with it, but I updated the app, and none of my scorecards would load, even the active one during the round. My scores and stats were there, and I could see the round details using the edit score function; only the scorecards didn't load. Reported this is issue and it was fixed in about a week. Really pleasant support staff and quick fix 👍.

I have used this device for several years now and is reasonably accurate and has many more options than I need. I use it for yardage only. Does what I expected it to do and would recommend it to anyone who wants a FREE apparatus.

Beta version on Android. the app doesn't seem to working properly as it does on Apple.

Been using golfshot for over a decade, but watch and phone gives different numbers, sometimes by 8 yards

good app but the screen needs to be brighter color enhanced very hard to see on bright sun shine day and yes my brightness is up all the way

I thought it was a great golf gps app because of its visual references of the holes and having a scorecard just by turning your phone. Hay just writing how the golf app could be better on the review. Well if you were to make a club suggestion feature based on tracking your golf ball I would boost the rating.
