GoShare: Movers, Delivery, LTL

As a driver, I actually like the app. The offers are not as often as one would like, but they do arrive. A map with pickup and drop-off info is great and they do include detailed info and picture when available. Pay varies of course, but its nice to have direct payouts to bank out. Driver support is on the slow side, but at least it's there. Background check $40 fee and offer cancellation fees for X reason sucks.

Have to admit, I was a tad nervous about hiring rando guys to come move my bed from one house to another, but it was an amazing experience. I chose to have a mover and helper because I seriously just didn't want to do anything but open doors and make sure they had clear pathways. (I requested a dolly also just to keep it easy.) The app shows you pics of the movers who accepted your job and gives you their names and a handy little button to push if you need to contact them (call or text). 5/5 WR

Excellent app overall. The one glitch I had was when reaching the final booking step, I got an error message saying my credit card was expired (I hadn't used GoShare in a while), but there was no link for entering the new info. Had to click back a bunch of times to navigate to the payment options section. Fortunately, the info I had already entered about my new work task was still there, I didn't have to enter it all over again.

Attempted to schedule a pick up. Luckily I was able to cancel however it charged me a price that was not quoted. I also tried to reach out to customer support during their scheduled times but kept saying they were offline but it doesnt specify if they are closed during the weekend. This review may change if I attempt to rebook UPDATE AMAZING! Once i spoke with someone amazing customer service. Mover was great. Will def recommend

Very good app and great idea. No more getting gauged by stores for delivery. We could've bought same item in store and paid an extra $300 to have delivery included. We saved over $150 by using this app. Plus you get to schedule it when you want and you get to talk to the delivery people. no more taking off work waiting for a delivery!!!

I was put on the spot to have a few pieces of furniture moved from one location to another. I bypassed other apps at 9pm that weren't what i was looking for and ended up here with movers at 8am. I was afraid id be charged the maximum quote for less than an hour of service but i was only charged a little more than the minimum which was great for me since i was on a budget. Other than a small corner paint chip, Orlando and Robert were timely and professional, id def have this experience again.

It was my first experience with GoShare. I was surprised to find moving help on a Sunday afternoon. The app was easy to navigate and scheduling was easy. I could schedule it as early as in 30 min on Sunday afternoon, unbelievable! The driver called me ahead of time. The driver came on time and did excellent job moving the item from one house to another. He had a large car, and it was easy to fit the furniture item. I helped since I wanted to save and could help. Great app and service.

Drivers are very late (almost 90 minutes standing at Costco waiting when I booked the time the day before). Customer service is very poor. Lots of runarounds with their chat service. Great concept - poor execution. And overpriced. Unless you're very patient and you have lots of time, find another solution. It's still cheaper to rent a Uhaul.

This is a really good app and idea... at the outset there was poor communication from Goshare who cancelled my appointment without telling me. In the end we set up a new appointment due to the energy and flexibility of the drivers and someone named Emily from GoShare, who was awesome. I think it was just a hiccup, so I rated the app a 4 instead of a 5. I would use it again.

They don't have a system loke a tracker where it shows how much money you have and the dates the money came in and some of the payments went out and show you a "balance" I try to track it as it comes into my bank account but it doesn't make sense. I believe they're not paying everything if you don't catch their mistake! I have to keep better track of my delivery's or goShare will pocket that money, shouls show you a balance. it was easy to navigate the app as well as the experience. the driver was very communicative and very kind and helpful. The price was very reasonable.

My move arranged on GoShare went smoothly, and Maximillion the driver/mover was very courteous and helpful. Great experience, at a decent price.

I am starting to think criminal level. I need to contact the attorney general. They will not help. They will not even try. Great driver, got job done. Then customer service was zero help on small issue. Just heads up, they charge your card extra with no warning, then takes days to refund difference. ... wow, another level of bad.. they have blocked me from customer support because after 5 days they still have not refunded. Crooks.

Imagine if Uber married Two Men and a Truck. That's what this is. They have a very well designed and robust app that works very well. It hooks you up with local delivery guys that will come and haul furniture from the store for you for dirt cheap. This is a real game changer because I've never had the excitement of buying furniture at the store, buying it right off the floor, and then having it delivered the same day for dirt cheap.

This app saved my bacon. Me...Stuck with a dying phone 4% and no hope but I found a charger then found GoShare!!! Uber and Lyft refused to take me plus my 5x totes and a couple solar panels , I did leave a note that I had those items in tow with me. Within 15 minutes Carlos accepted the task and showed up ASAP Would use the service again and I may have to! Thank you Carlos. You know who you are out in Citrus Heights and Roseville! 👍😏😉👍

I had a wonderful experience with go share very timely punctual and helped me move some sofas from Costco that I purchased and needed to be moved the same day.

I asked for a delivery at 4pm. The driver called at 330pm to ask if he could deliver "right now". We said we weren't free and that we had asked for a 4pm delivery. What we didn't k own was that he started the meterthe moment he called us. That led us to pay for 82minutes of his time for a job that took 35minutes at most. This was my first time using this service. I regret ever trying it.

Really great app for any help you need with delivery.

I won't never use this service again I had to pay money out of my own pocket for gas wasn't my responsibility for that then the other guy was trying to collect more money then yesterday go share was trying to collect $116 off my debit card I am definitely requesting full refund

BEWARE!!! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! My delivery was $120. I tipped $40. There were charges for two additional fees of $60 and $70. I don't know why. It was a delivery literally down the street from the store. I'll NEVER use this again.
