hi Deb's, I have used this to order in store several times, works fine. Except I can't figure out how to order chips from your snacks menu. I managed to order via the add to order after entering a burger but the list is incomplete and for example zucchini fries are nowhere to be found. also if you had a feedback button in the app it would allow me to make this comment there rather than here.
The app crashed and I lost all my entries and when I contacted customer support they said they fixed it but they didn't, and when I kept asking they eventually stopped replying. The burgers are great, most of the time. Sometimes you can get a burnt one, depending who is cooking. But in general tasty burgers and sides. The staff is usually very nice. I tried their new chicken bites/tenders and the bites are really nice, but the price is a bit high for the size of them.
Reset my password 5 times, copied and pasted the password each time. Still couldn't log in. Terrible app, terrible UX, horrid system.
Great and reliable app, but not always promos tab pops up, at times disappears completely with other options too
I would love to use this app to order my food, (not just get rewards,) but the onion rings are missing from the menu. So disappointing
Will not allow me to login. Have deleted and re-installed app and reset password numerous times with no success. No chat option to assist user.
Ordering from the Grill'd app at you table works a treat, service is fast, food tastes great and the Matso's Ginger Beer is nice and cold which is another big win, well done to the team 10/10.
app always logs me out and then the login does not work. password reset don't work and all my free Burgers I collected have now disappeared!
works well, but some items aren't showing so you have to go to the counter anyway to order separately (kids' meals and chicken burgers)
the app is slow and janky to use, and always says delivery isnt available right now, even tho i can order on uber. I only try to use it for specific unstructions co, i have dietary requirements and relish perks, but you can now do the former on uber for other restaurants (they havent uldated their uber and likely wont). One of the bug reasons why i dont order from here often.
False advetising. friends asked me to come, i see u get a free burger for signing up, singed up, then next thing after digging its a free thing on the 8th visit. i showed my friends what the ad says, we all looked for terms and conditions and it doesnt exist until after getting ur email. JUST ADVETISE the truth. stop lying to trick people. ill never go back. screw false avetising. ill make sure me and my groups of friends never use this place as an option (not our 8th visit... our 1st visit).
The new interface looks nice and flashy, but the user experience is terrible. Order location defaults to pickup all the time, which it didn't used to and unfortunately just caused me to order without delivery. Afterwards, I can't even see my order details, and I'm just shown the new order creation. Nowhere on my profile can I see a history of orders. Feels very deceptive and unintuitive. And I wasn't even sure if I had submitted my last order. Never ordering through the app again.
Can't trust pick up times ☹️ The app gives an option for ASAP pick up, but that bears no relation to whether or not the store can actually make your order in this amount of time. Even selecting a time 30 or 40 minutes in the future can result in the order not even being started when you arrive to collect it. I don't see any point in offering a time if the app has no idea of a store's ability to meet that time to collect. Yes restaurants get busy, but this problem is with the app.
This app is awful. I search for my local store, it shows up and I click on it only to get an error message that there are no results at that location. I also supposedly have free HFC chicken bites according to a promo message I got but could not figure out how to redeem them. Its like they went to the developers of the MyMaccas app and said "we want something as slow, buggy, and unnessarily flashy as that but without the ability to actually order anything"
The app works however it seems a bit sluggish and there are a few bugs. It doesn't remember my payment details even when I press the box to remember them. It also doesn't seem to work with Google Pay. It gives an error when I try and then I have to do the whole order again. It also struggles to find my address. I live in a block of units and it seems to have trouble accepting the unit number, so I manually enter it in the delivery institutions field. The burgers are great though! :)
Haven't been able to open app in a few weeks so was unable to use my relish card when I went in to order be ause app kept closing. When I showed the staff at the store, the response was "I didn't know it was doing that. I can't help you with that" Tried again today and same deal,couldn't even leave feedback because the window never opened.
The "Order Again" button crashes the app. This issue has been going on for as long as I can remember. Google Pixel 7 Pro. <- this seems to be fixed now... BUT, now app says things like "delivery unavailable" when it is, and "card declined" when it charged! I now have two charges for the one order! Two stars reduced to one. What is going on at Grilld... not as good as it once was, both in store and online. Seems to be run by top level management who don't know what's happening at ground level 😕
Well. While selecting items, if you press 'back' to go to the previous screen, it just closes the app, making you start again. Very annoying. Also, even though I have an account and tick 'remember my details for next time' about 50 times every order, I'm forever entering my address and card details for every purchase. I'd put up with this easier though if there was an option to order the same as previous order.
tried to order on two different phones with two different accounts, each time order failed but debited our bank account. both times, restaurant didn't have any record of our orders. did a phone order and went there to pick it up, mentioned this to the staff and they said it happens all the time. pretty average if the known problem hasn't been fixed.
fabulous fast food option 👌 fresh, delicious and easy to navigate the app. only downside is you don't always get offered the relish bottletop when you order online, even in store.
