i opted to ONLY receive notifications about weather, but they still send me ALL notifications. i was in the middle of a severe storm & had to watch a 30 sec ad that i couldn't skip before i could see if i needed to get to safety.

Only ever stops when I try to open a story, and it's been this way for months at least. It's completely unusable. I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help but it didn't at all.

This app has become unusable. When you open the app it shows the open screen and then immediately goes blank and closes. I tried to delete the cache, the data and then uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no help.

The app is always closing. Very disappointed.

Won't open since the update 5 days ago. Worked perfectly before the update.

Hard to explain, it's like you have to open the app everytime and you might want to ask a question OR answer an survey, and by the time you have to go to playstore!! JUST to open it- it takes too long and then they done moved on to another subject, or it's simply just too late. I have an android

I moved to North Carolina so the first thing I did was get the local news app. I've got to be honest, this is the worst designed app I've used. There are SO many bugs. Even with my notifications updated and set you'll get a notification to a story and you click on it and it doesn't take you to the story. Don't try to watch the news link and read along either. You're not allowed to on this app. The search engine is bad and stories are hardly updated. Genuinely give this app 1 star. Apologies.

From the very first day that the app format was changed, I have had problems. Problems scrolling, moves slower than before, having trouble getting out and then the whole screen goes black and takes around 20-30 seconds for my home screen to reappear. The only problem I had before the app was changed was so much misspelled and misapplied words.¹

Love how easy it is to use this app. News when I need it.

Disappointing. The headline received by notification most likely will not be the story that appears when the notification is opened. Videos will have a conflicting story beneath them. 8/20 update: took away one star as the app returns to the last story read even if you return home before closing the app.

Surely y'all have a App-tech-team? *4-star because I cant get the App. The app reads "not available in my country" However, I love WFMY2. I watch every morning. Also really enjoy the weekend show, and hosts. Love Christian. He does a fantastic job at keeping us up on daily weather. Dependable staff, dependable Station. I grew up with WFMY2. My late fathers favorite news of all. *Fix App* 💙

I really like the mobile app, however whoever does the app in roku, needs to step it up. it's terrible most of the time. There will be videos of some news clips that no sound. some clips on it are several days old. Glad mobile app at least works.

New update stinks The old app was very user friendly and you could read the font. Now you need a magnifying glass to even see the writing. Several things are missing like Mr Food for the day. I won't be using this anymore. What a shame, it WAS the best news app, but not anymore.

I enjoy the news 2, staff and it's reporters,who work diligent to bring us the up to date News and Weather reports. It's a great sources of information on all the local and national news. From the covid-19 and vaccines availability., To President Bidein and what's going on at the White House. And all the others things in between. I find it informative, and useful.

Really dislike how the audio volume in ads is so much louder than the programming volume. Also too many repetitive ads.

It's a great app period! I make sure I have News2 on my phone for breaking news and weather updates to stay informed everyday. Still the best after all these years! Continues to be on top of important breaking news to keep the community informed.
