The number of popups makes this unusable. No, you can't have location or photo access, why you need access to my photos is beyond me. No, I do not want to fill in the"satisfaction survey" every two minutes. No, you don't need me to update my information for the fifth time. All this needs to be is an app that displays nearby dentists and if they are in my network or not. The cost estimate is horrifically inaccurate.

It doesn't show up in my app drawer and I can't put an icon on a page. The only way I can open it is to look it up in Google Play. What's the actual name of the app? It's should be called Guardian. I can't log in unless I use a lock screen. Whether I use a lock screen is my decision not some app developer. In the comments they keep responding asking people to call them to give more details. Just read the comments! It's all there! Fix the problems that people are complaining about! Garbage!

The developer thought it was a good idea to name this app "Providers & ID Card", so if you install it and can't find it on your phone, search for that instead. The app makes it hard for people to use a password manager to log in (focus is automatically lost on the fields). After manually searching for the app and putting my password in, my account is locked out and I don't know how to unlock it. The website isn't working and their phone support just hangs up.

What a joke..I open the app and sign in and what does it do? Opens in browser. What's the point of an app if it's only a shortcut to your browser page? You can just put a browser shortcut page to your desktop and delete the app. Update : I spoke to customer service who informed me that the apps are intended for companies. For individuals who purchased it you have to go to the webpage and scroll past the business login to the individual part. 😑 customer service was truely not helpful.

I was just switched over to guardian, downloaded the app, logged in, and suddenly I can't use it, it's permanently loading, I've left the screen open to the app for 10-15 minutes at a time, still nothing.

Can't log in because your legalese pushed the "send" button below my left arrow/dot/square section of my phone. This app is clearly not designed with the needs of people who use a larger font size. I would rate this as violating terms of the ADA for accessibility. I am uninstalling permanently but will reconsider if scrolling is fixed so it lets people go as far down as needed to see everything.

App doesn't load properly, or at all most times, which is extremely inconvenient. this is the opposite of what an app is supposed to be. I can not access my information if it won't load. Cell service isn't an issue. It is 100% the app.

Worst app I've ever used. all I need is to view my id cards, but the screen just loads indefinitely (it will never load) then you clear the app data hoping to dust off whatever cobwebs are preventing you from accessing your insurance information, and then the login screen won't load either. absolute trash hey what's the CEO name, just curious

Can't log in! I am using my credentials that work when I log in using my Chrome web browser but when I try to log in on this app it keeps telling me that I have an incorrect User ID or Password!?!? What's the problem???

it doesn't work? just spins endlessly trying to load content. sometimes I can logout and login again and it works. sometimes. what's going on with your auth guys?

the app has never loaded for me. ever. their app sucks just as bad as their website, which never works either. Uninstalled and reinstalled. nothing. just more insurance you waste your money on and get nothing in return

No matter how many times I close the app, clear app data, etc. I can't get past "we can't access your personal information at this time. try again in a few minutes" even after signing in and waiting a few minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.

Login hardly works. I will receive a verification code, I'll enter it and then the app tells me to login with my email and phone number which Im actively trying to do, its an endless loop. when I am finally able to login, the app will say there was an error loading my information and then will close down.

Doesn't work. Endless loading screen for benefits info, ID cards, and provider search. Wifi/data connection was not the issue.

app was great for awhile then it just stopped working for me. It will not load any information, I always end up having to use the website.

Why in gods name do you need my phones unlock code for this app? SMS for verification code does not work. email for verification took over 5 minutes to arrive. Then they decide I don't need my insurance card or benefits to be available either. Why does this app exist?

member ID information isn't as accessible when trying to use my app when our ID cards (MEMBER ID) isn't working in a location like Costco. We should simply click a link to see if my card is accepted at a place. If a company doesn't participate. If they do not accept. Paying out of pocket to see if a claim is needed or would even work or take me 3 business days to find out via the app when customer service isn't available over a weekend.

useless. requires fingerprint scanning. my fingers don't scan. totally sux!!!!

Can't login. After entering my login info and 6-digit verification code, the app just crashes... tried doing force stop and clearing cache/data. Doesn't help at all. App needs to be updated to be functional, this is unacceptable if someone needs to urgently pull up their info at a doctor's office.

How in the freaking hell do you get an old policy number associated with an account updated to a new number? Do I have to created separate logins for every policy year. Stupid is as stupid does. I thought the United Health Care app was bad until company switched to Guardian for vision and dental. Still cannot view ID cards on 8/6. Plan start date was 8/1/25. Very disappointing start to the coverage, and will probably have to cancel my Saturday appointment. Keep up the good work!
