Unable to sign in. The app tries to open a sign in browser and it never loads.

Its obvious from the reviews Guicci is not even paying attention to the app. They have msde updates over the years and its much better than it used to be. However, No longer able to download the wallpapers. I updated the app, googled the issue to no avail. May just delete app altogether since I don't use it to make purchases. I can get Gucci updates on their website, which is where the pagr sends you for pridyctd. The wallpapers were everything...

This app is horrible. After I set up my account and try to log in, I get this message, "An error occurred, please check internet connection and try again." This also happens on their website. I have used my phones data and Wi-Fi. Don't have these problems with Louis Vuitton's or Chanel's apps. FIX THE PROBLEM AND DO BETTER!!!

I can't log in with Android. Everytime I try to enter a password, it doesn't tell me if it's correct or not. Love the brand but this app is useless if I can't log in.

LOL My sister and I could not stop laughing at how TERRIBLE the user interface is, and the only visible features were too glitched out not to spit my coffee across the kitchen. I would rate it 5/5 for laughs but 0/5 for usability.

Overall nice app, but all of the wallpapers are very low resolution. It's to the point that they're unusable for me.

Pretty useless, doesn't do anything when selecting Gucci Tag, nothing is happening, using a samsungnote 21 ultra. Probably a uses phone too. Deleting it, will visit the store instead and get it authenticated.

Downloaded the app, it was very large. Once downloaded it was cumbersome and took long to download the pages, even on startup this app is extremely slow. Unfortunately this app does not do the product any justice.

well, personally like the site, but my concern is the menswear clothing line what's up with the clothes? Sorry, I want to dress up, but not dress up like a woman or gay or drag queen, and that's all I see in the men's clothing, what's up with that? I'm looking for something slim fit or even regular fit, but there is nothing! Again, that clothing is aimed for gay or drag queens. What about for regular or fit men?

Doesn't do ANYTHING. Install. Uninstall. Install again. Can never get past the splash-screen, even though I have an account. Probably the worst app ever for functionality.

Downloaded the app twice, just for good measure, and it still didn't appear on my Samsung S20 once installed. Can't experience something that ISN'T THERE to be experienced to begin with.

Created account, bought items, can't log back in. Says invalid email and password after resetting 3 times. Still can't login or see my purchases.

It's a really cool app but it keeps crashing mid games and when you try on the shoes. This app would be absolutely amazing if these issues were resolved.

Terrible as soon as I got the app i opened it and it just closed itself and I kept trying to get back onto the app but it would not let me. Terrible app

unfortunetly they didnt have what I had in my cart online. I will order the other way & hopefully not get ripped off.

Needs more work on presentation not user friendly would have appreciated if the app had been a shopping app rather than an exhibition app prices are also not displayed

The app keeps closing when I try my best to open it. I also downloaded it twice but nothing helped.

Love the UI of this app and all the features it has. Games are really fun as well (could you by chance make it so that we can play them offline?)

app is really cool, just not really clear on how to set up the wallpapers... if I could get some help with that it would be great.
