Hardee's UAE-Order online

To be honest, Hardee's (at least for the branch that I always order from) is by far the best fast food I ever have. The food arrived is always warm and the quality never fades. I have no issue claiming the points and I love the free delivery coupons. You just can't use the free delivery and the points at the same time but I have no complaints on that. The app is easy to use overall. The food is good. Customer service is great too.

worst app online, i got free delivery discount and i had points also so i redeemed them for one wraptor sandwich when i put the code for sandwich the free delivery discount coupon couldn't be applied and the price became samee as if i buy a free wraptor or with free delivery. you people are playing very smart. i go to the store to eat wraptor spicy they give with santaa fee already included and when on app you have to buy sanya fee separately.. they are making peoplee fool in any and every way.

the worst app ever existed, really really stupid app, shame on Hardee's you gonna STRUGLE to add an address, you gonna strugle with the payment and in my case, the money got deducted twice without registering my order 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️

it's a big scam I ordered a large meal with large curly fries and I paid like 6 DHS more. I received a medium meal and when I called the call center to complain they discounted the call

It won't let me add my location to get my food delivered. I normally get pickup so never had to put my location but now that I'm trying to it's not working. It's conveniently not working when they bring the Free Delivery Promo 🙃

after lunching the new feature of linking the app with the partner as Hardees uae claim the applicatiob stop working even after uninstall it and reinstall it again

While I'm outside store for pick up, app can't proceed with selected store and returning error "something went wrong". Tried on both ios and android but faced same issue. Indeed I'll write same review on Apple App store as well. Extremely disappointed.

im unable to add a delivery address keeps displaying error "user creation failure on SDM" i have updated the app atleast 3 times and none of the updates fixed it. so frustrating.

better you install others delivery apps. bad bad application. fake free delivery offer .. you will pay same others delivery.. if your order delivered even after delayed. not recommended.

It was a wonderful experience, nice friendly n experienced staff, The order was very quick, the burgers were very very yummy n tasty, chicken bites too was very good, the strips were very very juicy and tasty

Instagram says with app downloading you'll get 40% off on your first order and I got nothing and no option given as well. disappointed

unable to select self pick up.. points going to expire bt cant use because cant select pick up.. worst food app.

Downloaded it for the first since there was an offer for new customers claiming to have 50% off. Upon reaching the checkout menu, it says that it's a maximum 20AED on bills above 30. Keep in mind that they will charge u 10aed (sometimes more) for delivery and service fees. So in reality, instead of saving 50%, u are just getting a 10off (for the first 3 orders). Now that's just terrible marketing.

Tgeir point systems feels like a scam. when I redeemed my points using walaa(their own service) and applied the coupen in the app, its saying the coup is not valid every time. when contacted the customer care, they told me to uninstall the app to reinstall. when nothing was working they told me it'll fix within 24 hours. felt like they were making excuses. and the coupen validity is only 24 hours. Really bad experience.

i mostly go to sahara mall branch and its damn good ... i like the customer servicr of that branch in comparision to other branch.

Food is good but app is terrible.. They offer you a point reward system based on your orders but when you try to redeem the rewards you end up with a useless coupon that can't be added to the order you are placing. When you call the service they will say someone will call you and assist you within 24 hours.. It doesn't match the concept of fast food...
