Google Support Services

Support doesn't offer the support I need. I understand there must be adds. That's how they make money. But when the ad asks if I'm interested and I say "No Thanks" 15 times or more and they still pop up almost every time an add shows up, it wants me to delete every game and seek my entertainment else where. Whatever you do, do not click on EF, Ever Flex pants, or you will never get rid of them no matter what you do!!!! Avoid that ad at all costs!

Yeah ok. This is nonsense. I've purchased 4 Google gift cards with cash & haven't been able to redeem them, verify them, or been able to contact Google support. So I download this app ,& it's installed but nowhere on my phone to access. How do you install an app that can't be accessed? Just leave it to Google to find another way to screw you over. This app gets a zero because it's not even in my phone. I downloaded a phantom app. Which is pointless, & worth less than their prepaid cards. 🤮

I play a lot of Google games, and the ones I've kept I just love. I excellerate at all the trivia and other games where a lot of thought is involved and I exceed expectations. What I hate is that I just turned 65 and all the ads refer to me as a senior, when people far younger than I can't solve the puzzles. Check out my performance, I am not losing it or need bigger writing. The ads are insulting. With age comes knowledge.

This phone is great but ever since I updated to 10, I've been having weird random issues with the phone. It won't let me take pictures past 20% of my battery (it just shuts off), I can only see the bottom half of my battery label on the lock screen, and sometimes when I unlock my phone the home screen with my apps never shows up (I can see the background sometimes but nothing will happen if I tap the screen). There's other issued too but I'm not recalling many more.

My problem was solved with the help of Google support right after I downloaded this app. It was so distressing when my phone and tablet went down. This was a time consuming ordeal and very hard to explain what was happening to both devices. If you don't have this support app, please, please download it first if you run into a complex problem such as I did, and keep it for if and when you do! Happy New Year!

Worked as advertised. It was a short session so we didn't delve to much into the app's capabilities but for what we needed it worked quite well. Quick download, quick install, and the uninstall I hope will be uneventful as I'm about to do that. I will update this if uninstall causes problems of any sort.

Totally worthless app thats on my phone and can't ever get a response when having Google app issues! Is this something with a false name & use just to suck up data storage? Don't say that U can increase app storage by using SD card. I have tried it twice & then I try to swap out SD cards to put Photos, MP3's, Docs or other items I wish to keep w/o using cloud, Google one, Google Files on another SD card to retain phones storage capacity. When I put app SD card in it can't retrieve data. 😡😡

I've been having a problem with Google play points for a year. I earned my points but every time I try to use them . They are just taking and I don't get the discount and every time I contact Google support it takes a long time to respond bk and MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED!! It's annoying. There is a glitch or something and nobody is really trying to take time to really look into and fix it for me. So I guess I'll start leaving reviews and see if I can get some help this way.

Disappointed twice from Google Play Pass. I was wrongfully charged twice for $4.99 to subscribe, however, I'm 81 yrs old and don't subscribe to apps that cost $. I couldn't get live customer service. After 2 1/2 hours I was able to get a place to go to to cancel the two different charges, about several months apart, however. They still charged me the $4.99 though it was only 2 days from getting billed, but Google canceled after the 1st month's charges. WOW $10.00 me and millions more????

Horrendous You have horrible customer service. I'm not even sure you'll get this. ALL your games advertise play games for cash ALL OF THEM!! Not one has ever delivered EVER!!! Your customer service haha refers you back to the developer, who by the never NEVER rrspond back The only one who did "I don't provide prizes and most certainly NOT CASH. He then asked me to send a screen shot of the ad/page stating they dud. You CANT take a screenshot tries several time a few others tried also. Nada. If

Why the hell are people reviewing other apps on here? this is for the in built Pixel phone support service, you muppets. Useful on the rare occasions I need to report an issue. The support isn't always amazing but it's better than you'd get from other manufacturers. For those who can't open this, that's because it's a service in settings. If I try to down load something, (now paying for unlimited data) it just says "Download Pending"doesn't do anything!. Sometimes it says installing, but click on that and guess what it says, "download pending" sometimes it asks download before everything, I check yes, still nothing! Ive been waiting to finish something I started months ago, (I need a bar code scanner and translate, too, I guess I'll just sit here too, and wait or lose my temper!

This is a mesaage for Richard X or anybody else if they ever see this. If you can't redeem a code, make sure your payment info is right in google play, and sign in via your home wifi (not a vpn), with location on. I had the same problem and realised its about verification. My review - there are also payment profiles which expire but couldn't even find it as its not an 'app', as such.

This feature/app has made problem solving SO MUCH EASIER and WAY LESS TIME CONSUMING! I'm not gonna lie.. at first I was skeptical. But once I saw how it works and how much easier it is, I realized those fear based thoughts weren't serving me.. they were put there by the media. I have no reason to doubt the integrity of Google and their team of customer service, as they've helped me with several problems! 👍

Like most Google "improvements" this app serves no purpose. Anybody whose ever called Google for tech support knows they are 100% incapable of fixing anything. If it's a hardware issue, they say they are only trained on software. If it's software, they claim, it's not something they are aware of our are trained for. So seeing your screen is pointless except to verify the problem no matter what it they will almost certainly claim, they are unaware of. All they can do, if you are lucky, is issue

Refusal 2 answer direct questions. Unorganized and refund not given Ummmmm my account must have been hacked bc I keep seeing devices pop up that aren't mine and apps I've never installed recently. And checking out the apps one at a time, I come across a comment from me which I never made before except for the part after Ummmmm good job Google!!!!

Having trouble making outgoing calls. Been ongoing for weeks. Was forwarded to "specialist" to help. They only communicate through email and every email is from someone completely different. It wouldnt be such a problem if they had common sense enough to read previous emails. Instead they ask you to troubleshoot the same procedure 3 or 4 times. Ive had surgery 2 weeks ago and being able to call my doctor is imperative. Google doesnt think so. Googles hiring standards have lowered alot.

On Fishdom app, I am unable to get on the internet; my entire other apps, text, gmail, etc...is working and Internet works perfectly....except app entitled Fishdom. Have had wifi, bluetooth, my cell, etc check my equipment and it's functioning, and overall agreement by pros is that the Fishdom app is needing to correct. I have emailed them (not from app) but from another cell phone that this is a huge problem....have heard nothing and app is still not allowing me to connect to internet. HELP. (I have been playing on this app for 4 months with no problem...so my android Samsung cell is supported by this app)

My phone keeps saying, it cannot complete my calls, I know the phone has been being hacked lately,when I requested a call from Google support a few minutes ago, the assistant came on,allowed me to request the call,said a support agent was on the line,then the phone went silent for a minute and hung up on me.

What support? Rarely do I see Google respond to anything. To actually talk to a live person? HA! No one can live long enough for that. Google does what it wants and loads apps that just drain battery life. Then there is the tracking, storing, and selling of user's info. Store personal information on your cloud? Yeah, right. And when is the next time hackers will steal it?
