Incredibly, the ring sizer doesn't access/use the hardware screen resolution info, so you must manually calibrate it using a quarter. (Good luck with that, anyone not living in the US.) THEN it still can't be used except on phones with very large screens because it doesn't scale the controls. It can't be used, for example, on the relatively new, relatively high-end, Galaxy S24. (Might work on larger Plus model?)

I downloaded this app specifically for the feature to size my ring, but the android version is unfortunately missing this feature. You can browse the products, however when you press to buy it takes you to a web browser. This app has very limited use. EDIT: The ring sizer does exist in this app. It's hidden in the bar at the top and you have to slide the bar over to reveal.

It was SO incredibly difficult for me to activate my newly created account. I probably tried about 8+ times to activate my account and was finally able to do it. The app is fine, and I had already placed my order before setting up my account due to it being so incredibly difficult to do so.

App is ok but the rings are not. If you actually work with your hands they will only last about 6 months and split halfway in to. I have 3 and they all done the same thing. And there "warranty" only the first is no cost, you have to pay for the second. So I have 3 broken rings. So much for there no "bs" warranty.

App is SOOO much easier to use than the desktop and mobile sites. The ring sizer works great. I measured my wife and my old rings before we ordered and the groove rings fit great. Will order again and from the app another time. An extra plus is needed for no ads or popups. 👍🏻👍🏻

Groove life ring selection is pretty awesome. Might come back another time. I needed to check my ring size and it is 100% accurate. I did uninstall because I got what I needed. Though this app doesn't deserve a lower rating.

I bought 2 for myself last year... and have returned for several more belts for gifts. I love the ease of putting it on. You set it once, and it fits you perfectly every day without fail. I'll never need another belt for myself.

You're a global company. But we are required to use a quarter to setup your sizing app accuracy... come on people. Use my app store settings. Know Im not in the USA and give me options... Im sure its great otherwise.

I downloaded this app to use the ring size feature, but I cannot see the menu located at the bottom of the screen (shown on the screenshots online).

Ring broke after a few months. For NO REASON at all. Not worth the money I paid for it !!!! Won't make that mistake again !!!

downloaded to use the ring sizer and it literally just takes me to the Apple store to download the app. this app has to be a prank.

Been good so far. Only issues was had to contact a second time for replacement ring.

It is a breathable ring that doesn't destroy your finger and the warranty process was a breeze!

None of the functionality of the iOS app. Clicking on a ring will open a web page with a 404 not found error.

Ordered a ring, too small. Did an exchange, they sent wrong ring. Finally got new ring and had a severe allergic reaction. Sent pics and asked to return. They said it was past the 30 days from original date of purchase not the exchange and no refund.

I love my groove life rings and everything groove life is about. Absolutely amazing company and products. Just keep grooving!
