Suggestions: First of all the slider for price range is very unrealistic, it is very hard to select price between 0-1 lac using slider Searching is buggy as i had selected I-8 Islamabad, it didn't show ads for that and just kept closing. Make a better UI/UX experience so users can search with ease. The more difficult you will make it, the more people will bounce off the app.

Ad submission not happening smoothly have to try multiple times or even after day or two to upload an ad if lucky, then comes rejections which when corrected for reupload after using diff pics etc again rejection, gave feedback on app , no response, some ads that were finally uploaded didn't get any leads anyway, better to upload on Facebook groups olx etc .

A very impressive application! Not only is it smooth but it is also very easy to naviagate and go through with your specific preferences! Loved the sign up process and also the option of havinf a guest access which makes it easier for anyone to view houses. I had trouble renting out my house and this application helped me to find people for renting the house very fast and the dealing was very effective! Kudos to Graana for this application

Android interface buggy. Can't post an ad. When I do post an ad, the morons they've hired change your description etc. When you get in touch with support on phone, the operator tells you he's connecting you and promptly hangs up. When you email, you get no response. Removed ad/listing, uninstalled. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

App is worst, and the website is very bad. Adding something to "My Likes" list, don't work most of the time. And in mobile app, opening anything inside "My Liles" list, just keep loading (buffering) and nothing shows up (Internet, outside this app is working very good).

This app requires a lot of testing before using the app in actual. Following are some of my observations: - App is too slow, no lazy loading - Filters change automatically by just clicking on filter button - Sorting is not working properly, apply sorting and data is all gone nothing on the screen is visible

We had to rent a place in Islamabad for a month and it's quite unbelievable how quickly and efficiently this app lead us to the perfect place in such discounted rates. I'm over the moon about my new home in G-11 and the agents are really helpful and nice in their dealing. This app is getting 5 stars from me for sure!!

App is keep crashing. Not properly routing. Example: when I logged out, app was still on the dashboard, just a toast came saying "you are logged out successfully". Added property didn't show up in property fragments. App crashed, once when opened. App crashed, when clicked on property type to choose property type in wanted section. I'm hoping these issues will resolve soon.

The app is full of fake ads, sold ads and old ads. No offerings are genuine here. This is a platform only used by real estate agents to get your contact and offer you a higher priced property. There's also no way to report these fake ads. I would give zero star if I had the option.

Shows there is an update after installation. When clicking on the update button, it refers to the play store where there is no update available.

most of the interaction happens after 2 clicks, no indication of loading on locations while search results taking too much time just to show there was no result found. UX is weird that I click on menu or right and it opens from left. Min max options in filters have full screen coverage, why do I have to use both hands to controll app? a lot more required from UI / UX perspective.

I've been struggling to sign in my account for more than one hour but failed. It is too difficult to use this application for signing in for posting aids, asking verify again and again. Please make it easy for people if you you want to be popular this app.

Its showing an error to update the app while I just downloaded the app. If you can not develop apps do not post them on playstore.

Thank you, Graana!! The app is extremely helpful! Before, i would have had to make extreme effort to get a house which was extremely time and energy consuming but with the help of this app i just had to push a single button! Very neat work and job extremely well done.

Worst app to sell or purchase. They never communicate. I listed an add about 3 months ago and they haven't even approved it. I tried calling their number but didn't pick up the phone. Same goes with email. No reply. Pathetic service.

There's no option to Save my Search so that i can open it quickly next time. You have to manually add tweak everything every time. It gets very annoying, very quickly...

The app is too much slow It's take too much time to open or show a search result, Scrolling the page up and down is also too much slow, applying of filter is totally a headech,I clicked so many time on filter option but not open.

Hey..! In the Start, it was a good app But now days it became very slow & can't even view the listed properties in that Much Irritating scenario. Improve your services. Otherwise, you know there is already the best Service provider in the field of Property Advisory.

App stuck on loading forever upon second/third search. Touch interactions are not responsive, need to tap 2-3 times... Multiple memory leaks in app... Whole app is laggy and un-usable... Annoying " wanted " popup keeps coming up for no reason...

Pathatic experience, i have wasted my time while posting the add, writing description but while uploading the pictures app is not responding and even not allowing to procced to next step. This bug should be removed.
