Hair try-on - hair styling

Compared to nearly all the other hair apps out there, this one is by far among the better ones. Unfortunately, that is truly not saying much. The many different hair color options only seem to work if they are close within range of the original color. Considering that nearly 95% of the styles are dark brown to black, this leaves very few options for blondes, reds and light browns. Most upsetting for me, however, is the total absence of styles for Black people. Not even the token afro lol. SMH

When you take a photo of yourself to start it says "beautifying" and makes your skin lighter then gives you the option of further "whitening" (it literally says that at the bottom) if you increase whitening the screen shows its "beautifying" you further lol! I wanted to use my actual photo w my actual skin tone in the app but that was not an option. Secondly it looks so ridiculously fake I thought this was an app to try hairstyles - pastes fake looking cutouts of on your hair (it still shows)

I spent hours and hours trying to find an app to preview possible haircuts. Ladies and Gents, here it is. Pull your hair back, take a selfie and off you go. This app also lets you adjust the size and angle of the wig, so you customize it to your face. The ads are easily ignored. Only con I've found so far is the hair colors are all a bit lackluster, but that's nit picky. Give these developers money!

I cannot tell you how amazing this app is...I have looked for years to find something that would even have one style that I liked or even looked remotely realistic. I never have to look for a hairstyle again!!! The graphics were realistic. The choices were endless , fun and amazing. My only recommendation is that you consider expanding styles for other ethnicities and have a choice of ear color. ( I am not sure about cultural appropriation with the ancient collection.)Thanks!

This app doesnt seem to detect the sides of your head... so if yoir selfie isnt exactly the right size, all of the hairstyles look like oversized wigs which stick out of both sides of your head. Very limited selection of short hair cuts, sortof. Theres tons of them in the list, I suppose, but most of them appear to be the same. I was just looking for a regular pixie cut and couldn't even seem to find that. So good luck...

It was really good! the hair fit nicely around my rather large face, and there was a good selection! the reasoning for my 4-stars, is the color feature was awful. i have a dark blonde hair color, and most of the stules were in brown or black, so i couldn't really see how they'd look in my hair color, which would cause problems. very good quality, if you have brown or black hair i'd recommend this app above all others!

It's not perfect, but it's the best app of it'd kind that I e found (most are awful). The main thing that ocukd be improved is the hair color selection - many of thr colors don't look right when it applies and many come out way too dark. Would be nice if we had a slider to adjust the brightness. Or better yet, just give us a color picker with a brightness slider so we can move around wherever we want until the hair looks the color we want.

Fun app to play around with different hairstyles, and to see how they'll look on you, but the hair color feature could use some tweaks, as it just mixes the different shades that you pick. For example, if you choose blonde, that hair color stays red. Also, the hairstyle should conform to the face though

After trudging through a bunch of really bad hair style apps, this was the only one that actually did what I needed. Pic of my face and bunch of hairstyles to pop on! Only had a couple small ads so no problem for me there and they even let you change the colour of the style you choose! If I had to say an issue, then, maybe there was not enough really short styles for women? as that was what I was looking for, most were neck length at shortest. But all in all a great little app!

Finally! A hair style app that actually works and I tried everything in the store. It adjusts itself, the hair styles don't look (that) fake, it's perfect for getting an idea of how a haircut or style looks before actually doing it. Really, some styles even work for my kids. The ads are subdued and non intrusive. 9/10 because they really need to work on making hair colors more natural.

This is just what I was looking for. It places the hair on your head, and adjusts well to provide a good tool for making a choice. I found a few styles that I really like and flatter my face, and they weren't styles that I thought would work for me. It was surprising to see styles I thought I would like but looked terrible on my face. If not for this app, I would be getting a cut and style that I would not like on me. I have a great photo to show my stylist, and I know it will turn out great.

Good, easy to use, first one I've tried that I didn't spend more time adjusting photo sizes than seeing styles. Wish there were lighter color hairstyles; the dark ones don't let me see how they would look with blond or silver hair color.

Nice concept, but very poorly executed! It's honestly an interesting idea, but fails at the first hurdle. The hairstyle is often badly sized/positioned which is not too bad as you can change that manually. But the photos always look ridiculous as the app doesn't automatically remove the original hair.

Not clear how to save the photo when finished. The screen has buttons written in Chinese and the only functional one is the one that shares the picture. However the app is well built in other respects, the hair styles are great and it loads quick. Adverts are not intrusive. It's just pointless as it doesn't clearly show you how to save the picture.

Installed 5 other apps & deleted 5 other apps before I found this one. It's super easy, tons of realistic looking hairstyles that you can put on your own pic. Tons of colors too. Only thing is I wish the hairstyles were cuter & that I could stretch them from side to side or up & down to make them fit my face correctly. But overall, still 5 stars!

It works with the limited functionality it has. That's all the good you can say about it. No guidance how to take the pic for it to work (not to dream of its own camera app), automatic hair detection doesn't really work, the hair looks fake, it doesn't adjust for the background colors etc. It even looks bad on the model. It's basically if you had cut out 40 hairstyles of a paper, took your own photo and tried each one out.

The hairstyles are just BADLY done cut outs from magazines. You'd need to take a different picture of yourself for each at just the right angle or else it looks, as others pointed out, like a bad wig. The color changing options are a joke. If the wig you're trying on is a dark color, don't expect to see any difference in colors. Would give this app 0 stars if I could.

It did its job very well for me. I've been having a rapunzel long hair for all my life, and always reluctant to get a short haircut because I dont know how it will look like on me. This app has helped me a lot in giving the ideas of how it might turn out. Could be better if it has more extremely short hairstyles like undercuts or pixies for women to try on. However, I can finally find the style that I want in real life. Thank you so much.

Not bad nice job def! There's a cupl things that it needs to be one I'd go to & that's just adding crosshares to the wig itself or image to resize image either taller or wider to adjust for each head size according to the type/style of ur image like if it's farther than most u have to have the option to make it smlr width & height wise. The others brightness to the actual image of hair sometimes the pic is brighter than hair need to change hair light or dark otherwise u rock! Pls add more colors
