Constantly have to go back and change the time before confirming the appointment, now I can't even set an appointment because the app crashes before I can log in. And now I'm constantly being told to give the app access to my location. You do not need my location and you are not getting it, stop telling me you need it. Edit: IM NOT CHANGING MY PASSWORD EVERY 3 MONTHS!

-just downloaded the new update and now it has a major bug. It won't even open. It crashes before it even gets that far. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Getting a donation is easy, if not as often updated as the website had been with changes in options. But there used to be a text reminder about the exact time of donation and doesn't happen with the new system. Either a text reminder or even a link to add it to your phone calendar so you can set a reminder that way.

I have been trying to get into the app for 2 days now, and every time its telling me my password is wrong, so i tried to change it, would've been easy except it kept on closing. My system is telling me it has a bug. I cleared cache, ran my antivirus software etc. But nada. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it's your turn. I'm using Samsung galaxy s22. Please fix. I tried to contact you directly, but even that didn't work.

Doesn't offer much as far as an app goes. If you can add the ability to complete the questionnaire on mobile, then check in once you get there i would give it 5 stars. A huge issue is the kiosk not responding and constantly being out of service. I'll see as many as 5/7 kiosk with an out of service sign at once. It is not unheard of to complete the questionnaire prior to donation as your competitors (i won't say any names XD) already have the functionality. So please, do us the favor and add it.

The way to book appointments recently changed, becoming more difficult to try and modify appts. Example: I had an appt booked for a Thursday which I needed to modify for a Friday. But the app will not let me even available times, giving an error message that I can only have 2 appts booked within a 7 day period. Then I canceled my Thursday appt, which showed I only I had 1 appt booked within a 7 day period & I still could not book my 2nd appt for the same week. Ridiculous!

Worst App ever. Ive been trying to log in for 3 days and it just spins the loading thing. I've tried resetting password even though it's right and that does nothing, it doesn't even get past me putting in my email so it can send me the reset instructions, it sits and times out. Apps crash and the fact that no one has jumped to fix this considering they dont take appointments over the phone. It's ridiculous. I imagine this is how they lose donors. If I cant log in, I cant make an appointment.

Hands down the worst app I've ever used. After the miracle of finally getting it to "work" you get a pop-up that says "You can use biometrics...", but whatever two year old wrote this app is too stupid to understand the difference between "can" and "must". You CAN NOT use this app until you add a screen lock. That's just stupid. This app is ransomware and should be removed form the store. Still terrible ransom ware. It somehow got even worse. The questionnaire hasn't worked in over a month

If i could give less than 1 star i would. This app is absolute dogtrash. It only takes one failed login to lock out your account, and on top of that, it won't even let you reset your password until 30m later when its finished locking you out. To make matters worse, the app constantly logs you out l, forcing you to log back in again. Because of how often and frequently i have had to reset my password, i simply cannot remember what password i used having to make new password and locked out agaig

The app is okay when it works, and I like how easy it is to make and change appointments. However, it frequently gets stuck in a refresh loop on the welcome screen and you cannot navigate away from it. When that happens, you have to use the website, which has its own set of issues. I hate that when it offers to let you fill out your questionnaire, that's actually an entirely different app. I shouldn't need two apps or to use the website.

Feels like once they fix one problem another takes its place. When using the fingerprint unlock feature the app gets stuck glitching out, constantly refreshing the page and becomes totally unusable, even restarting my phone doesnt fix it which effectively bricks the app. We need an alternative to this godforsaken piece of junk.

Used to work well, I've uninstalled app then reinstalled numerous times. Unsure if the problem is with the app OR website, kiosk often times is the very slow. App should be updated. I like completing questionnaire on my phone rather than having a line form behind me at the kiosk while I answer questions.

Some days the app works fine. Some days it won't let me open app. Asks for an update. You cannot skip update, therefore it sends you to install app again. Once there you still cannot open app. It is very frustrating and therefore I just won't make an appointment at all and miss that donation. This happens at least once a week. It's frustrating.

This is a huge upgrade for plasma donation apps. You are provided with all the information you need to make a first donation or a return donation and for the first time I see a quick kiosk feature. The only thing not covered in the app is the screening questions but I feel if that's all that's not included that's still pretty great.

Making appointments are waste of time. everyone piles up in the clinic around the same time, makes the wait time 1-4 hours. People have other things to do, like other appointments, get back to work and pick their children up. I'm not trying to discriminating, but everyone is not homeless. A lot of people have jobs, lives... 2 ⭐⭐ stars because your system doesn't work. First come first basis works.

this app always says my information is incorrect i change it and it still doesn't work every time it updates the app it locks me out of my account in the past 10 years it still continues to be a issue i can't up date if I can't log in its a bit frustrating that in 10 years it has not changed or been addressed this app needs work stay blessed

I'm A Return Donor. Using This app Has Been Very Convenient And Easy To Access That Makes My Visits To Enter Then Leave Rather Smoothly And Quickly Eliminating Additional Time Behind Others That Arrived Before Me. It Actually Places You Ahead Of The 1's Who Are Regular Walk-Ins, Or Those Choosing Or Not Capable Of Using The app. It's A Must Try And I Assure You Will Not Be Disappointed. STOP... Procrastinating And Download The Donor Hub App.

I can't register. It won't update. This app is making it very hard to make any appointments. I have tried everything I can think of, and it still tells me that my registration failed and to try again even though my account is active in the system. I'm extremely frustrated with this app.

They are fast and efficient the service & staff to management is obviously doing an awesome job! I get done giving plasma in 15-20 mins. You never have to wait in lines or sit in lobby more then few mins and man they get you in and out quickly. It's clean and comfortable with new machines huge plus and staff has that charm too. not sure why this won't install via Google Play app. it wants to force me to connect to Google through the web and that feels really unsafe. and I've already gotten an update and it did absolutely nothing. the updates that happened through the Google app not through the web

the staff is always so friendly and courteous.... always in and out never very long waiting time I've been going for a few months now 2 times a week and every time I'm I've had a good experience I recommend if you want to help save lives donating plasma u go to grifols 😊
