H Mart Asian Grocery Market

I was very happy when they came out with new version, however I can't open or see any "coupons", weekly sale flyer is also useless 'cause you cant see anything even if you tried to zoom in or out. Only great thing about this app is that I can store my smartcard numbers and also tells you how much points you have etc... etc... I hope they come out with newer and updated version shortly.

Please strengthen the app. It doesn't open most of the time. I have to uninstall it and then install it. The good thing is I'm able to scan at the register but I need to see what's on sale first. Lol August 2nd 2025 and the app is still terrible. You can't edit your profile, it's slow in lags and that's if you're able to sign in. Yowza HMart. Isn't South Korea is one of the leading technology countries? Don't let Wendy's, Sonic and McDonald's outdo your app. lol Your food is way better! 🥢

Great store, terrible app. I know there are several stores in my area (PNW) and it doesn't show any of them in the store picker. Product search was also underwhelming. Unfortunately, this app is not very useful at all.

I can't add items to my virtual shopping bag. I verified my zipcode and everything else, so I do not know what's going on with the app. This means I can't purchase via app even though I see the goods I want to buy. what's the point of the app? I will just stick to the website as this is inconvenient.

Sucks S#!t, 10% of the time it logs you at randomly and it's hard to sign on. Rewards program... that's if it works and you can't add the lost purchases. It loses points too so why bother?

Already love Hmart. But if you use the app, sometimes they have an e-coupon that could be matched with sales. User-friendly app, moderate speed, and organized sections.

Doesn't work or show any food items just shows blank screen with a message saying (No items to show)

This is just not a good app. It's heavy, slow, and even logging in takes errors and efforts. Without the app exclusive offers, I wouldn't hesitate deleting it.

just downloaded the app, worried about the app freezing the screen. All is fine. The app is a little slow, but the store's grocery deals and sales were uploaded.

Worst store app I've ever used. Weekly Ads don't load, keeps logging me out of my account, results are limited and do not reflect items in my local hmart. Useless app. Uninstalled.

Updates made a shaky app no better. my points and account are gone, just gone. No idea why I can't have my smart card show up. Viewing the weekly ads is really challenging. at least it doesn't crash the app anymore but it's not really any more useful. I'm borderline amused with how difficult it is to find the store closest to me. that should be automatic.

The app was good in the beginning. I was able to collect points but as soon as I was about to get 1000 point for the 10 dollar certificate it stopped adding my points. I cant even get in contact with customer service to see if they will add the points on for me.

I love H Mart. I really wanted to write this at 5 but I can't. I really should be rating at A1 but I love this grocery store chain. The problem I'm having is that no matter how I enter my last name in my ZIP code, and I've taken a picture with your camera app icon and your app... It will not let me enter my savings card information. It tells me it's in heard incorrectly every time, no matter how I can write. Even when I use the in-app camera. I know how to spell my last name. Sad but uninstallin

App is working fine but is mainly useful for displaying membership bar code for points.

Seems like an okay app, but for some reason my store location (Portland, OR) isn't even listed on this app or on the H Mart website even though it opened last year. I was hoping to check the weekly flyer before I go in... slightly confused why it tells me there are no stores in Oregon when there are at least two that I know of. The website even mentions stores that have opened as recently as two months ago in Arizona. I love shopping at H Mart and hope there is an app for us Portlanders soon!

Really should have an option to scan the receipt to add to your points instead of having the cashier scan the app. App is so laggy and never loads in store so I can never use. Rather just have an option to scan receipt later to add like most other apps who use similar reward systems.

I downloaded this so I could get curbside pickup possible or check their availability of certain items but strangely this does not list the H Mart Locations in the Seattle area. The logos look the same but there seem to be no listing of them on the app so I am not sure what the deal is.

When I first started using the H Mart as required to use the Smart Card, every went great. However, the new update has caused all the of the points I earned from purchasing as H Mart to be lost forever. The new H Mart app update has make it very pointless and useless. I'd rather use the physical version of the H Mart Smart Card instead.

I love that I can order things from here and have them sent to my house. But, I have been having trouble checking out lately. I keep getting the grey sunburst that continues to spin, but It won't finish spinning and let me check out. The other thing I would like to be added to the app is a back button to use when I want to click on an item and then go back to the exact page I was on before clicking on the item. I do love this app, there are just a couple things that need to be worked out.
