Unfortunately the $500 add credit offer is very misleading and deceptive. The functionality of the app and the ads are just fine, but I was very disappointed when I thought I was using ad credit, but then realized that I was going to be charged $78 for basically nothing. I never would have let my bill run up that high if I had known about this scammy ad credit offer. Not to mention all that came of it was I got some "impressions". Not even a single click to my website or a phone call.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! They took money out of my account without ever having an ad up. $150 is a lot to go missing! My account history on this app also confirms I have never made an ad. To stop these payments I wanted to delete my account but their account canceling leads to a 404 error site not found. You can't take your card off the app because it needs to have payment method at all times or access to your bank account! Never got through to the help line. I'm trying out Facebook ads.

The worst thing I have ever done!! Each week the reports say that I received 3 phone calls from my ads but I Never did! I received zero work from the ads over the past two months and was charged several hundred dollars a month! It took me two weeks to find out how to cancel even though it says "you can cancel anytime" there were several different instructions on how to cancel but non were correct. My girlfriend finally found it and she wasn't even sure how she found it but it is well hidden!

The controls of how much I'm spending per ad are horrible. Why can't I just input that I want to spend $100 over 3 days? It breaks it down into weird per-day math, where you can't input the start date, and it's a total surprise how much I'm spending per ad. I usually like math, but not the math I have to do to figure out how much I'm going to spend on a campaign. I also really don't like that they force you to use this app on your phone because they won't allow you to zoom in/out on the website.

Google ads is the worst place to do marketing if you don't have alot of money to spend. And even worse if you want to advertise services like we do. We are a workshop and turbo repair centre and we need clients to know that buying a new turbo is a ripoff compared to getting your current turbo fixed to help save everyone from unnecessary spending, but when placing it in Google ads, it says that it's not been accepted. So you put money into Google but can't use it to place service provider ads!

Doesn't work. At all. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Just keeps saying 'try again later'. Re-installed but no change. Really not getting value from the ad team, they just keep screwing things up making it harder for the smaller businesses to get any traction online. It has improved since the update...

Why is it everyone else on the planet can verify an ID in 2 minutes and GOOGLE takes 3-5 days? Why did you have me go through the entire process of making an ad... before verification... and then DELETE that ad? Why does the verification not work in the app? I had to go through the website. And why put me through all this trouble just to give YOU money? SOOOO many questions...

Handyman company, costs up to $180 for single calls. Burned thousands of dollars multiple times despite taking every precaution, safeguard, professional assistance, and customer service attempts. Google Ads costs up to $180 per click and $120 per phone call. Home Repair costs over $150 per click - the jobs themselves are often $150! Even with extensive keyword mapping, negative keyword mapping, budget safeguards, will laugh at your $45 CPC and $150/day budget, will spend $1000/day regularly.

Daylight Fraud and Scam. Google Ads claim that they help with finding the right bidding strategy, like Maximise conversion value or Target ROAS, but reality is that they overcharge on impressions, but don't deliver on conversions like app install. Then they send the bill and threaten developers if they don't pay. One big scam.

I began using it to build my business and it's hit or miss. Seems like the only way to stop them from consistently messaging me is to spend an exuberant amount of money each month. I've done well for years advertising without GA but now that it's trendy to use these online services, their constant critique of my ads makes me not want to use it. Do better, Google.

I find it very difficult to navigate .I am getting e mails stating adds running out and when I check they are enabled

very cunning, they'll Spam your ad for broad categories and locations irrelevant to your business and location. even after 2 hours with a specialist 92% of paid clicks were unqualified customers looking for a different service and search term. Even instagram has better targetting

I want to publish an ad but it is not fetching location options. I have been trying since 2 hours, location is not loading.

My business was approved, but there was no real exposure and no customers, yet Google Ads started charging me anyway. The profile showed only 1 click, but I was billed for multiple clicks, which makes no sense. Support is intentionally confusing: Google Ads has a number, Google Business does not. When you call, they deny responsibility while still charging you. Google Ads bills you, Google Business controls visibility, and neither takes accountability. Predatory and misleading. Beware all!

So deceptive. they intentionally make it impossible to try to cancel an ad campaign. they make it difficult to understand the finances as I thought I was running one for a week and the next thing I know they billed me for a month. I found out this is a widespread issue with other Google users. they act like you're a spreadsheet analyst or some kind of data person. absolutely ridiculous and I feel like Google is taking advantage.

Not happy with the amount they are billing on a regular basis, without providing invoices and terrible customer service.

this app is trash, it will not let me make any changes to my ad on it and the website on my phone is unreadable. I turned off all my ads till u fix it

the platform don't usually follow command you gave if you set your ad to end it will automatically continue.
