Google Go

I want my Google lens back. I loved it when I could download a picture with text and Google would look for the whole picture with text. Now it's a Dictator on my pictures. If it sees words clear enough it will only highlight those words. And it won't let you have the option of highlighting number on the pictures. it sucks. I have only 3 pictures out of 3,000 pictures with a different language. I don't need that feature. You should of made it an option instead of requirement.

It's a pretty solid app. I've actually removed a good number of apps from my home screen because I can open them within Google Go (Facebook, YouTube, etc). My biggest complaint is the "lite" browser. You can search, but you don't have the full functionality of chrome. I guess that's the point? But honestly I find myself using chrome a lot, but simply because of the lack of web features within Google Go.

Pretty good app, a few problems, though. For one, I keep seeing this weird Google Translate "review" thing pop up on websites, and it totally breaks them. Secondly, some website pages are not fully shown, in other words, they're zoomed in and I can't zoom out to the size it's supposed to be. I reccomend adding a zoom in slider or something to help.

Can't download images, Images Permission seems to have been removed from app manifest so the app can't even download them. This bug appears and disappears so periodically, that at this point it feels intentional. Please whoever at the dev team who keeps doing this, please stop. Please re-add the photos permission so that images can be downloaded. Otherwise this app is the best👌🏾

I like (the ideea of) a lite version, with just essential features ("with just the bear necessities", like Baloo said once), but I hate (the fact) that user can't uninstall the huge app(lication), which is deeply embedded in operating system. Google Go works fine, at least for me, on a cheap Galaxy (smart)phone!

it's a good idea but needs a lot of tweaks to enable user to personalize instead of dictate what pics, views. It seems to decide too much and lacks the ability to allow the user the options they should have. I personally think it's great for those who don't want to take the time to find, save or research. some of us don't want shortcuts but to embrace our own ideas, focus and determine what's needed. An option to uninstall should be given.

It's really the best u can search for almost everything u want regardless of the place or country u are and it also help me and assist in my assignment, homeworks, group works, portfolios, project works and other school works and it's Always accurate and u can rely on this app for almost everything I mean everything cuz it provides everything to everyone

This all is the best for doing researches and helps with homeworks but the one thing I don't love is that I cannot update it to the latest version cause if my android version go edition but yep this app is the best if you wanna learn something new try this app but make sure to download it to the latest version of Android

I really really don't like this beta I like the previous style where u can search anything and the first thing appears is the ai overview and how I can click on it and dig deeper but this one sucks I can't even do my digging and research on topics while looking at previous searches, just use chrome

I love this app because it answers my question but the bad news now it's like the app isn't working anymore is that true if it's not true then maybe there's a problem with your app I love Google because it's also give me answers to my homework that they give that they give my child all of a sudden my child is coming home saying mummy mummy mummy Google app is lying now it's normal telling me the truth some of my friends are even saying me that Google isn't working

why the GOOGLE LENS doesn't work??? i hate this version.!! when i try to take a photo of the things that i want to know the meaning, definition or abiLity. for exampLe the dinosaur toys of my chiLd, when i take a photo, my phone speak; "TAKE A PHOTO OF WORDS YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND" what happened of the GOOGLE LENS??? and why THE BETA PROGRAM IS FULL???

I tried this app to see if it might fill those cracks that the Google assistant and the Gemini seem to have between them. it was like stepping back 60 years. it basically doesn't think

absolutely horrible compared to Google Assistant truly cannot understand if I have a 128 GB memory card in my phone and then I've wiped a lot of bloatware memory out just to use Google assistant and I still can't !! why is this still a problem I should be able to use my Google assistant app on this particular phone . I really hate this version since im used to the normal annd regular one of google, I didnt like how the settings isnt like the normal ones and i can barely do anything with it but search and the search bar, i dont like how its on the bottom instead of the top plus i can't download gemini and research for my homework, i cant even turn on the dark mode because the settings are useless. IM NOT FINE WITH THIS.

if I could give this app is 0 or a negative rating I would there was nothing wrong with plain old Google. Google go sucks it's horrible I hate it it's terrible. If I want to search something I have to go through Chrome first so I don't have any issues. all the bubbles floating around with the elephant are absolutely stupid too.

Best app for browsing everything I want, very fast, very simple and much more better for data saving.
