Green Bay Packers

NOT user-friendly, especially if you are signing up for a Packer Pro Shop discount or birthday discount. You have to sign up in several different areas in the same app. Should be more simplistic. That's sign up, NOT sign in. If you don't jump through the hoops in a specific order, forget about getting a discount. In the FAQs, it says the user name is even case sensitive. Who does that? A person is used to typing in user name however, so nobody writes it down. Zero stars if I could.

I can keep up with all things Packer all year round with news, the roster (complete with pics), interviews, shows, etc. I've been able to watch the games, no matter what channel they're on (I just have to remember to set my phone not to go to sleep!). If I'm out and its not appropriate to actually watch the game, I can keep up with live scores. A MUST have for Packers Fans!!!

Idk when they made this change but it's impossible to listen to the radio broadcast anymore. Sometomes it'll play for about a minute then close and just take upu to a page telling you to download the app....when you're already using the app. You'd think getting to experience the team whose app you're using would be top priority

The transfer button has been loading for 30 min. I have switched my network and closed and reopened the app. I can view the tickets, sell the tickets, look at the details of the tickets, but the transfer button won't work. Absolutely ridiculous... they are MY tickets and if I want to transfer them I should EASILY be able to.

Anyone else having issues with the Green Bay Packers app Google Play services on their phones? I keep getting a dialog box or whatever you want to call it popping up on my screen on my tablet randomly for about a split second then disappears. That message says to update Google Play services. I did and I'm still getting the random box popping up. Now in a notification, I says that Google Play services error. Packers is having trouble with Google Play Services. Please try again.

After I uninstalled and then reinstalled this app is working perfectly well, now, as is in July, it's acting. All funky, wanting permissions, which you were granted and now can't get past that screen. I've uninstalled reinstalled, three times at this point.It's worthless The update is since uninstalling and reinstalling.Again, the app has been working perfectly.

You have yet to fix the biggest problem. The live score does not show on the landing page on game day! It's cut off. How can you not make it fit yhe screen? This is as viewed on a Samsung S23. It's not a mini phone. I would like to share the screen shot, but there's no allowance for that on the Play Store platform.

it says all over the place you can listen to the game via the mobile app but it is impossible to find where that is in this stupid app. So FRUSTRATED!!!!!!

I love this app since I'm a fan of the Green Bay Packers, but after I just updated this app(as of 9/17/23), when I clicked on the individual game for the Packers against the Falcons on the "game center button" the stats, box score, or play by play wasn't showing up. Can this be fixed please? Update: Nevermind, it's all good.

I love all the info and articles on the app but when I forgot my password for the various accounts it won't let me reset it. When I request a new password it just goes back to the previous page or crashes. Frustrating because it appears that I'm going to lose the points I've been saving.

Great app as far as Insider's Inbox & the articles, they usually are great reads. However, the team needs to be quicker & stay up to date on their own team news. I find out about acquisitions 2-3 days before they ever put it on the app. They may say that they don't report until it's "definite" but that's just lazy poor journalism. In order to be at the forefront of your own team & to be taken seriously by your fans, you HAVE to report the news before ANYONE (including Adam Schefter).

Great content. Videos often freeze in app, don't on web. Doesn't update as seamlessly as I would like on game day. Fix these issues and I'll give five stars. Update: It's been several years since my initial review and I've downgraded the app two two stars. The content is still excellent, however, the stability of the app is unacceptable. It is not reliable for playing videos and often crashes. I wish there was a better app for following my beloved Packers.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled this App numerous times and like so many others, you are not able to click on the box below as they are cut off! Please fix as this has been an ongoing issue for too long! I have to click out of the app and redo several times to be able to get to the home screen. Unable to enable the location box for the reason I stated above.

Trying to use features in the app like requesting a new password to log into my account and when I do that the app keeps "stopping". Also when trying to enable location nothing happens. Only hitting maybe later does anything. The articles are very boring. Only good thing is that it's associated with the Packers but I expect a better product from such a great organization. Trash app!

UPDATE: Since the latest app update...I can no longer get the app to open. All it shows is a black screen when it opens. Usually it just shuts down as soon as I open it. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled several times but to no avail. I have a Galaxy A11. It worked perfectly before the update.😢 I absolutely love this app. I've had it since the 2014 season. It's become my lifeline to team news and updates. There's no other app or news service that offers what this app does for Pack fans.

This app needs a lot of work. I would have thought after this long it would have been fixed but it's so inconsistent very frustrating. Cannot see the score of the game correctly. Used to show who had possession of the ball and the game tracker never works. Very frustrating!!!!!!

Takes to long to load (several minutes) and you can't tell if it's running or not. The info is good but start-up is totally unacceptable. The app seems to stop at Welcome to the Packer app page.. I can't tell if its dead or still loading. I uninstaller and reinstalled app. Still no improvement. Fix it!

The new update won't let me go beyond the location settings even though I have location permissions enabled. The app is currently not usable. Edit: App allows entry if location = "Allow all the time". App needs to be fixed so location = "Allow only while using the app" also works.

For the past week or so I have been trying to open the app and it keeps shutting down on me. So I uninstalled it and installed it again and before I could even open it it kept shutting down again and again and when it asked me if I wanted to rate it before I could even do that it kept shutting down again. I expect much better from the official packer's website. I can't log in daily for my packer's perks or read anything to get updates. What good is Official packers website if you Can't use it?

Content is great. Improved refresh and stability. Video doesn't hold a screen lock so screen turns off during videos. Update 5/23/24: Screen lock is fixed but the video player is worse now. It freezes if you try to seek, switch to another app and come back, or turn the screen off/on. And if you do any of these things, the only way I've been able to get the video started again is to kill and restart the app. Unfortunately, it starts over at the beginning again but don't try to seek!
