I have spent so much time playing this game and enjoy it but I have finally reached the point of quitting bc it takes SO long to beat some of the levels. Upgrades cost so much and I'm playing levels over and over to earn coins and still not beating them. After reading other reviews this is across the board an issue, but developers respond that it's supposed to be challenging. Challenging is one thing, but the cost of upgrading things vs the amount you get for beating a level makes it not fun.
For me, the game was really great to play. It was challenging, yet very fun. The problems, on the other hand, were the glitches. The game would freeze mid game, and if you'd lose on certain levels, you'd lose a mini game as well, and when watching the ads to gain more time or double your earnings once you've completed the game, they'd freeze so you wouldn't be able to double your earnings. I'm only uninstalling, because I need space for more important things is all.
It's fun but towards the end of the first area and all of the second, you basically have to extend time or use bonuses to win the levels. I figured it would turn into a pay-to-play game at some point but not within 48 hours of playing. For context, I was losing levels constantly so I paid to get 6000 coins for upgrades. I upgraded 5 things and I still can't beat the level. It's actually frustrating because the game itself is fun, just not worth spending as much as an PC/console game to play.
This game is really fun and I love it, but it really is too hard to earn the right amounts of coins to upgrade the hospital staff/equipment needed to beat levels (each upgrade is 1k+and you only earn around 500g per level win). Especially since this is one of those games where you lose lives (you only get five) each time you fail, and then you have to wait a few hours for them to recharge to try again. You are able to earn free gems to make up for the severe coin shortage, but not enough to win.
Where to begin...I initially downloaded this game because of the "ASMR nasty looking ad" that's effing everywhere. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. second, I stuck around for a while to see what was up with this game, and not bad. Pretty decent time waster. For the first 10 levels. The rate at which you get coins v how much you need to spend on upgrades is dumb af. And then there is no differentiation between your coins and different hospitals. NONE of the upgrades transfer.
There's too many levels that are impossible to pass without paying for upgrades...then magically you get 350 "points" in 20 seconds. Don't spend money on it. You can only "level" up so much. If you level up revenue... you have to earn more. I'm maxed out. Spent way more than I care to admit, but refuse to spend more and can't pass a level without paying for helps. Leveling up makes it harder at times and you can only level up so much. I'm maxed out.
I'll ignore the absolute ridiculous amount of spamming ads and popups to dive into a horrible charging practice on top of that, instead. I decided to go finally pay for an upgrade, only for it to only be for that specific lvl/location. This wasn't clear at all, so I I should've just stopped. But I didn't, & it didn't say, either way. Of course, a couple lvls later, I'm in a new location w/ no upgrade. & now, it's impossible to go forward w/o paying for upgrades. 0/10. Never again.
Really hard once you hit a certain level, you don't make enough to complete levels unless you wait for days collecting all the "little" treats they give to build up enough to get through the level. I shouldn't have to spend money I don't have constantly. If the creator changes little things it will make things a little easier. I love a challenge but this is almost impossible. Fix the issues and I'll give 5 stars otherwise I just wouldn't waste your time if you can't afford to purchase the stuff.
Leaving a not great review because the game needs some tweaking. There needs to be an option to confirm if you want to spend gems to extend play. It's way too easy to spend by accident! Also, it's difficult to play on smaller devices as the playing field is so crammed together that you tap stuff you don't intend to tap because there's too much on one screen. Last, the customer service SUCKS!! They don't give any S**ts about concerns of the customer.
Pay to advance. You will constantly fail levels if you have a large cellphone. Absolutely no way to advance in game unless you win items in game, but they aren't enough to finish remodeling. You obtain 1 item from watching ads. You will also have to watch ads to obtain more ❤️. This is a watch ads all the time platform. The ads don't pop on the screen like some games, but they get you with losing levels and needing items for a 1% chance that you might just get lucky.
As you progress in the levels and if you spend money, the algorithm adjusts to make the levels harder in order to get you to spend more. In the Mexico level, I had maxed out all my doctors and supplies and income, but was still losing the level with 400 points still needed to win the level. This was not happening on previous levels where I had spent no money and wasn't even close to maxing out the doctors and supplies. This did not motivate me to spend more. It made the game boring. Uninstalled.
I gave the game a fair chance and really enjoyed playing. I have, however, reached the limit in what I will pay to continue. While it may be possible to pass these "challenging" (i.e. impossible) levels without spending hoards of money or watching hours of ads for a very few people, it's not realistic for most of us. Therefore, I'm uninstalling. Also, to future players, you get to do the featured procedures very rarely.
When you start out, it was fun and challenging but once you level up more, ot gets difficult to the point where they make you start paying to save your life or get more coins; and it's impossible to beat these levels unless you pay. Plus, you earn diamonds and coins but when you want to pay with diamonds, they also take coins (which is unfair). Unfair game, they just want money, don't waste your time to play (like I did).
I really wanted to like this one.... But the close up asmr advertised isn't in the game. I'm in the 30's on my first hospital and nothing yet. Also after level 25 the difficulty jumps to where you are more likely to pay. You max out your "speed" very early in the game. Which creates difficulty later on. Good for the first 20 levels after that, expect to pay.... Is what it is though. I won't play as often anymore. Like you have 6 beds and 3:10 to get 900 coins. And gems only get you 30 seconds..
This game is so fun, however, unless you want to spend real money...DO NOT PLAY! it is impossible to pass levels past 3 or 4 in each hospital without paying. Believe me, I tried. I got suckered in and ended up spending sooooo.. . Much money. I had to delete the game. My fault, I need to win! Good job for making a fun challenging game, but you make it impossible without spending money, and I mean A LOT OF MONEY. I get the company needs to make money, but good grief..
I was at rank 2 and a senior software engineer, so I guess I was okay in this game. But I have to pay to pass the endless level and some high level. The game is programmed to let you pay to pass after certain levels, and in my opinion, its not okay since they got paid through the ads. My suggestion is if you don't want to end up pay, don't play. :) don't ever think you will better and avoid Pay, that's what i thought when i saw the reviews and i admit they are right now. 😌
It's pretty obvious this is a money-grab. Certain daily rewards used to be bigger, but now it's down to 1 or 2 things and a random small amount of coins, so users will have to click on more ads just to get more. And the fact that there are like 6 ad pop-ups that are timed in a way that you'll accidentally click on the buy option is conniving. Kinda irritated w/ myself that I didn't read the reviews before wasting so much personal time on this game. And what's on it that it needs 2GB of storage?
Fun, but can you say rip-off? The game pretty much does what it wants to do, especially in order to make sure that you fail at achieving the goal. The only way you can advance in this game is to purchase packages, and the price of the packages compared to the coins and boosters is absurd. And, making purchases is wasteful because, like I said, the game does its own thing to make sure that you lose. I won't even go into the time before you fail... A RIP-OFF!
Like many other games, I downloaded this based on the pictures as there is no video of game play. Opened the game and its just seat paitents and get the stuff they need. I've played almost 2 hours hoping to get to the ASMR and still have not seen what they show in 80% of these photos. I think the game is fun but it's not what they make you believe it is. Plus I agree, you can watch all the ads to get extra coins and gems but if your not buying anything it is almost impossible.
I was so excited for this game but I'm disappointed. It has 2 different game types and both are enjoyable. My main issue with the game is that once you pass the first few levels, it is extremely hard to earn enough coins to level up the amenities, beds, etc. On top of that, once you finish a level, you can't go back and redo it for a better score. Once you finish all the levels for the first area, it unlocks an endless mode which sucks because you can't get enough coins to upgrade your stuff
