It is okay when it completes a login..or finishes clocking you in or out..But sometimes that takes too long..Then you have to restart the app again and try and clock out again..and the permissions are invasive..If you have this on your personal phone. Not okay. Check all permissions and see what this app is capable of..But I need it for work so I do not have much of a choice..

The app has a login issue. It's beyond frustrating that even with a valid e-mail address and password you cannot access your account. The persistent error message says the otp code is not valid. This happens even after you receive it and copy and paste it verbatim. I am done with this app. The website works.

When I try to log in with my fingerprint, it tells me to enter my password after placing my finger on the sensor. Under the settings tab, there is no option to enable biometric login. I can only send feedback and change my profile pic. Fix this problem. This app is so basic that it should not have these problems. There are no updates for me to apply, so that is not the problem. It's ok. Could be much better. I use it only to clock in and out and that's it. You can sign in and clock in but have to log out then log back in to clock out. Finger sensor login doesn't even work. App doesn't remember my login information so you have to put it in every time, even though its phone

Since posting my last review I have gained the ability to clock in and out from work so I'm glad that that is taken care of. app works great for me. I only added one star because it is still missing a couple things. I would give it 5 stars if they would add the ability to set a default screen to open the app into rather than always opening into Pay Statements. The other big thing would be adding the ability to sign and submit my time sheet. Would still recommend this app over the web version

Having the same problem as a lot of other people here aare having since at least 9/1/20 . every time I go to log in it says email password invalid. I have to reset password every week then If I try to use app again after, it does same thing. From what I've seen there have been no replies from the developer so kind of looking like they don't care. Or they are very slow In fixing their product.

The app won't ever let me log in using my fingerprints even though I have biometrics enabled and there's no settings to mess with it. I used to log in using biometrics all the time and randomly it said "nope" and never let me do it again. It's annoying. Either take the log in using biometrics option off, or let me actually use it. Either is fine, however seeing the "biometrics enabled" box checked and STILL having to enter my password every time has been getting increasingly frustrating for me.

The fingerprint function suddenly stopped working and it wouldn't let me log in to my account. It kept locking me out even though I used the correct password. I would reset my password and use the new password that I just created and it would still claim too many failed log in attempts and lock me out when only one log in attempt was made.

Why remember an email username or password option if it will never let you use it? Having to log in after you log out makes sense. What doesn't is having to relogin when you're already logged in. Fingerprint ID is set up but will not work, although it used to when the app was 1st available. There should be a history log made for each employees' time card so they can review at least a full pay period worth of hours worked.

It's great being able to see my pay stub and my tax information early when it becomes available and ready. It is convenient to have access to my pay stubs since the first day of. What I did not like was the trouble I had trying to set up my account andand when I want to see any other information besides my pay stub or tax information I have to click the link and one of my emails for Green employee.

Never logs in or actually allows for biometric sign in. Keeps saying wrong email or password. Change password, login and says account created for email and then to lookup employee info, which then gives me the exact same email I just used to login and says the email already exists and tells me to change my password. Repeat cycle. Cleared cache. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing. Worthless app and on web as well. Same ol sheiza constantly. Worthless company.

Login is always a two step process that is time consuming and more than aggravating. It is not necessary to have a password and have to wait for a conformation code everytime you log in. Also you can't just view the document, you have to download it and switch to another app. to view the pdf.

I'm forever having to set my user account back up because the app seems to forget my login info and doesn't even keep current. It often only has just a few stubs listed that are over a year old. It's junk and should be taken off the store.You should also notice the developer hasn't chimed.I'm also not thrilled that my company went to a 3rd party for payroll reporting. Have my lawer on speed dial for when this situation goes south and my data gets leaked.. would give no stars if it was an option

very glitchy with the login & doesn't show my up to date pay statements & doesn't show any pay stubs. last page statement it will show is from the 3rd it's now nearing the end of the month . no pay stubs it only shows how much earned overall. doesn't show any info besides what I pay payed & how much was taken from taxes & won't show until payment is due. pretty useless

Broken app, this app is broken everytime I go to put it password it says password is wrong and when clicking on recover password an error comes up saying there was something wrong when trying to reset password. Even when I signed up it was being difficult to do so this app needs major upgrading and needs to be fixed asap

Not enough info for payment statements, doesn't say total hours for said check or current pay rate. Only tells me my pay the day of payment. Would be a lot better if there was a better heads up on check payments. Some people actually live check to check and need to plan ahead!

absolutly awful. for the longest time I used to have to change my password everytime I wanted to log in. now it doesnt send me the code when I try to log in and then when I hit resend and it sends one it says its the wrong verification code. if I could give a zero i would

I need this app so I can see my paystubs for work. After I was finally able to get in, it doesn't show me any pay stubs or tax forms. Fought with this app and the website for well over 4 hours with my manager and we got nowhy with it. I did get paid, but there's no point in trying to see my paystubs cause this app and website just refuse to do what they were made for.

Why even ask for biometrics if I'm going to have to put in my password everytime? It's either something that isn't fixed or just dumb. Edit: now verification codes in the two factor authentication don't work? does this app even have maintenance done to it?

Useful when it works. Saving a pay statement and then going back to the app makes the app display nothing. There should also be a way to view direct deposit information as well, but as I understand it, this is used by multiple different companies and it could just be that it isn't an option offered by my employer.
