Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because its literally stop responding until it's done. You'd stop an entry and itd be several seconds before it'd actually stop and those extra seconds are added to the entry. But now download faster and more🌚 stable This is syncing happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry so it was a real pain to use.
I love💕 the app! This new update is fire! it was extremely laggy. I've used Keep on my laptop and now on my phone as well. Although you still can't use it while syncing it completely freezes until that's fabulous. The laggy used to be a real issue you'd stop an entry and wait several seconds which made the app a pain. but now the download is faster and more stable. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because its literally stop responding until it's done. Thank's SDpay.

I made a mobile recharge using **Google Pay**, and the amount was debited from my account, but the recharge was not successful. The money has not been refunded yet, and I am facing inconvenience because of this issue. I request the support team to kindly look into this matter and process my refund or complete the recharge as soon as possible. I hope for a quick and helpful response

I have selected to use the Google pay app rather than using other apps. This app needs additional support of the automatic locking system once the transaction is over and the app is closed. This app opens automatically when I open it next time without asking for any password or enabling biometric fingerprint. Whether I'm right or wrong. please check.
I made a payment of ₹199 for a Netflix subscription. The transaction shows as successful on my end, but Netflix says they did not receive the payment and that it failed at the payment gateway. I contacted Google Pay for a refund, but they told me the payment was successful from their side and advised me to contact my bank. When I contacted my bank, they said they cannot help with payments made through Google Pay.
For the past 15-20 days I've been facing issues with the Google pay. While making payments get technical error but payments were done successfully money debited credited messages were received but still getting technical error. Kindly check the issue. Testing needs to be done properly before production release. technically you need to check all the different mobile versions .
It is really a good app but I would suggest some features I don't know whether they are present or not but if they would be there then it would be really good like we could have a limit to spend money or we can put some limits to spend that much money for a month manually.. like this although experience of mine was really good on this app
Made a payment. It showed that money is not debited as bank servers are busy and payment failed. I tried to make another payment which was successful. But when I checked my Bank statement, the money was deducted two times. I tried to raise issue on the failed payment. They closed the ticket showing the money was not deducted from your account. But the money was deducted from the account. Very worst experience.
I really love using Google Pay. The UI is very simple, clean, and user friendly. Payments, transfers, and bill payments are smooth and fast with no convenience fees on electricity bill and other bills. I especially like the privacy feature UPI ID is linked to Gmail instead of directly showing the full mobile number. Even when sharing a QR code, only the last 4 digits are visible. It feels secure, reliable, and trustworthy. I don’t use any other UPI apps because I truly trust Google Pay.
Google Pay used to be my go-to payment app. Now I use Cred etc because whenever I enter a phone number to pay, it keeps telling me "something went wrong" and this flashes on and off 5-10 times before finally accepting. I don't have the patience to keep waiting like this. Very very irritating feature. Google needs to solve this or they will keep losing users like me.
it lags. and I can't use it now in my phone as a popup shows up which says tha my phone has security and I can either quit the app or "fix" (which just leads to system update screen; and there are no security or software updates for my old phone now). So this app just sits in my phone as of now while other apps work just fine (and my phone manager app and Google Play Protect does not show any signs of system integrity compromise). So what am I supposed to do with this app?
if your transaction fails, that's all your amount does not have any guarantee. they mentioned 3-7 working days but my payment issue took nearly 20 days. They are still not returning my money. i contacted customer support and they are taking a very very irresponsible way. They say the same thing every day like your amount will be credited as soon as possible but the issue is still not solved. i asked them what is the meaning of as soon as possible they said we don't know maybe years
totally disappointing.I had a few issues with changing upi pin.initially I wanted to cancel autopay, which can be done only after giving our upi pin.but it is never asking for the six digit pin.It's asking for four digit pin.no matter what.. i changed the pin several times, still no result.this is still an issue not wolved yet. it's been almost 2.5 months. even the gpay technical staffs also don't know how to solve this even after raising this to their higher authority. i switched to phonepe now
I can't make any of my payment from past one month. I am using a latest version. whenever I try to pay they show me that receiver can't accept payment from this bank account or something like that. I searched for soln. in utube , I found that many people are facing this problem but they all can't find the soln. for the same problem. plz. help
Worst app ever don't even think of installing it they don't even respond properly and keep on repeating the same assurances. It has been 30 days since a transaction has failed, and I'm trying to get my money back for which they say "your money is safe and your issue will be resolved within the next 7 days"

You haven't even solved the core problem yet. When a payment is unsuccessful, you only put your audience to confusion whether it will be processed later or not... leading to panic and confusion whether one should make another payment to the merchant or not. Without even solving a simple core problem, you come up with several unnecessary decorative features making GPay another junk product like YouTube. Untrustworthy product. Coupon-heavy junk product.
I had a bad experience. On February 14, I made a one-day recharge of ₹22 for my friend. The money was debited, but the recharge was not successful. When I checked, it showed “waiting for confirmation.” I contacted customer care, and they asked me to wait for 48 hours. I felt very disappointed and waited for almost two days. Finally, it showed that the recharge had failed. They told me to wait 3–7 days for the refund if any amount was debited.
I have been using Google Pay and the payment service is smooth. I have not faced any transaction failures, and transfers are fast and reliable. However, I am disappointed with the rewards. Instead of real cashback, most rewards are coupons. Many of these coupons are misleading and not useful. They redirect to third-party websites that look low quality and sometimes suspicious. People trust Google services, so promoting such coupons feels risky. Direct cashback would be much better.
