For the past two weeks, the Grab system for food riders has mostly made pickups too far from receiving orders, more than 10km just for pickup, not including delivery! With fuel costs that exceed the payment..The fare for riders is getting lower and lower from member to gold, the fare is the same, the system always has to scan after sending the order, even though we are the owner of the ID but the identity is reported as different 😭 ubah la plzz jgn menyusahkan org..yg auto accept tu tkar manual

very bad company, interm of servicing and assistant issue solving lower grade even worse than 1 star. during call in customer service on phone, the line always cut off after few minutes (there are only allow to on phone between 15min) 😂😂😂😂 the whole conversation only allow to provide information, and raise the problem only. during the problem solution part, the line sure cut off. No driver right to select, low earning, very far pick up, and long journey wasting time.

cant recieve bookings when your top up reached to Zero.. you need to topup again atleast 50 pesos for you to recieve bookings. it is very hard to our riders , more often Move iT computer I.T. didnt think and make a proper solutions for this kind of problem. They load too many programs on app, that is why apps started to Lag, hang or even shuts down. pls make a better solutions of this Move-iT APPS, especially on MAP that is not 100% accurate.

okayish career option but the app is so jank that it's frustrating. occasional bad directions, mydestination turning off and not going offline automatically, and the constant credit limit popup are truly frustrating. apart from that, it's alright i guess.

This system is useless. It always logs out or lags, and you can't see the total fare until the trip is completed. When there's no internet or the app logs out, there's no way to verify the actual fare. You can only tell the passenger whatever amount is shown at that moment. If the passenger decides to cheat or argue, the driver always loses.

The turbo feature doesn't really benefits the driver from my point of view. And the flexi cancellation feature also have no use now the Grab hide the incoming job details until you tap to accept the job. So you have to tap to accept whichever job that come to you and cancel later which make your cancellation rate higher. I have turn on the turbo feature for about 3 weeks of my work and I don't see good income to justify the time, energy, petrol and huge cost of car maintenance.

When reached pick up location and the map show 0 meter, normally first thing to do is press the message or call icon to contact the passeger, after do this back to menu the map showing 100 meter to 2km reach the pickup point. The problem is passenger no show force to cancel the booking, but the result only appear 1 option to choose is CAN'T REACH IN TIME, but my car still at pickup location and once press cancel instant receive high cancellation rate 👎

the app is okay but, I have a suggestion..can you add "Report a map issue" or "Road closure." that is user friendly like the display is very easy to put "sign/symbol" so that other drivers will be notified if there is a road closure or event in the area... so if the drivers can't pass through they can avoid that location and find another alternative location ..

It became worse after update. I have to close the app and reopen it after using its chat function with riders. Otherwise, I cannot see the usual button after accepting the ride and the entire app goes white.

not recommended.. when the order in the App is for one person but the customer brings 5 people to come along in the car.. also The app’s commission cut is too high, and the fare is too low. The pickup distance is also too far and not included in the fare.

Please get your CHATBOT to able to lead us to the LIVE CHAT OR LIVE AGENT!! It's annoying and irritating everytime we use the chat, which sometime only HUMAN can solve the problem. And also whenever we driver receive call from Grab but unable to return call back to you guys. Therefore, we have to wait and wait for you guys to call back. Gentle reminder, sometime when you guys called we might missed. Please be understandable and reasonable.

I am a Grab driver from Indonesia. The fare bidding feature makes us like traditional street-side taxis (ojek pangkalan). We signed up for Grab because the app used to set fair prices based on travel distance. However, with fare bidding, that is no longer the case. Please reconsider this fare bidding policy.

Lowest fare of all apps in singapore. 8 March 2026, Suppose to drive for incentive and out of no where paused my app for 72hrs accusing me of requesting passenger to cancel job?? Now leave me with no choice but to do job with other apps and failed my incentive. being driving for 4yrs. Everything gone to waste, this how the app works. Dont waste time with them, tada much more stable. If you afraid getting ban, just download and standby ryze and tada. just switch and wait till they lift the ban.

it would better if the advance booking notification can be put into message . I wouldn't notice if passenger cancel the booking 1 hour prior like today. I wanting my time accepting instant booking and when I check the booking it already gone. I don't know if the passenger cancel or I'm not within the area

The app is ok but after update latest version the avoid location not appear on row as it was last time and the avoid location not like last time,went online the location automaticly off,we need to on it back. it's hard to do every time. please upgrade on this. one's we on let it be in the setting.

It would be great if grab make all region cashless payment and have the option for all rider and driver to choose whether to take cash job or cashless job. Hard for us to track daily earning and hard for us to topup and topup again especially for grabfood service. Prefer all job is cashless.

It's too much trouble for drivers. They check the puspakom every year, but Grab still wants to check the car too. Do you want to take over the puspakom work too?
