Totally awesome. Very tasting best burger (very best tasting meal) for the money. I'm a chef, but on the road with no kitchen and limited money to spend and I haven't found better taste for the money spent. (but my initial free hamburger enticement didn't have the grilled onions as ordered, but it was so good even without that I didn't even notice until I was almost done and it was free anyway so I didn't say anything, but it was a mistake). VERY BEST TASTE FOR THE MONEY!!!!
The food is good but the app kinda sucks... it's cool that the send you coupons in the app but the app itself isn't user friendly. We wanted to order two kids meals and some other stuff and use the coupon in the app for a free kids meal. we wanted to add lettuce and tomato to the kids burgers and ketsup and mustard but there is no way to do it- can only add cheese and ketsup. So we decided to call in the order but then they couldn't use the coupon. we gave up and ate elsewhere.
1st time using the app & compared to the other fast food apps I've used, this has to be the easiest. Straight forward, fast, even the processing of the payment was faster! The food speaks for itself. Sure, it's a little expensive but when you're hungry you want something that is going to be delicious, and won't make you late getting back to work, then you're gonna pay a more. They fit some great deals too. Keep it up Habit! Pretty soon you're gonna have to open up a clinic & call it....re-hab.
Would be great if the app worked half the time. Unfortunately, more often than not, it just says "an unexpected error has occurred" and tells me to try closing and reopening, which never works. Occasionally uninstalling and reinstalling works, but it's not something I'm willing to do every time for an app that seems to be broken more often than it's functional.
I like the Habit Burger restaurant, especially the veggie burgers, but the app sometimes doesn't work right. Sometimes I can't order because the pickup time won't work. Other times a special offer won't work. All that causes extra time to get an order, so I generally won't order if there's a problem. It might be easier to just order online, without the app.
I downloaded the app for the free Char-burger with cheese after purchase of a drink. The app was easy to register with. Works great and as it should. The promo did arrive within the hour as it said. I think it took about 15 to 20 minutes because I didn't check the time. I really like how you can customize each item you order. I didn't know some options are available during all those times I ordered in person. I will probably just use the app from now on to save time and customize my orders.
The app used to work until recently. On my phone it says it's up to date. However, every time I try to checkout via the app, it will pop up a message stating to update the latest version of the app first. I uninstalled, re-download, signed out, installed with a different device, tried to order on Google, and it still states the same thing " update to the latest version". I'm only able to use my e- gift card via the app, since the people at the register said they couldn't figure out how to takeit
Horrible App! I've been trying to place orders every once in awhile for over a year with no success! This includes on a new phone I currently have. It always gives me an error saying something "it's not you, it's us...an error occurred" after I try to finalize the order and pay. That's right, the app is junk! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. UPDATE: I did send the details and received a reply that my feedback would be shared with your IT team. 🙄
Curbside pickup options rely on GPS location to determine when you've arrived, which would be fine if I wasn't ordering from home and having someone else pick up. There's no way to tell the store you've arrived so your food just sits there getting cold until you lose patience and have to walk in, completely defeating the purpose of selecting curbside pickup. Same thing happened back in April and I was hoping they got it figured out by now (August) but nope. This app confuses everyone.
My ordering experiences have been great. The app is easy to navigate and complete an order. My only complaint is that there are options not on the app that are available online, in person. Like the option to add tri tip to a salad, request Teriyaki sauce on the side for dipping French fries into to , or to add an extra portion of Tri tip to your sandwich. These seem like simple items that should be in drop down menu. When their added I'll review with all 5☆'s.
The absolute worst app I've used to order food. It is criminal how much I go to HB and don't use the app. Simply because it has never worked for me. As of late all I get is a message saying "An unexpected error has occured" and am completely locked out of doing anything on the app. All it has is a "retry" button that doesn't even do anything. I have shut the app, force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled and still... "an unexpected error has occured". I have tried with this app for YEARS.
The past two times I've tried to use the app it won't finalize the payment and doesn't go through. Your promo gets deleted and Habit Burger won't honor your deleted promo code. Waste of time and money if you want to order online. Poor customer service in store regarding the issue. This has happened in multiple states. App is slick and easy to customize your order, you just can no longer successfully order.

I uninstalled and re-installed the app and it seems to be working, mostly. I'm updating my review to 4 stars. It seems that if your local store doesn't offer delivery, it just says "error on the form". If I order for pickup, it's fine. Maybe we can fix this?
App is severely flawed. I have reached out to support multiple times with no response. The store address in the app shows incorrectly on the map and automatically assigns my order to a restaurant very far away. It also sends the poor delivery driver to the wrong place so my orders always get cancelled. Edit: Like I said, I've reached out multiple times with no response
UI is impressive, looks really clean, and scales well to devices. It has almost every feature one could want. The only place there is room for improvement is more customization options, and a "comments" or "other" box to type in an customization options not present in the menu. The only technical issues are location privacy, payment security and encryption being a little lacking, and the phone number prompts being unable to accept a country code before the ten digit phone number.
App works fine and is pretty good but one critical flaw is you can't add offers from anywhere but the home screen it seems. So you would put an entire order together then need to go back to apply the offer. Makes it easy to forget or assume.its coming up on the next screen but then you've paid all of a sudden. Edit: still doesn't work like I said above and also I tried to order my free birthday charburger but couldn't because I had recently used a different offer too.
I was given a birthday reward for a free char burger! (I was excited) I used the app and made my order, but when I got to the checkout section, the app crashed, and my reward is gone now ! I tried to contact support, but they were less than useful. I guess I'm gonna skip dinner tonight. Don't bother using the app if you rely on consistency and transparency.
This app is super easy to use and find location quickly. I like the app, but it has issues when I check out. it keeps saying it can't process. try again, won't process. then it show up on my credit card double billed. the store says they cannot credit me.. they said I have to call Habit office. so other burger apps are looking promising.
This app is buggy! The last few times I tried to order, it defaults to a 400 PM asap pickup time... But it's almost 1000 PM and it doesn't give you the option to choose another time and it gives you an error when you try to hit PAY. It has been like this for weeks. (and yes, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persisted.)
The app itself is fine by and easily navigable. But it doesn't work! Prior to maybe 6 months ago everything worked fine. Now, each different time I CHECKOUT, I get an error window NO PICK-UP TIME HAS BEEN CHOSEN. When I tap the window to pick a time, the next window opens BLANK. This is more than annoying. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least half dozen different times, but this makes no difference. Tonight, I took my hunger and my order Elsewhere.
