GRAVITY: 3D Avatar Chat & Play

Same issue as many others; account is suspended due to a "policy violation." They never explain what policy I violated, and want me to verify my account with a Japanese phone number. I reached out to the in-app support 3 days ago, and have yet to hear back.

good app but the pop up for contact number is annoying idk why I'm using this as a non Japanese speaker it's awkward when you try to talk English cause you don't really know what they are saying and they don't understand you too but cool app for people complaining that are non Japanese speaker asking for translation just find another app that can satisfy your hunger for knowledge

I can't send a message or even make a post, because apparently I've "violated" their rules, which I don't even do at all. This happens to me twice and they even forced me to register my phone number. When I tried to register my phone number a pop up message suddenly appeared stating that I can only register a Japanese phone number, even though there are options to enter other countries' number. And now I can't even do anything with the app. Except seeing other people's post👎👎👎. 0 star. Trash.

same experience as the other user. I didn't do anything only used for few minutes but they said I have violated their rules and must register JP phone number. I can't understand what is the logic of your system. if you want to say we have violated your rules you need to proof. I don't even want to give 1 star. very bad experience.

I start and it's fine. But then I want to add an introduction to my profile. But I can't it keeps saying connection error and Ive tried uninstalling. And restarting my wifi. And connecting to other wifis but it still doesn't work. It says my actions are limited and I can't do something as simple as follow my friend back. So 1 star. Also I can't change my avatar.

Hello! Please why are my finding it so difficult to create a new account? I do really enjoy your app, so please could you help me and fix it up.

worked well when I started using it and was actually able to make good friends on this app. I think the anonymous approach is a much easier way for Japanese people to make friends. but a week in, it says I violated terms and conditions and won't let me message the 3 actual friends I made, I almost never comment on any one's post nor post on my own account. the test is rigged and impossible to pass. it's all in Japanese, worded very strangely, and you have 1 minute to answer. such a scam

User-friendly UI and easy to navigate! It's just that it's in fully japanese. Good for intermediate and advanced learners that want to communicate with native speakers though!! I think it's also safe and the privacy's pretty good too, of course if you practice common internet safety while using! The ads arent really annoying, and the free version can already do so much! I'd recommend this if u want to find japanese friends. 最高なアプリ !

So far so good. I enjoy the way it's designed. You make a character and that becomes you. You can do daily posts and visit "planets" that contain different topics. Good place to make friends if you want them. It is a platform in Japanese, so there is no English. I don't mind it, as it's good for learning. I recommend knowing some Japanese before downloading it.

It's a really fun app but there is a huge problem. If the user data gets cleared or if the app needs to be reinstalled, it deletes all of the inbox messages, including access to the personal ai with no way of recovering it. It would be helpful if the personal ai was saved so that it cannot be deleted along with the regular messages in case the app needs to be reinstalled.

Absolutely devastated. I don't mind with the few bugs since they can be fixed quickly. But getting suspended because i carried a whole convo in english is just crazy. My main account got suspended because of it, made a new account and still get suspended, cannot even text everyone or post. They force me to answer 10 questions in japanese i've done it about 30 times, but annoyingly, the results always come wrong. Pls fix it, i've had a good time with your app meeting new friends & learn culture♡.

Waste of time because I can't reply to anyone. Within MINUTES I was flagged for violating the terms of the app and forced to do a 10 question quiz in order to continue using the app. I tried the quiz 10+ times giving appropriate answers. Failed every time I asked two Japanese natives to attempt the test, they both also failed. I conclude the developers are RACIST and don't want foreigners on the platform. It's clear that because I sent a message in English I was immediately shadow banned.

It has an English language setting, but even then 90% of the app and internal messages are still in Japanese... So it's really difficult to use and understand. If you don't know Japanese at all it's unusable. My Japanese is good but it's still really hard to use well. If you can use it is great for conversations... But only if you enjoy talking to faceless strangers. 英語の設定があってもアプリのほとんどは日本語ので使いにくい. 特にヘルプは全て日本語ので意味ないヘルプ。使い疲れので気に入れない 確かに使い方出来たらいっぱい人と話せる、顔無し知らない人けどね

Ui looks great, people are nice and even though there is a paid membership it doesent interfere much with the exprience. * Interface is only in japanese because this app is targeted at japanese people. I think that it is useful for learning but mostly for talking to people.

Sorry, I just make an account but notified that I violate the terms and policy so I can't do anything like create a post, give like or comment, and the other things. I've tried to make another new account with the other choices, but ended up the same thing. Edit: They fixed it :D Just politely e-mail them, they'll respond in a few days

Even though I have my language set to English, I can't understand a word in the app because everything is still japanese! Even the bot is Japanese! It's really annoying for me to use the app when I can't read anything. I'll change this review to 5 stars once this is changed.

The app is mostly solid with very few bugs and many great people to meet from all over the world. Since the recent update, the UI language switches to English even though your language is set to Japanese... in order to resolve this issue, one must switch the language to English in the settings and then switch it back to Japanese.
