Best I've seen but not great. You can't use a GIF as your background. There is lots of information that states GIF's can be used for Classroom customization, but this has been consistently inaccurate for me. Next, although you can get an average grade, but if you are teaching multiple subjects, there is no way to distinguish, for example, a Math grade from a Social Studies grade average. You can upload videos and other tools as well as assignments. Great compatibility with various platforms.

It's good for school and stuff like that. But I feel like what would make it better is being able to pin classworks. For example: if you're trying to find a revision work that a teacher sets up but there are 35+ classworks uploaded, then it would waste time for the person to revise. But if we were able to pin classworks then it would be easier to find the work instead of going through so many of them.

Every time I open the app on my phone, it freezes. When I'm on the computer, it doesn't freeze, but almost every time on my phone, it freezes. This only started happening recently, but it means I can't access my classwork while on the move. It doesn't even say anything wrong with my page it just stays on the icon screen, and then even when I get off and on the app multiple times, it doesn't work. It's only some certain times it will randomly let me on without any problems after that.

It's a decent app when it works. The biggest problem is have is when it randomly decides to not open. all it shows is a blank dark screen or a screen with the logo. The web version on computer works just fine but the mobile app needs some work. Uninstalled and reinstalled to get it to work. I've done that on 3 separate occasions in the 2 - 3 weeks I've needed to use the mobile version.

Using the app on my phone is terrible. I constantly check my Google classroom on my phone but it has become a struggle. I can't even open the app without having to uninstall it and reinstall it. It has become very frustrating to use. Once or should I say IF I can get into the app I have little to no struggle. In the app it sometimes struggles to load a link that is posted. Google classroom can definitely improve first starting on allowing phones to load into the app.

Worked fine for the first week I needed it, but now it seems there's a bug or something. Every time I try to open the app it asks me to sign in, but once I click my account it acts like it's going to open then goes right back to the "get started" page, asking me to sign in again. I have restarted my phone, cleared the cache, & redownloaded the app multiple times, still doing the same thing. I missed an important message today for my class because the app hasn't been working right. Frustrating.

When the app actually works, it's a great app. Helps me stay ontop of my work without having to remember to check my computer. Unfortunately, it seems to never work. Class room hasn't been able to load anything new for almost a month for any of my classes, so I don't get any notifications and need to constantly check my computer. Other than that, assignments that I turned in would unsunmit themselves, or take forever to turn in. The app has been really useful to me, but now it's useless

There is constant crashing and I cant do the work teachers give me. I also am having issues with opening assignments when I can finally get past the "getting into the app" part. When I tap on the assignment, an error pops up either saying "this file is not available" or "failed to open, try again later". This is probably one of the worst apps for schooling I have ever been on and I'm sure many more people agree

I use the app to keep up to date with my children's classes. Used to work very well. I could log in and see exactly what was done, what needed to be done and see all the communications from the teachers. Now the app won't update the "to do list". I keep getting an error saying it can't refresh. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if it would fix the issue but now I can't log in. Says I need to contact Domaine Administrator. Why can't I sign in on my children's accounts anymore?

Needs to show when there is a comment made not just the notification bar, across all platforms. Mark it with a number or a dot or something where the comment has been made. Also needs to be more like the web version, the links teachers put in the "banner" does not show up in app. Links opening in different areas can be confusing, especially for the younger ones. For a big comapany expect so much more than this.

After the latest update, the app won't launch, even after a reinstall. It used to give me mobile access to my courses, but even when it worked, the interface was difficult to use. Text was poorly formatted, buttons overlapped, features didn't work or were absent, and updates from instructors or classmates were delayed for hours or sometimes days before notification, if I ever got a notification. Needs a LOT of work and proper testing before release.

Poorly designed, can view assignments but not edit, issues with keeping information up to date, even if all changes were made on the app. Notifications for new assignments always hit at 12am, and are sorted by assignment, so if you wanted your ringer on for your alarm, you'd better uninstall or turn off notifications, defeating part of the app's purpose. After just a few months, finally stopped working completely. All info is out of date, not possible to view any classes without error message.

It won't let me into my account, and every time I try to log into my account, it just takes me into the get started page. I've tried numerous things like restarting the app, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app. Thanks to this bug, I wasn't able to access my assignments and turn them in; I was about to get a bad grade if I didn't show my professor.

alright on my chromebook, it's fine. it works well, not laggy, and notifications always show up. but my problem is when i try to use it on my phone. i have tried logging in to my school email on the app, and it just doesn't work. it says that the email was not found and i still haven't figured out how to do it. if this is fixed, i will definitely rate it higher, but until then, 2 stars. edit: the link didn't help. still 2 stars.

Since students all over the world DEPEND on this app, it should at least be usable. You have to refresh every 3 seconds to see ANYTHING anybody says. I cannot stress how much the call quality sucks. The links don't work. It is nearly impossible to communicate with others. After uploading something, it takes 10+ minutes for other people to see. Most of the notifications through gmail don't show up. And it only works as described on GOOGLE DEVICES. Any other browser or device just makes it worse.

Well to start, it's a great app; however, it does have some issues. Pdf files take forever to load, occasionally doesn't show assignments, and sometimes won't refresh pages, or says that a problem occurred. This sadly isn't even the worst part 😞. The worst part is when the app actually works and it gives you assignments when it is supposed to 😭😵

Its a great app to use on the computer. I wouldn't recommend getting this on your phone or tablet. Everytime i try to log in and check my assignments, it wants to act like nothing was there. On top of that, it keeps saying in the lines of "check your internet connection". My connection works for everything else expect this app.

I haven't really had a problem with this app in a long time. Probably about 6 months. I can attach a picture to an assignment just fine. But when I try to attach a video, it takes forever or doesn't load at all. I tried to clear cache and Uninstal it and reinstall is and it doesn't work still. I have good internet as well and it isn't working.

Good platform to share learning resources with my students. There is more that I could still do with Google classroom. When one administers a Google test, feedback to learners is immediate and it helps the teacher accomplish much in less time as one admisters both formative and summative assessments.

The Google Classroom app is really annoying these days. When I'm uploading files or images, it often gets stuck on loading and never finishes, making submitting assignments stressful and difficult. This problem could cause students to miss deadlines or fail to turn in their work. Please fix this immediately to make uploading faster and more reliable.
