the worst app ever ,when it gives you option to prove you are human ,even you click on the rigth picture ,it does not let you move forward,I've being trying for 3 weeks alredy,Ill give 1 star because we cannot give less

Can't use the app without updating to the newest version, but the most recent version doesn't support my phone's system (Android 13). Now I'm locked out of my gov.br account because this device was the one I used to generate my MFA access code.

Facial recognition is just terrible, and there is a daily limit in the number of attempts to register your face for recognition. This is really annoying, since we're highly likely to be in some urgency when we need to use this platform. Linking to bank accounts is also cumbersome, since we need to access multiple services to get through the security check, which is occasionally trapping us in loops (A->B->C->...->A)... These issues aggravate when we're living abroad.

The facial recognition show me an error, I tried this for days.

The app does not allow for American phone numbers to be added to the profile. I do not have a Brazilian phone number and cannot get the verification code to make the app updated. Please fix this. There are Brazilians living abroad that may need this app, just like I do and cannot be helped without a Brazilian phone number.

It is working and I believe managers want to do the best. It is a Nation - must be good!

They made it impossible for me to log into the app. Before, I didn't even remember the need for a selfie, but now I had to send dozens of them, but none of them were accepted, which ended up leaving me helpless.

When I open it, I see a button redirecting me to my browser so that I can log in (honestly, why?). I log in using my CPF and password, the site throws me back to the application (????), I wait and it says it can't do photo biometrics, so it asks me to log in via my bank. I use PicPay, everything's fine. I'm redirected back to the app and I get the same message asking me to log in with my bank. I'm such a clown!

not able to perform facial recognition necessary to upgrade account level

A "captura da face" (foto), pra aumentar de "nível bronze" a "prata", não funciona neste aplicativo! E em 30.10.23 Matsumoto já teve o mesmo problema, veja "revews" gov.br ainda teve a cara de pau de responder que resolveu o problema. Mas não resolveu nada! The function "face capture" (foto) to upgrade from level bronze to silver doesn't function in this app! And on 10/30/23 Matsumoto already had the same problem, see "revews",gov.br even had the nerve to respond, but didn't solve anything!

The app doesn't let you run with developer mode enabled, not even banking apps have such limitation, doesn't make sense.

I am surprisingly satisfied with the level of security and the functionality of the app. congratulations to all who are working to make it possible.

Can't install in my Samsung S21 Ultra. It starts downloading but always show an error when trying to install.
