It's good that you let people accumulate points by recycling and composting. But if the points scheme becomes a requirement, which is the case for many new collection bins, it's a disincentive and even obstacle for people who don't care for accumulating points, or who don't want to bother with the app and card.

atm recycling bins are seldom emptied so when you come there to dispose of your things and then the bin tells you it's full you get quite quite annoyed 😠(i collect a large 2 week bag) - 1/ there should be a visual info to check on this app if the atm bins are full or not. 2/please update your map. i have an atm bin next to tin shing market on the street for already several months and it is not listed on your map ! so i guess there must be many more not yet listed on your map.

I don't bother with the rewards but why do I have to install an app to have access to a damn recycle bin? app works fine otherwise edit: and if the app needs updating you cannot open the recycling bin!

Strongly suggest adding a real-time connection with the smart recycling bins, because there have been times when I want to recycle, but only to find the bins are either full or out of order.

all I need is to leave the stuff in the recycle bins. why is a must to download the app and you have to scan EVERY bin? I don't need to earn the POINTS! other ppl doesnt have the app just leave the stuff on the floor upsetting the property management company as they have to deal with as like rubbish. Things are getting complicated. is it worth for creating this app? Please have a thought. Perhaps this app has many good stuff yet to know.

Your app could have incorped recycle guides, showing recyclables and nonrecyclables. Users might want to check them from time to time.

Server apparently unstable. Logged me out after trying unsuccessfully to load my records, then stuck with the loading spinner when I tried to log back in.

Staff are very accommodating and polite,this idea helps us to keep the environment clean and at the same time they give us back some rewards,brilliant idea HK.

I don't agree with being forced to download an app to recycle. Because of that, I now no longer recycle.

it is tied to a HK mobile phone number. once you change number, you lose everything

Forced update during Inconvenient times! All I need is a code to throw rubbish!

Doesn't accept HK numbers beginning with 4 (Yes, they exist. Look it up.)
