GST Invoice Billing Inventory

I really like the functionality of this app. Originally I rated it 4 star. The only reason not 5 star is because free would make it perfect. Each year the price has went up. The worst part is last year I paid extra for a lifetime subscription, now the app is telling me I have to agree to the new yearly subscription price. I'm getting nervous there could be a scam going on here knowing that once you've used it a few years it is really hard to quit or change apps. Time will tell.

Invoice font refuses to change, have to print my invoices in an unnecessary huge font which looks bad and wastes paper. Issue has nothing to do with my printer because saving as a pdf it also saves in that huge font. Support has asked me to do many changes and even uninstall and reinstall the app, after which nothing has worked, im so tired of this issue now

there are so many issues. it was expected that after getting BK web, all problems will be resolved. but still we are facing a lot of new problems. such as invoice value maybe in negative, there maybe multiple invoice with same invoice number, there maybe multiple receipt with same receipt number, we can't close the estimate/order without invoice. most of time the app does not work. it takes too much time. in emergency record open the record. we have to wait to see or make an invoice

This is a great App, with huge potential. I am Generally happy with it, but there are some minor issues with the back office system not calculating or Reflecting figures properly. Also i feel the representation in financial reports needs to improve or be tweaked. For a practical example the Monthly Expenditure report should reflect gross and net profit at the bottome of the report as it would only make sense considering it already reflects everything else. stock adjustments are another issue

Good app. Some problem face me in accounting. Invoice numbering prefix and suffix not set this app. Like "s/1", "1/2017-2018". Also Multiple unit of inventory not set in this app. Some goods sale in kg. and also in Same in Sq. Foot, per unit, per meter as per customer requirement. Invoice print not Handel line adjustment for our requirements.

There are some glitches. Like courser doesn't move properly while entering sales or purchase vouchers. ESC. Button is much more comfortable instead of crtl+q. This is almost standard among most of the accounting software.over all smooth sailing through the app is not the reality. Hope things would be ironed out in future.

Satisfied If you could make the android version like the desk top, like input of quantity and prices, you cannot type it directly from the keyboard. Instead a pop up where you input your numbers. I will give you 6 stars for that, I am tablet user, I don't use my laptop anymore, too heavy to carry around. Thanks a lot if you work on it.

For a long time, I have been looking for an app that can help me track my monies, personal and for the businesses I run. The very fact that it recognizes my currency was a definite plus and more so, for one who doesn't understand tge major perks of accoubting, this app has definietly made it easier. All you have to do is have the most basic knowledge, and fill in the information. The rest is done. Great Job to the developers.

When you have starting alloting ticket number to complain you received? After my review? 1. when we record new product in sale or purchase transaction...it takes around 30 seconds to load , ofcourse there are many number of product entry and still they will increase day by day, bt not meant more time,pls fix this. 2. It's a very good app that's easy to use. However, there's something which I think it's not correct. This is about percentage profit. Percentage profit, the formula is (profit)÷(cost of goods) not diving by selling price as you have done in your app. I hope you will correct that error.

This new update made the transactions list very fast and smooth. Thanks for this update! But why I couldn't get the "Transactions" tab yet? It was so helpful to open Invoice, purchase, purchase order, estimate etc. separately. But now it has become a hectic and problematic to use it. Plz bring it back !!!

Update: I was frustrated with the apps mistakes, but I am glad they have sorted it all out and for past year gst invoicing and filing has been a breeze. Thanks to beekeeper app team. ---- Old review: I strongly urge everyone not to buy lifetime license. This software has too many problems on the long run. Use it for sometime is ok, then need to upgrade to a tally/QB for hassle free invoicing and accounting.

I can't see the reports like balance sheet and profit&loss account etc. since yesterday. All the transactions can be done, but can't see the reports, whenever I click any reports it shows blank white screen. I had recently downloaded this app and the trial days are also left, but still I can't see the reports. If this issues are regular then I am not gonna use this app and software. After all its about the whole financial year of a business.

this app is really good but we need to understand and learn more about it only then we can make proper use of it and u need someone to monitor it, no doubt it's really good it gets sync with PC and even in PC it is convenient tp use but some things i found it bit complicated but i think i can learn things faster overall for a small store is a good app.

not able to sync with other devices, as soon as the changes are done, sometimes it takes a day, and sometimes within minutes. there should be an option to sync the app anytime you want to, such that asssonas I make some changes and push sync, the changes get reflected in the other device as well. Hope to see the update in the app.

This is good according user friendly app for multiple users, but I reduced 2stars because I am unable to see and share sales and purchase invoice after saving on Oppo android 10 device, I raised issue regarding this, they said sum of devices having like a problem, we can't do anything, I am using famous brand latest one, the should configure for all devices, also payroll is not available in Android.

Have used this app for almost a year, my bizness is very vast and it does all the job i require of it excellently. After this last update on 18th Nov, to search things on the transaction list is now limited, when I search an item I don't see it on the transaction list. Please fix it 🙏 I have always given it a 5 star until this last update.

it's a perfect, convenient, user-friendly and smart app. if you're running a small business; stop wasting your time with other apps. This one is amazing. The reason I'm not giving 5 is the inability of developers to customize it according to the requirement of users. if course, it's not easy but it's mandatory if you're expecting a 5 star tap.

5 star: Very fast response time, pleasant to work with. Now 1 star: Price has more than doubled. New update is very cumbersome. You HAD a great product. With the huge change in price you have forced me to find a new accounting software. I am unable to access any of my former invoices , estimates, and all former entries.

Great for bookkeeping and reporting. Great Dashboards. Not so good as Point of sale due to lack of cashier's end of day reports, lack of user restrictions based on warehouse and lack of anywhere to do stock adjustments during physical stock takes. Also possibility to add user restrictions based on report type would be a plus.
