GPS Coordinates

It's OK but still needs work, here and there. I originally said: there is a save button, you then name what you saved and that's it, you never see what you saved again. Little things like that need improvement.,,, since then I found if viewing map mode, There is a folder to view saved things BUT if you're in the main settings area, you can't find your maps nor can you select where to save them. When sending coordinates, it drops the E,W,N,S. I guess people are just supposed to know what to do

I've used this app for years & it works well for my needs. I use it (plus maps I've drawn) to mark various tree stands on the mountain I hunt. Then I leave the coordinates with loved ones to let them know where I'll be hunting on a particular day.

Recently it's been stuck in one location, refreshing is not helping either.

UI looks outdated. No info about accuracy and satellites.

Good App. It can locate your current position and save it on the phone. The saved raw coordinates are accurate but the address conversion is not 100% accurate. The saved location can be shared by various methods, WhatsApp, email, copied to clipboard. Only thing missing is automatic back up of the saved location to the cloud. All saved data will be gone forever if your phone is lost. It is still possible to export the saved data manually by email for backup. Otherwise I give 5 stars.

Seems like this could be used in an emergency when your battery was low IF you added a widget that when clicked would just copy the GPS coordinates to the clipboard ... why? so you can past it into a text SMS msg since it uses so little data. why widget? because battery is low and you don't want to open up a large bright screened app to suck your battery further. Please advise. TIA

Best app i ever had for gps points! Poti trimite datele pe mail! Super like! E lenta dar si tel meu e un cal batran..dar e sigura cand se stabilizeaza....o sa o tin minte Update* : works as good as before! I never noticed, but a pinned point won't show correctly on the application map; anyway the points taken are correct and show on google maps, that's all I ever needed. Thanks for the good work!

Excellent app for conveniently finding my current GPS location.

Created a map of my walk by saving points on the way, emaing to myself, entering latitude and longitude into Excel, saving it as a csv file, importing it into Google My Maps. Saved and printed. I want to try to use the app to record GPS perimeter of my property. Easy to use. No negatives so far in 3 days use.

Reason not giving it five stars is because the application gives the correct coordinates on the map as to where I am now, but the details listed in the software instead is of the previous address checked and it refuses to update to the latest location. I keep seeing the details of the previous address instead although the map always updated and accurate

On the few hours I used the app it looks it's beneficial and easy to used

My car sat nav has roads missing but using this app i am able in fing my lat/long and put this into the car satnav so it works really well for off road use or new estates that have been built my dont show on satnav maps. Easy to use and you can save lovations to make it even easier to input your location. Brilliant well done!

Really useful app. Gives current street address (or for specified lat / lon), which can be shared or shown on map within the app. Good app! One issue - the little north pointer doesn't work for me although other compass apps on my phone work fine ( ie calibration not the problem).

Disapointing: Theres no tutorial/instruction manual. I have had it for 2+wks, & find the most time I've spent on this app is to do this rating from it's settings, PROMINATELY positioned in the center of it's page highlighting to make sure you see it! How exciting (ho hum). How bout instruction tab to lead you to common sense operation manual. Was hoping to use this to do Geocacing & also for use to find or place GPS locations at Cemeteries to mark family internments. Disappointing. Uninstilling.

It gives coordinates quickly and free. What more can you ask? If someone types in these coordinates and the position indicated is on the opposite side of the world, they probably used the wrong sign on the longitude

Have to use the GPS when ever there is not a street address when I mark for locates before a dig. Have no trouble with this site as compared to others. It gives me both locating types so I do not have to convert from gps to latt. & long.

The search function doesn't seem to work. I put in coordinates a few miles from me and it said they were in Mongolia 10, 000 miles away. I dont care about my current coordinates. I want to use this like a real GPS. Give it a destination and use it to get there. I dont need directions, there are no roads where I am going.
