GOTit - Social Shopping

I love this app!! Been using it for years and have ordered a little bit of everything. and ordered from The Man Store mostly. Tshirts, jeans, shorts, shoes, and a couple of jackets. And they fix any issues pretty quick. But the last couple days it says everything is sold out, that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Hope it's fixed soon, my bday is next month!!

EDIT: As of 01/05/26 the app is back up and running but none of the stores are loading any items at all. All stores for me say 'No items found'. *(original review)*...Great stores on the app. One of the best and better apps to find unique clothing down to the shoes and other items like jewelry and accessories. A must have in the app collection

So far its been good. Made one purchase and the ship time was fast and reasonable I thought. The product itself was good quality and a perfect fit I love it. Also I dig the payment plan for if you choose not to pay all at once or cant. I look forward to getting more items from this site/app.

Do NOT get this app. It's a scam. I don't trust it. Every part of my experience with it has felt sketchy. There isn't even a way to simply delete your account. You have to "report a problem" and send an email. Yet whoever is dealing with the emails has been giving me the run around about deleting my personal information and my account. So I honestly do not recommend this app at all. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the option just give zero.

I have ordered 7 orders off of here so far... I haven't had any issues with none of deliveries except for 1 which the package was damaged by the USPS & they didn't know where to deliver it. I can say Got It was on top of it, constantly & was ready to send me another one/refund my money if I didn't receive it but I did it Wasn't Got its mistake.. I can say it was the good old USPS with the way they were handling the package...other than that I've had no issues, I've even gotten items next day..

App has potential but I dont like all the notifications. Cant turn off notifications. Cant save your sizes and only see whats available in those sizes. Youll find an outfit you like then when you go to purchse said outfit then you realize its not available in your size. Also I ordered the 150 dollar mystery box. Never recieved my order. I contacted cs about the issue and they basically told me its not their concern and gave me a 7 dollar credit on my next purchase. Smh. Not using this app again.

This app has WAYYYYYY too mnmany notifications...It's annoying, I decided to track it and I have at least 5 alerts in less than an hour..It's Annoying It's annoying It's annoying, ALL DAYY LONG the damn app/notifications are going off...I kno I could just turn the notifications off, but now since I know that it even does that, it's still Annoying.

I like it ... clothes are a little on the expensive side but they have gotten better with the prices .. but hey it's the price you pay for good stuff it's not cheap material and nobody you know gonna be rocking this unless you got money... you do have to pay for returning an item but they always answer...u don't do email you contact them directly from the site...figure it out I'm not about to explain it all cause I'm lazy and tired of typing especially since there I'm not getting paid for this.

I downloaded this app years ago and when I logged in. I decided to give this a try. I ordered some things. they were ordered to my old address they gave me the option to change the address on all the orders which I did. the items didn't ship for about a week and they still all went to the wrong place and there is no address update area on the app. And the Lit store would not send out to the right address nor refund me. And they acknowledged making the mistake

Excellent!!! The products are very easy to browse. The owners for each shop communicate with you quickly if an item is out of stock. My orders typically get shipped and delivered fast!!! Clothes are true to size!!! I highly recommend this app for buying your clothing!!! Nothing but a great experience every time!!!

I love this app there is only one thing about this app is I can't see some of the items it's just a blank screen so I don't know what they look like for me to buy them. But besides that I love the app my outfit shipped out yesterday and I got it today so it wasn't even a full 24 or 48 hours before I got my package. Great job on this and I love that it is legit and you will for sure get your items you payed for.

Well the product i purchased was not the same as the picture. I wasn't upset though bc it still look nice. I was just a little disapointed bc i waited so long just to find out it wasnt what i thought i was paying for. Other than that, all is good and i may try it out once more to see if that was a one time mishap.

Needs more design variety. Not having a search bar makes searching for items very difficult; you could be scrolling for hours. Options are limited, and you can't put items in your cart without filling in all purchase and delivery options.

Over inflated prices. Their same shoes are on the Wish app for approximately 80 - 90% less. I found my same exact shoes on here for $60 while Wish has them for $6 👀 I love the concept of the app; it makes sense, just not a fan when i can easily get it all for significantly less $$. Also, no option to delete/ remove your account.

Gotit is a great app to download for the greatest products. I have been a long time customer and the service is great. Any problems or issues and Gotit immediately helps you solve your issue quickly. I couldn't have found a better app for great beautiful jewelry clothes etc. If you don't have the app yet go and download the app and make your 1st order. I guarantee you you will be left amazed and satisfied.

So let me tell you about this app. First and for most I'm very skeptical about ordering online because you don't know the quality of the merchandise that your going to be sent. But these items were more than I can hope for. My son loved everything about his clothes and the shipping was quick..I was very hard on the shippers about the tracking on my orders, because again of me being skeptical, but everyone was kind and professional and walked me through shipment. I am an customer for life!!

Love this app so helpful got my sons both a outfit for thier birthday. I have a problem with shipping as the 1st attempt to deliver failed but the company that I ordered from always stayed in contact and help me along the way giving me different suggestions on how to get my order even saying if it gets sent back they will resend it. I really appreciate it so much and my boys loved their fits. The man store is great on the gotit app. Good materials and definitely worth the $$$ spent.

Amazed by the quality, Price, quick delivery, well packaged, Great customer service, the love they show when you shop with them. Coupons discounts surprise outfits they give you for free when you purchase a certain amount. I highly recommend got it. If you love style and just dripping sauce having exclusive outfits you won't find in a mall. Then this is the app for you. Much love got it thanks for putting on. I placed an order with TheManStore and did not receive what I ordered and paid for. They keep telling me that I ordered something else when I have everything showing that's not what I ordered. They refuse to give me a refund only wants to exchange the product.

If I was able to give a zero star review I would. I am am adult ordering 2x in basketball shorts and tees. These guys sent me shorts that will fit a 5th grader. Same for the t shirts and they really say 2xl on the inside. I waited a month for this clothing! To make it worse the brands they are selling are knock offs. Do not spend your money here.
