There is obviously *no* communication from the store, despite the app pretending like there is. Want your order ready for a specific time? They simply tag it as "ready" in the app based on your estimated pickup/available time - not when it's actually available. And the "As soon as possible" estimate? That's literally just now + 5 minutes, no matter how busy a store actually is. It's really not hard to pull live order data to know exactly the answer to all of the above GYG.

Can be a bit clunky, particularly with location awareness. It's very easy to order from the wrong store particularly if there is more than one in your general area. I've sent and order to the wrong store a couple of times now and no way to cancel or otherwise change the store. End up paying for nothing and having to place a new order at the correct store.

I don't see the point of having an app on my phone 24/7 that requires me to log in every time I use it. I thought that maybe there'd been an update that blanked my details, but after I logged in and ordered, it immediately dumped me back to the front page - not logged in again. The staff members I saw were lovely, but seemed to need me to show up before they started working on (at least) my coffee. Honestly, the food was a little cold too.

Every time you can expect orders will take +15 to 20 mins longer than the app prediction. It's not so bad once you adjust your expectations and simply turn up late knowing this is the case. But I feel for the crowd of people outside the pick up window who turned up for pickup thinking the 4 - 6 minute pick up time was accurate. Other than this the app is easy to use.

No longer accepts payments, not functional for submitting orders. Cleared all data and reinstalled. Confirmed with banks that there are no problems at their end. No customer support services at all. Went to the store and they had no idea what to do, so until someone does something I'm just going to have to stop ordering GYG. 2 stars because it at least used to function, and I used it a lot, even though it was very janky whenever I went back to my phone's home page and then back into the app.

Works about 50% of the time. The other 50% it simply states that "Your order has not been placed. Check card details etc" however there is nothing wrong with any of the 5 cards or 2 google pay accounts that we have tried and tried and tried again to pay with. Quite disappointing.

I found the app really easy to use. I love being able to order ahead, select the store and the exact pick up time, and whether you're picking up through drive through or in store. The only thing I struggled with is the "google pay" payment option being underneath the bottom button bar as in using an android. I wasn't able to click on the Google pay option. I assume the app was designed for iPhone and this wasn't taken into consideration for android users. Other than that I found the app great!

Although I could select things, there was problems getting the paypal page to work, and then when it did work, there was no indication from the app that my order was placed or not. Guess I'll have to wait 20mins to an hour to see if food arrives. If not, I'm going to keep a close eye to see if you took my money. Very bad checkout experience here for me. also, the app insists on showing in the notification bar despite not having the app open. uninstalling.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY WITH THIS APP. I ordered 2 burritos yesterday for $40. Not only did they not arrive, they did not even give me a refund. The Uber support inside of the app disappears shortly after your order so you can never get your order back. Straight robbery

Great for pickup orders but entering an address for delivery NEVER loads. Orders get marked as ready LONG before they actually are but I suspect its the store trying to avoid corporate management coming down on them (shame!)

I use daily. favourites barely work, wont take orders some days, clears orders other days. say items unavailable until you go back and start order again.. Pretty painful.

Really impressed with the GYG app. It’s fast, easy to use, and makes ordering ahead super convenient. Customising meals is straightforward, payment is quick, and pick-up is always smooth. The rewards are a nice bonus too. Definitely makes grabbing GYG even easier.

The Resturant cannot help you with an order if its through the app and its basically impossible to cancel an order or get help. Love the food but this app is useless.

App is clunky and the payment section is super suss... Doesn't work well at all. Do not trust any of your information (especially banking data) with a company that can't get basic app development right - you can assume they are 100% not putting the adequate attention into their apps cyber security as well (most data is leaked through smaller companies holding your information such as this).

really need to figure out a better system. estimate says 4 minutes for your order to be ready but you often wait 20 minutes. can't be that hard

I haven't been able to use the app for two months. It won't connect back after inserting payment details and there is no obvious way to report issues with the app... They say update to version 6, there is no version 6 on Google store...

Very Unhappy, everytime I try and pay for my order it doesn't go through. Gpay says payment unsuccessful, PayPal says its gone through and that I can close the pages but when I do it stays at the payment pages. So frustrated!!! Rubbish System.

wont let me login with my usual email and password nor will it allow a reset of password. i have updated this idiot app as well as uninstalled and reinstalled it. plus annoying af popups while l am trying to troubleshoot. and no. it won't let me login thru my google acc waste of time Grrr

Extremely slow payment gateway. Inconsistent payment status screen (infact there is none). You will have to check your bank account or email to be be sure that your order went through (or not). Many a times I have thought that the payment failed because I did not get a proper status, and I would end up ordering again or ordering from another store. Only to find out a few days later that my order went through. Don't rely on the status screen to pop up immediately after the payment!
