Instead of developing the application and making it more stable, your greed has led to advertisements adding 1 hour instead of 4 hours, with a maximum of 6 instead of 48. I have already been suffering from instability and attempted approximately 30 times to get an advertisement to add time. Now, the application has become unbearable. This is unacceptable.

Apps works perfectly fine, even when there are few bugs, you guys keep us up to date on what's happening, when and why, I don't usually pay attention to this whole app rating thing but I felt you guys deserve some appreciation, the app is indeed a life saver😊 there's one more thing I'd like to check though, is the app only designed to only connect on through one service provider? Because I see it only connects when I'm on Telkom but MTN, Cell C it fails to connect.

i just updated and every time I try to connect to a server it just crashes when it connects please fix edit: thank you the issues has been fixed

this is not able to connect since two days now it will closed the app before it connect. please attend to the issue with immediate effect

HA tunnel is a good app for those who don't have enough data to get connected. I will have rated it 5 star but I put 2 star here's why. Sometimes when I am connected the key will automatically lost and the time is not enough . I pray that the developer fix major issues like increasing the the time to around 30 minutes for the free version an also the key issues in the next update. And maybe I will rate it 5 stars ⭐

I'm not happy with this app.today i updated it and now everytime i try to open it.it doesnot want to open 💔💔💔

Excellent app! Been using it for 5 years now. I don't even know the struggles of buying data. But recently it's been giving me problems, it doesn't work well in the evenings, I spend hours trying to connect it, and when it does, it disconnects faster than it connected. Please fix this. Also! I updated the app and now it does this connection thing very fast, but still takes it time connecting. Please fix this🥺

This app has been going On and off for a while now,, it keeps disconnecting itself after one minute of connecting.. You guys said we should update it I have but it's still disconnecting and it's pissin me off, the developers of this app should do something about it immediately,,, it's a great app an i love it.. But after your update it's useless now because you can't connect for a while minute,,, and one other thing is that it only connects when it's midnight,

Best thing I've ever come across, however the app has stopped working and I had to rewrite my Review. It only connects when I have ISP Data bundles, and it uses them. After my mobile data were depleted, it stopped working and doesn't even show a key as a sign of connecting. I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as the HA Tunnel team finds the bug. Thanks

It connects fast, the servers work well and it's good vpn. The BIGGEST issue is the timer!😭 I will literally watch 5 adds and NOTHING happens, no time is added. Or I'll wait for an ad and press the add more time thingy, and I it will KEEP saying internal error... but the moment I disconnect, I immediately get an ad... I'll spend 30min to an hour getting nowhere...

Time for this app to have udp request mode where users can put in their server account details and use it plus fix the add time mode cause not all the time it allows users to add time especially when time runs out and there is no wifi around to assist with the process also the app seems to start drainin battery power on android 11+ devices so Dear Developers

loads ads for time, says congratulations but never adds time. says, free for today, but once server disconnects it'll start at 10 minutes left says ad server error when trying to add time, then continues to play a no award ad immediately stops loading data to phone when minimised sometimes, cause it knows you'll open the app to restart it, last thing you know it will load you with an ad immediately. using 10mb data for social data, by the time the ad loads, 10mb is depleted. bad VPN

I love it.keeps me connected for personal usage.

The app is working fine but I am not able to get ads to add more time, so it keeps disconnecting every 30minutes. Which is annoying. How do I get ads to be able to add more time than the original 30mins at start? If this works but only for 30mins then is very annoying to use , if the app had actual adds to watch to receive more time, it would be 5 stars for me. 🖐🏾

This app is awesome and it is free indeed. But I could have rated it a five star if not that it takes away a very little subscription from my mobile data possibly when I have data. Another problem concerns the unnecessary ads ON and OFF the app which is boring; developer please look into unnecessary ad, if possible minimize the ad. It works absolutely free in downloads and the rest of internet connections. KUDOS.

My experience with this app was awesome, it would connect to the server when I have the appropriate files Nd all and connection was perfect... No complains at that time cos the speed was an acceptable speed Nd I was really appreciative... Now when I import my files to connect , it doesn't connect anymore. What's wrong??? Plz help me... This app has been so good to me now it just malfunctioned... I even uninstalled it and re installed it again with no luck

At first it is fine...but then after just a month that iv been using it i need to edit my reviews and put 2 stars because the apps always crash and it is always reconnecting..and when i am lucky to be connected it only allows 1hour... thats why all of my friends who has been connected to it since last year,just uninstalled the app because it wouldnt serve th properly.

Why is your server is too slow? Renew for a six hours when I load a video it doesn't loading. My ISP connections are really good. But yours renew video didnt playing currectly or loading currectly. Please, fix this. I think it's a servers problem. Everytime I getting this msg when I going to renew my access " unable to parse serverresponse "

When I first got the app it was amazing. Now it won't even connect and if it does connect I only get 10mins then it'll disconnect again. Why would you guys "fix bugs" when there is no bugs to be fix. You guys messed up your own app for no reason. New day. Fix the app. You guys ruined the app

Unable to obtain a JavaScript Engine is now the order of the day when it comes to connecting. Plus there's no way one can get to the support. Only telegram channel without a discussion group for members to share their thoughts about the app. When this bug is fixed I may be able to adjust my rating to two stars, but making it to five is impossible if I continue having these issues.
