Google Admin

I cannot sign in. The app automatically links to a different Google account for some reason, not my admin account. And, I cannot add the correct account. I also cannot login via browser, even after trying all the troubleshooting steps, and I have no way to contact support given that I cannot login. So, this is utterly useless to me and it is so annoying to spend so much time trying to troubleshoot a basic issue like login. What am I paying for in a Workspace subscription? Useless.

Shame to google for having such a low standard product! After crashing and clearing the data app doesnt allow to add account, spins in circles asking to add a new ac. and when adding always says already exists.. and if I add completely new admin account, loggs in, shows some data but no way to switch account and then again, suddenly goes back with the same request to add an account. Developers of this app must have been accountable for this! We are paying hundreds per month for this peace of 💩

Misses several major features from the web version. Most notably, there is no option to give created users their organizational unit. It's so dumb. There are some other some ease of use features that are nice to have on mobile but this app just seems ignored. Update: Despite having made this review years ago, none of these issues have been fixed. It has not reasonably changed in years, making it preferable to simply open your mobile browser instead.

It's such a clunky, ugly looking and limited app compared to the website version. It covers the bare bones essentials and that's it.

It is useful but the UI is way too simple and looks very out of Google spect of colorfulness, additionally; pretty hard to use in few cases i guess.

I'd give this a half star if I could. This is the most redundant app I've ever seen. There's no use for it. Google provides all the same apps without payments! Don't waste your time or money. You can't even get into the system. Can't cancel, can't update, can't call anyone to help you. SUCKS!!!!

Can't log in. When I try, it says that my account already exists on my device. No other options, just that error when I enter my email.

useless. just let's you manage users. you can't even manage payments or payment methods, see invoices, manage apps. just users. rest password and stuff.

No longer works? Cannot login, says no admin (I have multiple accounts on my device, 2 are super admin for different domains), prompts me to add an account and when I try it says that user already has an account on device and then I'm stuck. I ot sure what happened but this app is no longer functioning for me. Used fine for years prior to this. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

Our Google Workspace account has been suspended for over 80 hours without any prior notice. Our entire team is unable to access emails, causing major business disruption and financial loss. Despite repeated follow-ups, we only hear it's under review with no resolution in sight. This level of service is unacceptable. We demand immediate reactivation, a clear explanation, and compensation for the damage caused.

very disappointed, you can't do much with the app. You still have to log into a computer to make changes.

just installed and when I open it it gets to the set a pin screen and then says that my browser doesn't have JavaScript so unsupported.

can't even get past the login screen. says "couldn't sign you in... the browser I'm using doesn't support JavaScript"

Gives you great over view of users, groups, and some other of their services bur functionality and features are pretty limited. I know you can't fit everything from the main admin panel in but the app and menu feel hollow. Users. Groups. Devices. Basic audit log of everything with no ability to filter. That's pretty much it.

Completely unusable, I got as far as setting up a pin, it kept on saying the browser don't have JavaScript enabled, the thing is... It is Google Admin's own built in browser, there is no where to go but there, and no way to configure said browser either. Tough luck, no? So I deleted the app and reinstall, same result. I tried to delete the app data and cache, same result. What a waste of time.

It seems very easy to accidentally delete users and groups on Android mobile. When viewing a group, there's a delete icon (trash can button) at the top of the screen, and that's the last option I want to see when managing a group. Meanwhile there's no clearly defined "add new member" option. If you tap on a member name, a menu appears and a "remove user" option appears almost right where your finger/thumb was--meaning an accidental double tap will possibly remove members.

Same as all the recent reviews. Worked great and now I can't use it. I have my Google admin account set up on my phone, but keeps cycling through the login, saying account exists on my device. Hope they update this soon. Update 4-23-19: They fixed the issue and I am once again able to use the admin tool for my work's domain.

It has some features, but I find myself ired at the fact that the important features I need for administering are not available in this app, and not available on the mobile web, which requires me to logon via a desktop. Common issues like users forgetting their password or needing to reset 2FA. Another feature request would be the ability to approve messages in moderation for a group email within the app.

If you get the JavaScript error, DON'T set a pin & it should let you in just fine!!! As far as what to do after that...your guess is as good as mine. I'm so confused! What is the point of this app?! I have a Google Admin acct for my business & can't do ANYTHING here. It linked other Admin/Super accts I did not want/allow it to, shows a teacher's "group" I'm not allowed to delete(?!), & all the other tabs say "Unknown error occurred", "The page you requested is invalid", etc. @Google...the heck?!

Steaming hot fresh garbage. I thought it would be useful to reset a user's password and the only option after auto-generating was to notify by a link that expires in 48 hours... I don't understand these UX developers. I don't understand how somebody can come up with that and then genuinely think, "perfect!"
