Fun, addictive and frustrating. It is a great time management game, super fun and very addictive. However, it is incredibly annoying that you can't replay levels, you are forced to move to another location before maxing out the first location, and it takes forever to earn enough coins for an upgrade. You can keep leveling up a location by playing endless mode, but it gets increasingly harder keeping you from being able to improve much and not quickly. With improvements it would be great!
Very fun time management game! Once I got up to level 20, though, they seemed to increase the difficulty extremely, no transition into it like with past levels. Following all of the "recommended" upgrades in the store is supposed to help with that but it doesn't. It just suddenly gets too difficult to pass with the sudden bombardment of clients & you can't lose 1. I'll play a couple more times & see if I can pass but if not I'll have to chalk it up as a loss & move on. Update: Uninstalled.
This game, like many others, is designed for the company and not the consumer. It's easy to pass levels in the beginning and you think there's plenty of rewards and levels, but once you reach a certain point it's impossible to pass levels without spending real money. They have "sales" on boosts and all that you need to pass levels, thus encouraging you to spend the money. Let's say you do spend the money - it doesn't carry through to each clinic. It's mediocre play and very limited.
Look, for the most part the game is really good, but it's so, so hard to get coins in order to level everything up. The whole point of the game is to keep leveling up, but we don't get enough coins each round, which causes us to not only lose lives, but also to make where we can't level up. Something needs to be done about the coins, because it just makes the game no fun and makes you have no progression, which in itself makes the game infuriating to play.
I like the game mechanics a lot, and it's really fun to play. BUT, its not balanced at all. Typically you need to level up some items and people before you play levels, say 900 coins on the later levels, but only get about 300 coins after passing a level. You end up spending more time getting coins than playing the next levels. I would say it's a good game, much better if it was more balance in terms of earning coins.
Super fun to begin with. I was loving it until it became too hard. In order to make it through the next level you need to upgrade your equipment. I like that. But you only get like 450 coins from the harder levels (less for easier levels) and each upgrade starts at a minimum of 400. It's just too hard to feel like I'm making progress anymore.
It's a cool game and concept, but earning enough money to try and catch up is impossible, especially if you fail a mission and they only throw 20 your way. It's legit nothing and then when you are able to catch up, by then it's too late cus the level got even harder. There's no way to advance without actually paying out of pocket and that just takes the whole fun out of the game. Like nah. Hard pass. Don't even bother with it. It's fun for the first hospital maybe, after that it's a Trainwreck.
I loved this game for the longest time. There came a point where everything was upgraded and I was using power ups and I still couldn't pass the level (around level 200) so I uninstalled. A few months later (today) I reinstalled and it is saying after every level and every collected power up that my progress cannot be validated and it erases my progress for that level. I just passed the level that I have been working on this entire last two weeks I was playing this game and it erased it.
I actually really liked the game, but it's designed to make you spend money. The levels get harder faster than you can make money or get gems, and you absolutely need to upgrade everything to make it. Also, stuff bought for the first hospital doesn't transfer over to the next, so if you buy those 600 gem items, oh well. Do it again on the next ones. No thanks.
It was fun while it lasted. I played for a week, knowing I would lose every time just to save up enough coins for a single upgrade. I will not pay to win! Wait time for heart refills is just too low. Lose prizes varies between 15-24 coins. 5 heart, 1 upgrade out of 20 required is 500. I like to play when I have free time not sit around and wait until I can try again once.
It's a super fun game, until you get to a certain level and can't win because of an inability to earn enough coins. You have to upgrade your doctors, equipment, speed, etc but you can't generate the coins to do this without winning the levels. Also, it takes something like 35mins to earn a new life, so once you use your 5 lives, you have to wait a couple of hours to get full lives again. This combination has left me stuck on a level for quite some time now with no hope of winning it.
Like almost every other review, the game is fun at first. But the more you play, the more upgrades you need, while being rewarded less and less. Its almost impossible, unless of course you want to spend your money. As I have seen, people have given thier suggestions on how to improve the game OVER AND OVER. But sadly its the same computer generated response from the developer to the all the reviews. This game has such potential!!
I like the game but it gets really expensive. If you don't shell out money you'll probably stop and find something else. The endless mode isn't endless at all you still have to use the 5 things thats given to you which is 30 min apiece. If you've finished the level why not make it actually endless? Its 100 diamonds to fill it up which, you do get diamonds but not enough to keep filling them up. Again, it isn't a bad game just expensive or long and boring.
Been playing for a bit, and I liked the stimulation. There comes a point when the gems outweigh and pay for everything. Even when trying to replay a level, the amount of time given is less than the gems paid. When going fast, the player starts to buffer and somehow forgets where it needs to go. The patience of the patients runs out way too fast, so the game purposely makes the gamer buy more gems. The increase in coin value is ridiculous at each stage making it difficult to level up.
Might have liked this game if I could get off level 10. If you lose someone in line you have to pay 35 gems. I've only acquired 30, so I keep playing to try to get past the level. Not a fan of early levels being so difficult! The timing of everything is so slow, except the anger of those waiting in line. More money is needed and I can only suffer through so many ads before I uninstall. After reading reviews about how hard it is to get enough coins to level up, I'm uninstalling. Frustrated!
The difficulty is locked on hard unless you pay money, point blank. Your doctors have levels, and every few rounds the infection level will increase. I can't keep up with it, not on endless and not on regular rounds. It's insane. You have to spend real money to keep up, or play the same level about fifty times to get the amount of coins you need to buy an upgrade that will just scrape you by that level goal. Infection level went to 11 and my doctors are only on 7, so I'm done. Scummy.
This game is a money PIT. It's a shame, I really love the game, but it is impossible to play even a single level beyond a certain point. I have spent way more real money on this game through microtransactions than I would have on a PC game, and I am STILL struggling to continue to enjoy the game after only a few weeks worth of play time. If the developers don't ever ease up on their pricing strategy for upgrades, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Difficulty amps up too fast. I have walking speed maxed out and she's still too slow. It's so difficult it's just not fun anymore. I love nordcurrent games and have played for years. I also have no problem spending money to avoid having to grind a lot. But I'm gonna pass on this game - I don't like that some levels feel impossible even after I've spent money to max stuff out early and make beds automatically... That's ridiculous.
Played several levels and it's really fun. After you unlock "endless" mode it's not quite as hard to earn coins. It's addictive and even if you don't win the level, it's still plenty of fun. It's the sort of game where you should play it for a bit, and then stop. It used to be that you had to save the game through a Facebook account, which I don't have. Now that they let us save through Nordcurrent account, it's a 5-star game!
This game has potential to be great, but you're preventing it by making all the same mistakes that the vast majority of games on here do. The unrealistic amount of coins to upgrade is absurd after a while. Even if I bought coins it wouldn't matter cause you still need too many. On top of that you have very few events, and even when you have them some are almost impossible to beat. Lose 1 level and that's it you gain nothing, it's a waste. I love the game, but you're ruining it by being greedy
