I wish to give it 5 Stars. The app is very useful and it works when you need it most to work, but there's a bug in the software. When a notification is displayed, if you click on the notification the app opens to the main page but it doesn't load to the information displayed. From there, you are better off not tapping on the notification because finding the information is very difficult in this app.

The excellence of an application is in resolving problems as much as in processing applications. Unfortunately with this application, it is absolutely disappointing how a single mistake in entering data can lock you in a loop of never-ending cycle of errors or little to no help from customer service. Be very careful when using the application, because the fate of your flight and accommodation is held by the application's logic.
12/29/25 I applied for visa with this app with photo, passport and iqama attachments applicable for a GCC resident but after clicking the submit button nothing happens. Repeated the steps few more times but no go. No indication whatsoever that my application is pass or failed. The devs should upgrade this app to better serve the tourists wanting to visit Qatar.
my visa application was approved and payment was already made and suddenly went to rejected status within 3 hours. the app itself is pretty complicated, especially the document uploads. guidelines can be much simpler. overall good initiative but need a lot of improvement
Lost my flight due to this app, bad user experience and unintuitive interface, had a technical issue from their end when i got my Visa but the app registered me as invalid which ruined my trip.
I am trying to pay for the application submission. I have been rejected three times but the payments get charged to my account. I was asked to use a credit card which is ridiculous and even then it failed again and charged the card.
There has been an issue with the last two weeks. My fathers dependent was rejected, but when I tried to update the application, it didn't allow me to update the dependent details instead of opening my father application. They don't even provide to cancel application through this app. For cancellation, we have to call customer care and to connect with them it takes nearly half an hour. Very bad experience.

They don't have any idea to solve the issue..they always giving ticket no (SD......) when we call tollfree number or email to tell our complaints. Even I got 3 SD number ticket. Unfortunately still didn't get any solution. I fed up with this. I think about to cancel all the Fifa tickets which i got. I Lost hope And my issue is when i try register hayya card,they were asking third name which i can't edit there.. its auto filling..Too many times called them, but the problem is still there.
I payed a booking for 3 nights, my bank charged the amount and the payment was confirmed, after this the Hayya app system had an error therefore the booking confirmation was not generated eventhough the payment was done. Payment done, no accommodation!!!! I have tried many times to contact via email about this issue without any response.
Extremely incompetent customer care reps. I was supposed to attend a match today (1st December), and I'm writing this review after missing my flight. Flight ticket lost, match day ticket lost, a huge calling bill for calling them constantly. The responde each time would be "we have put your application on priority under the urgent category, keep on refreshing your app you'll get an approval in 30 mins" I"ve been emailing and calling them for the past one week and they were of no help. Shame!
The hayya team is clueless and unreliable. The entire hayya system is a failure. Customer service folks or help desk staffs or even the supervisors have no clue who gets a hayya, who doesn't and how long it takes or if you will even get. Applied for family, 1 got approved in less than 48 hours and one is still pending after 9 days. I have lost 2 match tickets and had to cancel accomodation because of this.
Qatar needs to figure this out. The last three trips we've taken their website hasn't worked for processing visas. I am then directed to the app by their IT dept, which also freezes and does nothing. Every year it's a nightmare and seems to only be getting worse, more inconvenient and less efficient. Please switch platforms. We love coming to Qatar but dred this process like no other. Kenya's process was exceptionally easy and quick no app needed, just a quick, simple process that actually works
Hi.. I could not continue after user name and password was inputed. Only showed Profiling.. Then there's No option available. I re installed the app 10 times. Changed my password several times. Still showing profiling. What do you mean by Profiling? Can you please check this? I also used my fifa account details. The same Profiling page comes but there's no option to select. Thank you for looking into this.
This is needed to get into the games. I can't get my card because it requires accommodation and there is no way to enter it. I am not even staying in Qatar as we are flying in from Dubai but no option for a day pass. The app upload button doesn't work and clicking anywhere takes me to a maintenance page. What a horrible app. There is zero customer service other than a chat bot. To the developer comment below I have emailed three times but have received no response.
Just horrible experience!!! I booked tickets and accommodation based on what Hayya told me. I applied for tourist visa as the app told me. Now I need to do the payment. I tried 4 times with 2 different Visa credit cards. My bank says the payment went through. Hayya just says "Payment Failed". Absolutely no explanation. And their customer service has a Qatari number. So I have to call a foreign number and wait half an hour to be able to get help??? Is this really Qatari government or a scam?
My Hayya got rejected & no reason mentioned due to which i lost a chance to attend a match for which i got ticket after lot of struggles & waiting, despite calling customer care number of times & sending emails, till now i didn't got any proper reaponse how to get this issue fixed, customer care is clueless and just say try logging at different times ,update app, reinstall app etc & no proper action leading to resolve the issue, the worst case is that nothing is clear why it was rejected.
The application is not working properly, i tried uploading my passport multiple times but it's saying cannot extract data from given picture upload another picture. I tried to get in touch with the support dropped emails to them but no response. This is ridiculous. My details were already uploaded and approved at the time of fifa but again they are asking me to upload my documents. I tried uploading but the application sucks.
When tried to login, after verification of email id the app doesn't logs in. Again we have to click login and same process repeats. The app doesn't really login forever. My email inbox is filled with hayya verification codes which is waste.Can't believe this is happening to one the important app of Qatar's entry and tourism. Please do resolve.
